geraldine smith: We decided to buy a house in central Portugal and after visiting several estate agents we found Remax Cernache do Bonjardim. We were met the first day by Fiona, a Scottish lady who would accompany us to see several properties and translate as we do not speak Portuguese. We were able to explain exactly what we were looking for. It was fantast having Fiona there for help and advice she couldn't do enough for us which really gave us confidence. The house we decided on, was being sold through Remax Team Condestável, which is where we met the estate agents, they showed us around several house's and gave us all the help we needed to make a decision. There was no hard sell they just wanted to help us. We decided to go ahead with the purchase of our new home and Tiago and Tania who speak very good English, were there for us every step of the way. We cannot thank Tiago and all the remax team enough for there professional and friendly help when we found things difficult. After purchasing the Property the help from Tiago just continued. He has helped us filling in forms, taken us to the different departments to register for water and electric. He showed us arround the area which was so helpful. Tiago loves his job and that shows through his hard work in helping you all the way. Tiago, Tania and the team you really are stars. Depois do The Rona (Covid 19) ir às compras em certas lojas mudou algumas outras positivas não tanto; De qualquer forma, a Best Buy implementou as regras do The Rona. Best Buy desinfecta os balcões depois de cada cliente que eu aprecio e é feito de forma atempada. Você tem a opção de comprar na loja ou encomendar os seus artigos online e eles têm lugares de estacionamento e pode comprar para você de ambas as maneiras são convenientes para o cliente. Se não quiser sair de casa pode ser entregue em sua casa. Eu levei 1 porque demorou mais tempo para encontrar alguém para ajudar/explicar onde eu podia encontrar os meus artigos e a pessoa que ajudou não foi muito útil ou personável, demorou mais tempo para conseguir ajuda e depois esperar na fila atrás de 5 pessoas. Além disso, eu consegui obter o que precisava & eu daria à Best Buy 4 1/2 se eu soubesse fazer 1/2 .

Foi recebido à porta por um vendedor que perguntou o que eu estava procurando. Fui para a área e esperei por um vendedor. Um vendedor de cpl passou, mas não me ajudou. Voltei para cumprimentar quem me disse que eu estava no Q ... Eles não me disseram isso quando entrei. Uma rapariga saiu para me ajudar depois disso. Sinto que o saudador deveria ter-me dito que eu estava no Q [ mite be cue ... ] eu estava a preparar-me para sair.
