I'm not from Portugal, but I'm studying here for a semester. My screen was broken two weeks ago to leave home and it seemed expensive to change (~ 110 euros in my country) and besides I had to order my screen and after going to a service to change it to me. So I searched Google for a service in Lisbon, I saw that it had good reviews and I contacted it, gave me a phone number so we could talk about whatsapp, I told her what the problem, I said that has the screen model I need and it will cost 90 euros. In Lisbon, I went one day to take the Laptop, told me that in the coming days it would be ready, and the next day at midday I was called and told me it was ready. I am very pleased with the service I offer, I strongly recommend it. :)

My iphone 6s has problem with Screen. I went to some Mobile repair shops and they change the LCD many time but the problem was still there. After 2 days screen stop working and touch is so difficult. I was tired to repair my iPhone again and again. I'm about to throw it away this phone. I came here and the Technician told me we can fix this but it will takes 2 or 4 days. Because your iPhone had IC Problem. Screen is good just few things are not working. So After 2 days received a msg on my boyfriend phone about my phone. I was very happy to heard that. They Charge me good price and done it quickly. Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you so much again.

Well, I found Services is Better than others. Because they just save my life. I have a Toshiba laptop which is gifted by my father when I start my first job. I had lots of memories with this computer and I cant see him dying. I do have other computers for work. but this is my first computer and my old stuff was there. I Start face graphics problem on my Toshiba. Sometimes computer shows the screen sometimes went down. I came to Hospital Done Estefania this Sunday and I saw this shop. I was like should I try one more time for my computer or not. then I call Monday morning and explain my whole problem. Then I had an appointment at 3 pm. I was like I hope they can fix it. Because I try many places about my graphics problem. All said it's hard to repair this one but we can replace the card. I let them replace the card to have my computer back to life. But after few days I had the same problem again. I went back to the shop and ask them about it, then they said the graphics card is not compatible with this machine so we need to find the right one which will work perfectly with this. I was like where should I go. went to more places they said same things and Some are said my computer had also motherboard problem and add motherboard repair price in repair cost and the amount is like I can buy a new computer at that price. I try online a lot to buy something compatible with my computer but I didn't find anything. So I was about to give up on my computer. but when I came to this shop this Monday and the technician was there and they also have some contractions going on in the shop. but he hears everything about my computer and asks for 8 hours to repair this. I was like he is don't know what is going on with my computer. then I said are you sure you can fix this. he was smiling and yes sir. So Today I came to pick up my computer and when I saw my computer wallpaper screen after a long time. I feel like my old days came back. I was happy to see my computer again. They just charge me only 80 euro and give new life to my computer. I ask him about the guarantee. they give me 6 months guarantee. So with guarantees, I think they fix this with confidence. Thanks again for everything. I just write it down that much longer because you guys make me smile. charge me the really good price. on time service done.

First off, when I showed up at the shop 30 minutes after opening it was closed, And remained so for another hour after their marked opening time. I came into the shop because my laptop was broken. I live in rural Mozambique so I don’t really have access to computer repair shops or even spare parts, and my computer has been acting up for a months. I’ve been self-repairing as best as I could but it finally died shortly before my vacation so I brought it to have it looked at. When I first came in and explained this all the man at the counter immediately started chastising me for “messing around with a powerful machine” and explained to me that this was “not a toy you can just open up to see what’s happening on the inside” ok buddy... thanks for the lecture. Anyway I told him I had replaced the memory and that I think the root of the problem was the motherboard based on my research/limited diagnostic testing. But by this point he had decided to completely ignore me and to communicate with me only through my boyfriend. He told us he’d check it out and call us within 24 hours.... two days later hadn’t heard anything so we decided to call him. After a couple unanswered phone calls, we finally get ahold of him and he tells us he looked at it but “hadn’t found a solution,” but would call us back. Wouldn’t be a huge issue besides the fact that we were only going to be in Lisbon for 5 days and needed it repaired or returned before that (which I said when I first took the laptop in.) Anyway, after waiting another 24 hours and hearing nothing, I called again and again the phone wasn’t answered. A couple hours later I hear back that he could fix the laptop but would need 1-2 weeks. I asked if he could write an invoice of what parts I would need and exactly what was wrong with it so I could try and order those parts and fix it myself/do some more research.... and he couldn’t explain to me what was wrong. He said there were problems with the memory and the motherboard (like I had told him the first day) and acted like I was too stupid to understand when in reality it sounded like he didn’t have any clue what was wrong or how to fix it. I’m no expert, but I’ve done a lot of research trying to keep it going these last 6 months and nothing he was saying made any type of sense to me. I understand that maybe it’s too far gone to fix, but I would’ve appreciated him just admitting this, or admitting it was over his head/he didn’t have enough time so I could’ve tried to take it to somewhere else during the limited time I had to get it fixed. Also maybe he could’ve at least acted like he didn’t think I am a dumb girl too stupid to understand the complicated world of technology.
