Happy-Donkeys Sanctuary Algarve: I bought a pair of sunglasses from Alberto Oculistas in Continente Portimão especially for riding a motorcycle. Before I tried 4 different models at the shop and was assisted by one of their salesman who accompanied me outside the shop so I could try them in natural sun light. I explained I needed them to drive a motorbike, and he advised me the model I ended up buying. When I arrived home I soon noticed that at a certain angle the colors suddently change and returned to the shop 2 days later and was attended by a lady salesmen who confirmed that these changing of colour is very dangerous by riding a motorcycle. She than discussed the issue with the shop manager, who refused to reimburse me. When she came back she had changed her behaviour towards my partner and me, said that I had tried out 4 glasses and therefore she could not give me the money back. When we approached her, that she previously agreed that these glasses were dangerous for motorcycling she answerd that this was just her personal opinion and had nothing to do with the glasses!!! They offered to replace the sun glasses, but did not have the model I wanted and needed time to research, and had they found one in stock, the price was 57€ more than in other shops, as I later researched. They insisted that it was very clear on the invoice (small letters, barely readable) that they do not give a refund ! That is preposterous, as you only given the invoice after payment is completed !!!!! As it was clear they were not going to refund me the money, i asked for the Complaint Book, which they could not find and we were asked to wait, about 20 minutes, while they get one at their other premises ! This is a law infringement, and we had the right to make an official complaint to the police. Well, Alberto Oculistas: giving wrong advice, not willing to correct the mistake and getting disgusting unfriendly.

Ele era muito conhecedor do que eu preciso para o meu programa de pesquisa do qual eu farei parte. Ele me informou o que eu estava recebendo pelo meu dinheiro e me informou sobre as melhores coberturas disponíveis para o meu laptop. Eu comprei para minha esposa um estúdio sem fio que bate 3 com seguro. Maravilhoso serviço ao cliente.

Eu comprei 3 aparelhos neste local da Sears há cerca de 3 semanas e marquei a entrega para sábado, 24 de agosto. Eles usam uma terceira parte para tratar da sua entrega e instalação, e a empresa de entregas não inseriu o meu pedido no seu cronograma de entrega, então eu estava olhando com 3 a possivelmente 4 dias de atraso para a minha entrega. Isto ter-me-ia colocado numa situação horrível, especialmente sendo um pai de 2 filhos pequenos, mas quando liguei, tanto o gerente da loja, Manny, como o gerente da loja assistente, Ryan, entenderam a minha situação e aumentaram de uma forma enorme. Ambos se encarregaram de carregar os 3 aparelhos em uma caminhonete pessoal, e entregaram e instalaram pessoalmente os 3 no dia seguinte, domingo, dia 25. Isto foi uma grande coisa para mim e minha família, e eu realmente os aprecio muito por irem a milha extra por mim. Se você for a este local, tenha certeza de que Manny e Ryan cuidarão bem de você.
