Staff is nice and willing to help. The choice seems wide, but unfortunately, the quality of their tea is just average. Most of them are tasteless but are still expensive. As a great tea fan, I was hoping to discover a great wonder here, but at the end it is only dissatisfaction... Advice to the owner: your staff seems motivated to serve the best and you have a good location, maybe change the tea supplier...

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Came back 2 more times to buy some tea as souvenirs. They also have a lot special tea blends, I will visit it again when I have the opportunity, for sure!

Os chás são realmente de qualidade e a oferta é bastante diversificada. Contudo o atendimento é extremamente constrangedor... Fazem um jogo de pacificidade/agressividade em que estão sempre a mostrar os dentes mas nota-se que só querem é vender e com esse foco sufocam o cliente, bastam 5min dentro da loja para perceber.

Os melhores chás de Lisboa e talvez de Portugal. Imperdível! Vale muito a pena a visita!
