Happy-Donkeys Sanctuary Algarve: I bought a pair of sunglasses from Alberto Oculistas in Continente Portimão especially for riding a motorcycle. Before I tried 4 different models at the shop and was assisted by one of their salesman who accompanied me outside the shop so I could try them in natural sun light. I explained I needed them to drive a motorbike, and he advised me the model I ended up buying. When I arrived home I soon noticed that at a certain angle the colors suddently change and returned to the shop 2 days later and was attended by a lady salesmen who confirmed that these changing of colour is very dangerous by riding a motorcycle. She than discussed the issue with the shop manager, who refused to reimburse me. When she came back she had changed her behaviour towards my partner and me, said that I had tried out 4 glasses and therefore she could not give me the money back. When we approached her, that she previously agreed that these glasses were dangerous for motorcycling she answerd that this was just her personal opinion and had nothing to do with the glasses!!! They offered to replace the sun glasses, but did not have the model I wanted and needed time to research, and had they found one in stock, the price was 57€ more than in other shops, as I later researched. They insisted that it was very clear on the invoice (small letters, barely readable) that they do not give a refund ! That is preposterous, as you only given the invoice after payment is completed !!!!! As it was clear they were not going to refund me the money, i asked for the Complaint Book, which they could not find and we were asked to wait, about 20 minutes, while they get one at their other premises ! This is a law infringement, and we had the right to make an official complaint to the police. Well, Alberto Oculistas: giving wrong advice, not willing to correct the mistake and getting disgusting unfriendly.

Pete Rowell: We had a great experience with Optica Arade, and I would highly recommend them. Miguel was very professional and patient in giving me and my wife advice on our options for lenses and glasses which we really appreciated and would return again when we next need eye tests and glasses.

Graças ao Sales Associate Chuck por um processo tão simples. Desde o início eu nem tinha a certeza do que podia fazer. Ele montou um aplicativo para que o designer interno Terra saísse e se encontrasse comigo. Ela tirou fotos, mediu para minhas bancadas e trouxe o gerente de instalação do Sunrise com ela para garantir que todos os aparelhos pudessem ser instalados e ventilados corretamente. Muito impressionante. Recebi o meu orçamento dentro de 48 horas para o novo quartzo e o pacote de aparelhos. Eles me chamaram e me mantiveram no circuito quando os fabricantes chegavam para instalar minhas bancadas. Assim que o lindo quartzo foi instalado, a equipe de instalação do Sunrise chegou e instalou todos os meus aparelhos em tempo hábil. Fiquei tão impressionado como eles desembalaram tudo e tinham todos os meus aparelhos inoxidáveis brilhando antes de saírem. Liguei para o gerente da loja para lhes dar elogios por isso, porque já não é algo que se veja mais. Depois de algumas semanas na minha cozinha decidi que adicionar alguma iluminação nova iria completar a minha cozinha. Liguei para o designer Terra. Ela encontrou-me as peças perfeitas e o meu electricista instalou-as ontem. Eu queria escrever esta crítica porque sei que às vezes em nossas vidas ocupadas não paramos e dizemos obrigado ou escrevemos boas críticas. Mais uma vez obrigado Sunrise Team!! Vocês todos são PRESENTES!!! Se vocês nunca foram ao showroom deles, vale a pena a viagem! Vai COMO você ... Eu não posso acreditar que Hickory tem algo assim .

A 1ª vez que lá fui, foi fantástico comprar algumas coisas que adoro, fui lá recentemente e havia um funcionário mais velho atrás do balcão que é muito desrespeitoso comigo, não vou lá fazer compras outra vez, prefiro ir a Salt Lake City do que comprar aqui. Eu servi 10 anos no Corpo de Fuzileiros Navais e não vou ser tratada assim.
