geraldine smith: We decided to buy a house in central Portugal and after visiting several estate agents we found Remax Cernache do Bonjardim. We were met the first day by Fiona, a Scottish lady who would accompany us to see several properties and translate as we do not speak Portuguese. We were able to explain exactly what we were looking for. It was fantast having Fiona there for help and advice she couldn't do enough for us which really gave us confidence. The house we decided on, was being sold through Remax Team Condestável, which is where we met the estate agents, they showed us around several house's and gave us all the help we needed to make a decision. There was no hard sell they just wanted to help us. We decided to go ahead with the purchase of our new home and Tiago and Tania who speak very good English, were there for us every step of the way. We cannot thank Tiago and all the remax team enough for there professional and friendly help when we found things difficult. After purchasing the Property the help from Tiago just continued. He has helped us filling in forms, taken us to the different departments to register for water and electric. He showed us arround the area which was so helpful. Tiago loves his job and that shows through his hard work in helping you all the way. Tiago, Tania and the team you really are stars. Luis Costa: Acolhedor, amigável fraterno.

Muitos dos preços, eu notei, parecem estar ao mesmo preço que Macys ou Dillards em um dia em que eles estão tendo uma venda básica mesmo com o alegado preço com desconto no Stein Mart. Algumas das mercadorias também parecem ultrapassadas. Já visitei este local várias vezes, e nunca despertei o menor interesse em nenhum item lá dentro. Tive melhor sorte com o Dillards e 1/2 do preço de um guarda-roupa mais moderno.

Eu costumava dar 5 estrelas a esta loja de repouso. Mas o serviço ao cliente deteriorou-se. Eu fiz uma encomenda online e peguei-a na loja. Eles deixavam o cliente esperar na fila enquanto navegavam nos sites para outros itens usando os mesmos computadores. Como poderia o depósito doméstico prometer uma experiência de compra sem problemas com este serviço de baixa qualidade durante a pandemia? Também os funcionários da recepção de encomendas online foram MUITO mal-educados. Acredito que não fui o primeiro a escrever uma crítica semelhante como esta.

Todo o pessoal, especialmente o James na recolha, prestou um excelente serviço ao cliente, muito útil. O Jack do departamento de aluguer era muito conhecedor, prestativo e eficiente. Todos os funcionários do Lake Elsinore Home Depot sempre o cumprimentam com um sorriso e estão prontos para prestar assistência. Todos vão acima e além para fornecer o melhor serviço ao cliente.
