The sales would sell you the 20eur plan with 5gb data and voice for 30 days, only if you asked they would tell you there is a 15eur data only plan with 30gb data for 15 days.

Great service, same prices as buying it in the city, conveniently located right in the airport. They got my data and calls set up with 4g in just minutes. Works across the EU -- I am using the same card in both Lisbon and Rome. If you're a short term traveler, ask about their 3gb/15 days plan (15 euros) -- it isn't listed on their sales card but you don't necessarily need the full 5gb/30 days plan (20 euros).

Excellent service. Wife was stressed about wifi not working. Staff jumped in and made it work for her . 15 euro data card and we were happily on our way. First time using Vodafone but I'll use them again if this is the quality of people they hire everywhere

the vodafone store was the first place I visited after arrived at Lisbon airport. It means that it could be my first impression about the Lisbon. Unfortunatly the staff was very unkind. She recommended very expensive service.

I go to Portugal twice a year, I stop here every time. I get internet for my stay and put my old sim card in once I get home. Today, the day before my flight home I realise the teller forgot to give me back my sim card. The pocket he gave me is empty. Very disappointed. In my situation I will be without contact for 36 hours. My flight is leaving before the store will open their kiosk so I won't be able to see if they by chance kept my card. I used to love this store, normally great service. But this time they tried to over charge me ( I know their packages so it didnt work) and they didn't give me my sim back.
