J’ai expressément demandé une taille S pour ma veste en jean blanche achetée ce matin, qu’elle ne fut pas ma déception de retour en France quand je découvre que la vendeuse m’a donné en réalité la taille XS.. incompréhensible c’est pourtant le béaba du métier de vendeuse !

I bought a pair of jeans, and then found them online for half the price. I tried to return them the next day, and they told me they don't do returns. I was a bit surprised to find out an official Levi’s store doesn’t accept returns ... I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the girl that helped me was very nice, but she can’t control store policies and wasn’t able to help me out.

Bought a pair of jeans and was told it was OK for me to try them out for 2 wks in case I needed to adjust the size. Came back 3 days later to be told that it’s not possible because I removed the price tag (which I wasn’t warned about). Update: Went back with a local friend who managed to take care of the change. Updated from 1 star to 2 stars.

Atendimento muito simpático e profissional. A localização é optima e a loja bem decorada e de boa dimensão.

The only man of the staff was very rude with us and other guests. That’s a pity because his woman colleagues was good.
