Sehr gute Lage, um zu Fuß Coimbra zu erkunden. In der Nähe gibts entsprechende Cafés und Restaurants. Für das Frühstück bietet sich eine kleine Bäckerei ( zur Hauptstraße und dann gleich links) an.Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

A great place to stay. Local to just about everything in Coimbra. Its a simple clean place. Staff were great.

Otimo lugar para se passar uma bela noite. Os quartos são modernos e acolhedores e as pessoas sao simpaticas. Lugar limpo e arrumado . ADOREI e recomendo

Our host, Fatima, was wonderfully helpful, friendly and always welcoming. We booked an extra night in the hotel because of its perfect location, cleanliness and comfort. Half a block on foot took us to the main square but there was absolutely no noise in our room. There were always lots of people, cafes and musicians around. Our taxi dropped us off close to the door which led to a narrow hallway and elevator. Reception is on the second floor which is somewhat unusual but doesnt really pose any difficulty.We had a problem with mosquitos because we left a window open. Do use the air conditioner!

I was there for 5 days and it was simples but very clean, comfortable and cozy. I had a blast walking around the area. And the staff was super nice!

Aconselho vivamente a hospedar. Bons quartos e casa de banho. Com óptima higiene e acomodações cinco estrelas. Sr António e sra Fátima são excelentes anfitriões. Fantástico pequeno-almoço.

Petite résidence très bien pour une ou deux nuit maximum.
Parking a proximité en souterrain et payant 11 €uro pour 16 heures de stationnement. Cela reste correct et sur.
Responsable agréable et propreté des lieux agréables aussi.
Seul petit bémol nous avions réservés 1 lit double 2 lits simples. Nous avons eu une chambre avec 4 lit simples.

Realmente un desastre , el lugar ya empieza a dar miedo antes de entrar, en esa zona no dejas un coche aparcado (si es que consigues aparcar) no duermes tranquilo... La entrada al antro es tétrica, de película del terror serie B!!! Habitación oscura, lúgubre y con olor a encerrado... Preferí perder 65 € por la cancelación e irme a otra parte...

As condições das instalações têm boa relação qualidade/ preço.No entanto, o parqueamento de veiculos é muito condicionado junto a resindencual, sendo grande parte em parques pagos (também é opção mais segura)

Overall my stay there was nice. Good location, good room. Check in /evening staff were fine. Unfortunately in the morning I wanted to leave my bag there for a couple of hours before my bus, after check out. The woman would not let me and was a little unfriendly. I never seen that happen in all my years.

Belle chambre, propre, située en plein centre ville. Des petits restos à proximité. Des lieux à visiter accessible à pied. Attention çà monte. Les parkings de proximité sont payants et représentent un budget conséquent.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pela irmã da dona da residencial. Quarto limpinho a vista é que não é nada bonita.
O único ponto negativo que aponto é o facto de não servirem pequeno almoço ao Domingo.

The area is quite sketchy, but the hotel itself ok, good value for the money. Staff was nice, though we had some trouble communicating in English

Service was very good and the room was clean. There seemed to be a great deal of noise by loud voices and a barking dog during the afternoon hours in the facility.

Overall an agreeable stay.... nothingbto complain about nor brag about. The best part is thatnit was in a very central location. Close yo the train and bus stations - and close to everywhere worth going.

Das Hotel ist einfach aber sauber. Das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück für 3,50 € ist gut. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in jedem Fall. Ich würde wieder dort wohnen.

Would leave 0 if I could. Worst hotel ever. The whole place stinks of cigarettes, owner very unfriendly, the room was very dirty with sheets full of hair and public hair from the previous guests. Avoid at all cost

They are so unfriendly! She started to scream at me as I asked for an additional towel. Then she told us, that she wouldnt clean our room the next day. Ive never seen something like that!!

Never stay here again. She was very unfriendly: I asked for an additional towel because I have really long hair and I didn't want to wet the whole floor - she started to scream at us. She really didn't wanted to give us the additional towel! After a couple of minuts, she gave us the towel but told us, that she would not clean our room the next day

Right in the heart of the city, a fair 20 min or so walk from the Coimbra B station. A dated room that was a bit tight but functional. Expect to enter through a tiny store to the 2nd floor for reception.

This was an affordable option versus staying in a hostel or albergue. The room and bathroom were both very small; I couldnt bend over in the 2x2 shower. The staff were accommodating and stored our bicycles in a secure place. The room was pretty clean but very 1970s dated in furniture and decorating.

Ok room. Powerful shower. I booked a double room with a double bed and was given a room with two beds that could not be joined together.Wifi was great. People were so friendly!The surrounding area was great. Not too noisy and within walking distance from all the main attractions.

Posizione ottima, personale gentilissimo. Non ci si può aspettare il Grand hotel, ma la camera è carina e pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Place is clean, but old and out dated. bathroom is updated, WiFi barely works and constantly goes out, lots of noise from other rooms, cigarette smell in hallways, nothing near, they refuse to accept credit cards.
