Nice studio, however owner has given Expedia wrong zip code meaning it took a long 2 hours to find despite being only a 10 minute walk from the station. Zip code given leads to a building site on other side of town - beware of this issue! A nice studio, however worth noting that it is a little cut off from town and requires walking down an unlit track at night. Also the site is not well lit so plenty of scope for falling down steps.

The place is great.Close to the beach,nice food in Baleal.The room is freshly renovated and the staff is great.

Alla struttura ci si arriva attraverso una strada malmessa. la stanza è piccolina molto buia e pulita, il bagno privato piccolissimo, il balcone con vista mare molto piacevole

Cheap and awful. There is mould in the bathroom, no window in the bathroom and no breakfast in July and August. The room is very simple and smells awfully bad. The bed is very uncomfortable and when we arrived everything starting with the sink in the kitchen to the chairs on the veranda where broken. Stay away from this apartment!

Lugar encantador, el profesional q te atiende son súper simpáticas y agradables y lugar inmejorable. Unas vistas espectaculares.

Excellent value, very peaceful, a bit of a walk into Lagos, nice room with everything you need and a nice pool.

In low season, the price is quite good. There is not enough space for car parking. To arrive there is quite tricky for the gps system because only using other references we can get near the location and then we can drive up there. I rent space for two people. Although the decoration looks good, the wifi system and the router are inside the bedroom near the pillow area affecting the sleep quality. The only air conditioning is in the bedroom and it was set for 30 degrees. It was not enough to warm the house. In summer it should be ok. If you do not mind with noise from air conditioning working it will be fine. In the bathroom the space is good but the shower curtain is not enough to avoid lot of water to come out and wet the floor. The TV only have very few channels. Now, the interesting thing it was because I gave 4 stars in Booking app, someone from the property call me to tell me that I will never stay there because I did not give 5 stars and did not have in mind by paying 25€/night in such "wonderfull" place, therefore I was informed that I will never can stay there. So be advise about it. It is because of this I rate now 3 stars.

Its quant to look at n the rooms are clean with a comfy bed. Only a heater in the bedroom so other rooms are cold in January. We only stayed 2 nites but aftr asking for another heater we saw no one the whole time n no heater was brought down. Only cold water in the sink in the kitchen bit n we couldn't fully turn the tap off. Could b beautiful if it was managed properly. Then to be accused of stealing the coffee machine, kettle n toaster REALLY. Makes me want to return never. Take constructive criticism n improve

Visited in January.when cold.asked for extra heating such as heater/radiator.told we would get one but never delivered it !!!!!!!

Misleading description. Cheap but no chic☹️No facilities ie no Bar or restaurant or shop.Self catering apartment had a kettle and microwave.Hob did not work.No towels, or even dustpan and brush.Midges and mosquitoes because damp so could not sit outside ☹️

Great place to stay, the room had a few faults but they were fixed very quickly, and the receptionist was so lovely and helpful. Overall good experience.

Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb aber trotzdem noch ok. Das Frühstück war überschaubar aber richtig lecker und für jeden was dabei. Das Hotel selber ist eher am Ende seiner Zeit und ziemlich runter gerockt. In unserem kleinen Flur gab es kaum Licht und keine Fenster. Handtaschenlampe musste verwendet werden. Es war kein Stopfen im Abfluss das Klo lief permanent die Dusche hatte keine Duschkopfhalterung mehr. Handtuchhalter ist auch weggebrochen. Generell war es eher schmuddelig und wir waren nach zwei Nächten froh, dass es weiter ging.

Camere spaziose, pulite.( anche se da rimodernare un po') Frigo, microonde ,bollitore. Giardino e piscina, vicinanza alla grandissima spiaggia sabbiosa. Non manca nulla, ma la miglior caratteristica è la colazione. Frutta freschissima e ben presentata, marmellate di tutti i tipi, cereali, latte di tutti i tipi, succhi a volontà e per chi ama il salato il personale prepara al momento le uova in tutti i modi. C'è un prosciutto intero da affettare al coltello ecc...davvero eccellenti!

Zu empfehlende Unterkunft 5 Minuten von Lagos entfernt und in Strandnähe. Die Zimmer waren groß und in Ordnung. Leider war unsere Matratze sehr durchgelegen und unbequem. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es war von allem etwas dabei. Auch das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Alles gut, Ausstattung in den Zimmern ausreichend und gut, nur unser Klo war etwas wackelig:D Könnte man vielleicht beheben. Pool war fast immer unbesucht, hatten immer unsere Ruhe, Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist klasse.

This is the worst vacation resort I have ever been to. There are so many things wrong with this place. All the pictures that they have online are completely fake. Nothing is as it is promised. We feel betrayed.  The room had no air conditioning even though it was advertised, the toilet didn't work properly, the stairs to the swimming pool were just a bunch of wooden decks stacked on each other (very dangerous). The furniture was old and moldy. The kitchen was barely equipped and there were no real beds ( not at all for 5 persons as proposed) , we literally had to sleep on old thin matresses on the floor (very uncomfortable). I was there with my grandma and she could not sleep well as it was just hot and sticky in the room and as mentioned no real beds. The pool had no working pump and the whole complex is not elderly friendly at all. My grandma had huge problems climbing the "stairs" from the bungalow to the pool area. We did complain about all this to the manager on site but he didn't seem to be bothered by our complaints. I read a lot of good reviews about this place but now I know that they are all fake. Do not fall for this scam.

No se puede dormir las cortinas son insuficientes y la luz entra por todos lados. La ducha tiene la puerta rota. El suelo de la ducha se cae a trocitos. El ascensor huele fatal y tiene sobre uso da miedo. Pedí una caipirinha malísima pedid beer.

Muy descontento con el servicio. Teníamos reservas para dos noches, llegamos un poco más tarde avisando del retraso, nos dijeron que no había problema, pero cuando llegamos estaba todo cerrado en recepción y nadie nos abrió ni contestó a nuestras llamadas. Nos encontramos a las 23h sin sitio donde dormir y tuvimos que ir a otro hotel. Nunca más.

Porque quando chegámos o apartamento tinha diversos problemas: - a portada da varanda estava empenada e não tinha puxador (avaria que nunca foi ; - sofá da sala abatido e impossível de utilizar; - poliban não tinha chuveiro; - não tinha luz no corredor; - chuveiro da banheira emendado com uma fita bolorenta; - torneira da cozinha a pingar; - invasão de formigas na cozinha; - pouca loiça; - serviço de limpeza que tocava à porta bastante cedo - internet que deixou de funcionar

Un peu loin du centre mais près de la plage Meia praia qui est très grande. En plus, avec 6 euros pour le taxi vous êtes vite au centre. Nous avons même fait 1 une fois à pied . Nous avons juste trouvé très dommage qu'un espace si beau soit si mal exploité : piscine en manutention au mois de juillet, pas de bar /animation, pas prestation petit dej. Un peu trop bruyant à mon goût! Sinon, personnel.sympa, grande chambre avec terresse. Propre mais.. ils pourraient mieux faire à mon avis. Sèche cheveux, frigo, bouilloire, vaisselle petit dej.

Sehr Freundlicher Empfang mit viel Information über die Umgebung. Einfache Einrichtung aber Preis Leistung super. Top Lage zum Strand 6 min. zu erreichen. Sauber mitten in der Natur, angenehme ruhige Lage *****Sterne .Pool konnte aufgrund von optischer Sauberkeit nicht genutzt werden *Stern.

Excellent service at checkin! Our shower was a hand held sprayer only. Made it difficult to wash hair etc. Very dark hall, and loud stairs even if you were tip-toeing to try to be quiet. Overall great place, a little bit quieter and out of the way of the hustle and bustle.

Chouette semaine , en novembre c est calme , l été , il y a plus de monde , attention à la proximité ,les studios se touchent, on entend bien son voisin.

accueil chaleureux , excellent conseils reçu par rapport à la restauration en ville . Chambre très chaleureuse , spacieuse avec douche + baignoire dans la SDB et coin cuisine . piscine accessible 24h/24 , juste génial . Vue sur mer splendide . Proche d'une très grande plage . Je recommande .

Porque es tranquilo, con piscina y buen servicio

Sitio muy bonito y tranquilo, que ha debido tener su encanto pero que se ve un poco "dejado". Nuestro dúplex daba a las zonas comunes y a la piscina, con vistas al mar, pero le faltaba iluminación exterior e interior en la planta alta. Daba sensación de poca seguridad pues el alojamiento está muy aislado, los accesos son malos y sin luz, y de noche no había ninguna vigilancia. Desde el dormitorio se puede acceder a las zonas comunes mediante una puerta corredera de cristal sin cerradura cuyo única garantía de seguridad es un pequeño pestillo que estaba suelto por lo que con un pequeño tirón se abría fácilmente la puerta. Por otro lado los cristales de la terraza de la primera planta estaban sucios, de no haberlos limpiado en todo el invierno. Con pequeñas actuaciones se podría dejar el alojamiento en muy buenas condiciones. Lo mejor que tiene es el desayuno, muy completo y servido en una terraza cubierta muy agradable y con muy buenas vistas. Si no te importan estos pequeños inconvenientes y te gusta la tranquilidad, se puede considerar un buen alojamiento. La playa está a 700 metros.

Sehr schöne und preiswerte Wohneinheiten. Wir hatten ein Studio mit Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, geräumiges Vorzimmer, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und schönem Balkon. Sehr gemütlich. Drumherum viel Natur und ein schöner Blick aufs Meer. Zum Strand kommt man in 7 min. Nach Lagos zu Fuß in ca. 20 Min. Wenn man gerne geht, ist es kein Problem. Sehr freundliche Empfangsdame und netter Pool. Sehr zu empfehlen.

If you stay for one night, check in for you is only before 4pm. After knowing that i will be later than 4pm, the hotel asked me to cancel my reservation and then charged full price for the stay, despite from the moment of booking till the moment of cancelling was less than 30 minutes! If you stay at this place you should know how they treat tourists. Be ready for surprises like that.

Etwas unorganisierte Rezeption... Sonst sehr schön eingerichtete, saubere Wohneinheiten und ein Preis für eine Ferienwohnung, für den man anderswo nicht einmal ein Hostelzimmer bekommt

Mooie omgeving. Wel auto nodig. Ligt nogal afgelegen. Waren hier in maart en was wel vrij fris in de kamer, zonder verwarming.

Belíssimo sítio para acampar em frente a um portão acorrentado, sem que digna alma se apresente para receber alguém que fez uma reserva há 1 mês atrás. Se procuram um sítio escuro e de acessos do séc XIX, pois bem, não procurem mais, um verdadeiro ex libris dentro do género! Não atendem telefones, telemóveis.. não faço ideia se tem condições lá dentro, mas gostaria muito que não me venham cobrar este belíssimo e requintado serviço. Se era obrigatório ir de charrete em vez de carros do séc. XXI, deviam avisar os seus possíveis interessados em ser hóspedes. Um bem haja!

Em termos de qualidade e preço muito bom. Local com piscina. A 5 min de meia praia e da Marina de lagos. Cama confortável. Só necessitavam de exaustor na cozinha. Foi uma agradável surpresa.

Un poco antiguo el mobiliario pero paz y relax 100%

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, man fühlte sich angenehm privat und und unabhängig von Essenszeiten durch die Küchenzeile. Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend und nie überfüllt und man konnte sogear zum Strand zu Fuß gehen wenn man wollte. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und auch die Gäste waren insgesamt sehr rücksichtsvoll aufeinander.

Apartamentos espaciosos, silenciosos, limpios y con buen servicio de habitaciones. Tiene también una bonita piscina. Los dos únicos peros son: uno, que no está céntrico (aunque con el coche llegabas en nada al centro) y dos, los mosquitos (había muchos mosquitos no se si por la ubicación, la temporada, la piscina, el césped...)

Very nice and charming hotel. Cheap, calm and very well located. It's better though to have a car. The pool and the breakfast are a real plus !

Acceso malo, apartamentos limpios pero con algo de deterioro, atención mejorable (según quién te toque).

We loved the room. Breakfast was outstanding! The staff were exceptional. The beds were springy and the wifi was very spotty.

Hotel in nice setting, room poor standard of maintainence, very basic facilities. The TV didnt work on our arrival, despite reporting this nothing was done. Outside steps very dangerous, loose and badly lit. We were not offered choice of room when booking. spare bed just basic camp bed. No real greeting given, just taken to our room, no information given on surrounding area, transport, where to get food etc.

Wunderschönes kleines hotel zwischen den ganzen bettenburgen.Preis Leistung war unschlagbar und es ist meiner Meinung unterbewertet.Das Frühstück war wesentlich besser als bei vielen 4 Sterne hotels während unseres Portugal Urlaubs.Einziger negativ Punkt es war schwer zu finden da es etwas abseits liegt.

Remote and hard to find; not walking friendly.Unfortunately we dont speak Portuguese and with the evening manager English was very limited. So we took the train to the farthest station and walked twice as much as we could have. The Lagos station is much closer.Moldy and with the smell of cats, basement room with no windows.Our first night was terrible, I told the morning manager we had to have a new room or a new hotel. Are you in room 12? Let me see what I can do.They transferred us to a very nice room on the ground level with nice airflow, clean and neutral smell.The breakfast is great, way more than most places. Even eggs cooked to order.
