We decided to buy a house in central Portugal and after visiting several estate agents we found Remax Cernache do Bonjardim. We were met the first day by Fiona, a Scottish lady who would accompany us to see several properties and translate as we do not speak Portuguese. We were able to explain exactly what we were looking for. It was fantast having Fiona there for help and advice she couldn't do enough for us which really gave us confidence. The house we decided on, was being sold through Remax Team Condestável, which is where we met the estate agents, they showed us around several house's and gave us all the help we needed to make a decision. There was no hard sell they just wanted to help us. We decided to go ahead with the purchase of our new home and Tiago and Tania who speak very good English, were there for us every step of the way. He has helped us filling in forms, taken us to the different departments to register for water and electric. He showed us arround the area which was so helpful.
