Positiv: Guest House? Die Untertreibung des Jahres! Eine moderne Villa mit Pool! Fantastisch. Die Besitzerin ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist der Hammer. Man hat sein eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, und nutzt Küche, Wohnzimmer, Garten und Pool mit anderen Gästen. Ferien bei Freunden! Privater, gesicherter Parkplatz vorhanden. Zu Fuss ist man in 3 Minuten in einem Supermarkt. Zum kleinen, hübschen Dorf sind es rund 5 Minuten. Alvor liegt an einem Fluss welcher für seine Fauna (Vögel) bekannt ist. Es hat auch nette Restaurants dort. Zu den traumhaften algarvischen Stränden sind es mit dem Auto rund 5 Minuten. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen!!!!. Negativ: Nichts!.

Sitio muito calmo e com qualidade

Very nice guest house, staff very helpful and friendly. The communal areas were clean and well kept, and there were some nice personal touches.

Positivo: Localização muito central. Casa maravilhosa. Negativo: Não me tinha apercebido que o quarto era tão pequeno e ainda que a casa de banho seja privada não é suite..

Positiv: Aufenthaltsraum, Salon, sehr geräumig, bequeme Sitzmöbel. Gut ausgestattete, große Küche. Für den Frühstück und den ganzen Tag, waren die Grundnahrungsmitteln und Kaffeekapseln gestellt. Die großen Kühlschränke ud sogar Gefrierschrank stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr freundliche Mitbewohner. Sehr freundliche Hausverwaltung, den Wünschen entgegenkommend. Swimmingpool und Grünfläche sehr gut erhalten. Parking innerhalb der Anlage, geschlossen.. Negativ: Im Zimmer (Ancore) keine Sitz- und Ablage-Möglichkeit. Es kann sein, wird noch künftig ergänzt. Keine Heizung im Zimmer und Badezimmer, im Winter doch wünschenswert..

Positiva: La casa es confortable y tiene todos los servicios necesarios. Negativa: La sorpresa fue la habitación que estaba en un semisótano, entrada por el parking, baño compartido (mal indicado en el anuncio desgraciadamente) y olor a humedad..

Casa espetacular! Limpeza, localização, acomodações, fomos muito bem recebidos... Gostámos muito da estadia! Experiência a repetir!! Recomendo, sem dúvida!!

Positiva: Piscina,zonas comunes y parking. Negativa: Que ponía que tenía aseo y no tenía,todo era compartido y cuando te duchas se inunda todo el baño.

Positiv: In dieser Unterkunft spürt man, das sehr viel Wert auf zufriedene Gäste gelegt wird. Täglich wird dafür gesorgt das in der Gemeinschaftsküche Kaffee, Brot, Milch, Wasser und Brotaufstriche ausreichend vorhanden sind, auch Obst wird täglich bereitgestellt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und schaut regelmäßig im Haus vorbei und schaut ob alles soweit in Ordnung ist. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und Urlaub - gerne wieder. Zu dem Ort noch ein paar Worte, vom Guesthouse zum Ortskern sind es etwa 5 Geh-Minuten, dort gibt es dann Restaurants, Bar's und Souvenirshops, uns persönlich gefällt das etwa 12 km entfernte Lagos besser..

Каждый день бесплатные яблоки/груши в гостиной, хлеб варенье на общей кухне как это обычно бывает в хостелах.. Негативный: Написано, что кровати длиной более 2 метров, это не так! Кровати максимум 190 сантиметров (мой рост 181 и как раз около 9 сантиметров остается всего), зачем писать то, чего нет? Вначале номер показался нам тесным, но с учетом больших шкафов и тумбочки - норм..

Positivo: A cozinha é grande e possui todas as comodidades, sendo perfeita para preparar todo o tipo de refeições, o quarto super limpo e confortável, e a piscina para além de lindíssima, estava muito limpa e sempre com uma temperatura da água muito agradável. Firam dias perfeitos.. Negativo: Não houve nada que não tivessemos gostado..

Positivo: Adorei a estadia.. Boa localização e a habitação em si das melhores que já fiquei.. A Sra Lucibela é de uma simpatia impressionante e sempre preocupada com tudo, inclusive com os Hóspedes. Voltarei sem dúvida alguma.. Negativo: Nada apontar..

Positive: It's private, clean and absolutely beautiful. Our room was small but the bed was so comfortable and we were never in it other than to sleep. We had a private bathroom with a great shower We barely saw any of the other guests and those we did were really friendly. The kitchen had everything that you would need, with your own spaces for food etc. The pool is the gem loads of beds, floats, beanbags etc We checked out at 11am but we're able to stay until our pick up time 4.30pm. We will be back again. Loved it. Did I mention you are 2 mins from city center..

Positiv: Das Personal und die Besitzerin waren außerordentlich freundlich. Die Besitzerin kam mehrmals, um sich zu erkundigen, ob alle zufrieden sind, und die Maid war täglich da. Das Einchecken war unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, es gab sogar Frühstück zum Selbstmachen, alles Wichtige ( Müsli, Toast, Marmeladen, Milch, Wasser) war vorhanden. Der Supermarkt ist ca 2 Minuten entfernt und die meisten Lokale zwischen 2 Minuten und 10 Minuten Fussmarsch. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. Alle anderen Gäste waren sehr angenehm und nett und jeder, wirklich jeder, hat sich rücksichtsvoll verhalten. Wir wollten schier nicht weg, es war wie ein sehr schönes Zuhause! Auch in der Küche kam man sich nie in die Quere, da die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume sehr großzügig sind. Der Pool war super!.

Positive: Location staff pool all ecxellent. Negative: Booked room 2 double beds in fact 1 double and one couch which folds out as double .outside furniture for dining used as workplace by gursts 10 hours each day so no space for others to snack etc.

Positif: Beaucoup de lieux touristiques à visiter, richesse des paysages, des sites, gentillesse des habitants.. Négatif: Parfois un peu trop de monde autour de la piscine et un peu de bruit certains soirs dans la rue.

Positive: Clean room, parking inside the structure.. Negative: Room is small for 4 people and no working dishwasher..

Positive: Dopo diverse tappe sulla costa del Portogallo questa è sicuramente la struttura più bella e ben tenuta dove abbiamo soggiornato, stupenda la zona soggiorno e la cucina condivisa, la camera, la piscina e la vicinanza con il centro. Top. Negazione: Nulla.

Positif: Le logement, équipement intérieur extérieur, collation offerte. Négatif: Table et chaises sur la terrasse de l etage étendoir à linge également.

Positief: Toplocatie, vlakbij centrum en strand. Prachtig modern huis met zwembad en afgesloten privéparking. Elke kamer heeft zijn eigen privébadkamer, gedeelde keuken met eigen opbergkastjes. Alles wordt dagelijks kraaknetjes gepoetst. Prijs/kwaliteit zeker in orde. Warme welkom door Lucibela en haar team :) Superhost!.

Positivo: Todas as condições e comodidades. Conforto. Proximidade das praias, supermercados, bares, restaurantes, contudo, muito sossegado.. Negativo: Não houve nada que eu não tivesse gostado.
