Absolutely perfect holiday from start to finish Eden resort staff looked after my family immensely from me losing my phone on the excursion from zoo marine to my wife spraining her ankle jumping off the bed they were very helpful and very informative

The grounds of the property are stunning, resort is beautiful, not sure about all Villas but ours needed some TLC. Walls, Sofa, Beds, bathroom work tops all marked, windows broken and we had an issue with Ants which was resolved on our second night. The pools are great, the snack bars are handy however at night we found it best to head to the old town for food. The shuttle service was also great however only operates at selected times of the day.

Very family orientated and feels a safe complex with cameras all over. Pool a little cool could do with heating really. Food was good and plentiful could do with a bigger range of snacks for all inclusive. Kids club very good and staff very polite and friendly. Very clean complex though some of apartments could do with a little TLC Overall a very good holiday and would definitely return

A Vila 163 estava muito suja, não gostei da atitude da equipa de limpeza porque deixamos 2 toalhas de praia e uns calções, ligamos 2 vezes e transmitiram-nos que não estava nada na Vila, tive que falar com a responsável para reclamar e foi informado que realmente as coisas estavam lá.Em relação ao restante, nada contra!

Stayed in a 3 bed villa with friends..had a couple of minor issues but were resolved quickly.. Had a lovely stay and planning our 3rd visit for next year for a friend's special birthday.. Can't wait

What can I say about this place? We have just arrived back from 7 days here with our kids who are 13, 8, and 6. It was beautiful weather, staff were extremely accommodating and friendly and the complex was beautiful! There were a few guests who we spoke to who weren't as pleased as we were, but this was a variety of small issues which we didn't see as a problem. The food was really nice, but it did get a bit 'samey' at times. This however, was compensated by a huge selection of fruits, deserts, cheeses, cold cuts and salads/slaws. There is entertainment all day for the kids and the entertainers do try to get everyone involved which is great. The kids club is included in the price which was a breath of fresh air as this is normally an extra expense. Lots of variety with drinks, most are spirits from home. The pool was great.....literally never saw our kids.....always a good indication of a successful holiday for us.
Now on to the negatives; the shop is poorly stocked a really quite expensive. There is no entertainment at night really which is a bit of a let down. The actual entertainment area is badly laid out so quite often guests are queuing out of the door for drinks.....this was may half term holiday so I can imagine it would be awful in the summer! The area is to small and there aren't enough tables and chairs. Also the area is right next to some extremely steep stairs which children end up playing on......sadly I feel this is an accident waiting to happen.....not really good enough for a suitable family resort to be honest.
Overall even with the negatives, we loved it and will be returning.

Friendly staff, good quality food and drinks (the food is quality and not quantity, you can have as much as you like but the variation is limited at one sitting). Great pool snack/drinks bar. Apartments are very spacious and well equipped with fridge/freezer, kettle, dishwasher, toaster oven and hob but the air con is rubbish and only blows warm air, found a cockroach under the toaster last night too brilliant garden area with rattan loungers and 4 seat patio suite. Great pools with plenty of activities all in all very good facilities apart from the air con and the bugs (oh yeah ants everywhere). Will come back for sure

Absolutely love this place. The staff are so friendly and the villas are lovely. Staff have great English and are really helpful with carrying suitcases and suggesting places to visit. The villas and apartments are really spacious. I'm not sure about food as we were self catering but they had place by the pool to get food. Love it!

Lovely place to stay. Food was delicious and had different options every night for lunch and dinner. Staff was super friendly and funny. The entertainment staff was fantastic. But be warned, the staff do not shy away from alcohol when making the drinks

We stayed 8-15 April.Apartment,food and service all very good. A particular mention for Andre in the bar who was very friendly and helpful. Our only criticism would be the lack of entertainment for non- family guests . Would recommend this holiday.

Lo mejor las villas: espaciosas, cómodas... aparcas justo al lado, con jardín, bien equipadas. Zona silenciosa. El personal en general muy amable y atento. Las piscinas exteriores muy buenas y espaciosas.
Lo que no nos gustó: dos días no hacen limpieza de habitaciones, la animación muy escasa y sólo en inglés; y no tienen un lugar especifico para los shows... sino en el medio del bar, el bufet muy escaso (no de cantidad sino de variedad); por ejemplo en el desayuno lo único dulce son los curasanes. El agua de la piscina interior estaba fría aunque marcaba 28 grados. Para ser un 4* estos aspectos deberían mejorar.

This is a calm,wonderful relaxing place. Both the grounds and the apartments are kept clean and tidy by a enthusiast team, everyone was helpful and polite. The food in the restaurant was tasty and delicious, the menu is changed to keep your pallet wanting more and plenty of options to please everyone xxx

Accommodation very spacious and well equipped. Perfect if you are self catering. Patio area was good. Restaurant was great with a good variety of food. Sometimes buffet type food can get a bit monotonous but they changed the meals available. Although we had an excellent holiday, the resort was not full. I dont know what it would be like if it busy.

Eine schöne gepflegte Außenanlage, das wars auch schon. Waren 14 Tage da und müssen sagen Algarve Ja, Eden Resort nie wieder. Das Apartment mit Inventar stark in die Jahre gekommen und ungepflegt. Der Zimmerservice praktisch nicht da, ausser zum Handtuchtausch. Keine Reinigung der Räume, nicht mal vom Bad. 2x die Woche kein Service ( So. Und Do.) Anlage liegt am Rande von Albufeira. Zu Fuß ist das Zentrum in 30 - 40 min. erreichbar. Das Shuttle fährt nur 2x täglich um 10 und 14 Uhr. Das Essen ist auf englische Gäste ausgerichtet, jeden Morgen das selbe (Bohnen, Bratwurst, Kartoffeltaler, Champignon, 3 Sorten Wurst und 1x Käse) ohne Abwechslung. Abends ist schon etwas mehr Abwechslung aber Geschmackssache (fad und ungewürzt). Die Aufenthaltsbereiche versprühen den Charme einer Wartehalle. Allinklusive Angebot an Getränken ist nicht so richtig zu übersehen da es keine Karte gibt. Qualität ist auch nicht so besonders ( Cocktail besteht mehr aus Zuckerwasser, Saft und einer Spirituose). Außerhalb des Speiseraums gibs es nur noch Plastikbecher. Waren im März da, kann natürlich sein dass da alles noch auf Sparkurs läuft was ich aber nicht glaube. Ist aber eine gute Möglichkeit seine Englichkentnisse zu überprüfen, weil nur Englisch oder Portogisich gesprochen wird. Wir waren auch die einzigen deutschen zu der Zeit da.

Just returned from 30 nights at Eden. Loved every minute start to finish. Our apartment was amazing with everything we needed. We self catered and the little shop on site was fine for bits and bobs but the larger Pingo's just down the hill was superb, fresh fish, meat and veg to die for! The man who drives the little bus was so cheerful and would often pick us up on the way up the hill. Alison and the other staff were so lovely and helpful. Thank you Eden, we shall certainly be back. Hopefully we can request the same apartment, 18 was in the most perfect spot for us.

L'hôtel propose de belles villas par contre il manque de la vaisselle, des produits alimentaires comme le sel poivre, et surtout du produit vaisselle. La gérante de l'hôtel est très sympathique et nous a bien conseillé dans les choses à voir.

We came as a family to your beautiful resort a week ago and our Holiday was amazing from start to finish. The apartments are a good size with everything you need provided, lovely bright and clean. We stayed all inclusive which is such good value for money, nice selection of food and drinks available. The children’s play area is perfect for toddlers, my little girl Rose loved it. The children’s entertainer/ evening entertainer (Sarah)who seems to multi task so many jobs is especially lovely and friendly. Overall a wonderful place to stay we will be back next March see you soon Eden Resort.

Will definitely return, this place is brilliant, we stayed for a week with our 3 kids, the buffet food was very tasty, the beer was cold, all the staff were super friendly & couldn't do enough for you, the apartment was spacious & very clean, the kids had a blast at the pool & playground, theres a regular bus to & from hotel into old town which is brilliant for shops ,& bars & the beach, we already planning to return with family, & all inclusive is a must, cant wait to return, thank you for a fantastic holiday

Villas could do with the homely feel eg:bed runners, lick of paint, floors mopped more,ornaments..showers were only tepid or cold which wasn't nice.had to change villas due to lots of ants (a few ants no problem but not when they're everywhere and on towels) so I had to quickly rush and pack again to move villas. Was made to feel like I wasn't quick enough doing this.(i was on my own with a child)had no apology ither.plus was no phone in the first villa to ring reception and was made out to be lying.anyway, apart from that, the food was nice but a little cold.most of staff were friendly.the shuttle bus could do with running more often as coming back from the old town needed to get taxis as was always too many people.but it was a lovely addition for a free service. The drivers saying of "let's go" made us smile and is sruck in our heads lol. Cheerful and friendly.the colourful villas and apartments were lovely.the view stunning.was enjoyable.my special needs daughter enjoyed the serenity of it.

Beautiful Resort, spotless clean even a dishwasher and fully integrated fridge and freezer. Bar is very pricey we had 2tins of coke, and it was 6€ , there is a little shop on site different pools. Some adult only pools, a sauna and steam room all for adults after 6pm. They offer a great bus service into town 10 12 14 & 17 and same time for pickup at drop-off.

Frequent visitor to the resort as we have friends there nearby, lovely staff and always remember us and pleased to see us all on our return each time.
Paula is amazing, she looks after us when she can and is attentive in every way possible to make our stay comfortable.
Because the complex is a former Time Share from back in the day, the Dinner Hall is sometimes tight to cater for the whole complex who have booked on a Board Basis, as the design was for all self-catering originally it feels. (at meal times I would like the music to be more ambient/relaxing in the dinner hall and be at a lower volume.)
The same goes for the Main Bar area and the surrounding upstairs 'Tower Late Bar' which is a tight fit when the complex gets together in the evenings.
I would love to see the Dinner Hall expanded over the front Car Park area or to increase it as a large terrace for the catering and or to make a area for the complex to have great entertainment in the evenings in the Summer. Huge potential to make and develope into a better complex.
Saying that though we are extremely happy in the current way the resort is.
We would recommend this resort and will return there in the future as its modern, clean, spatious, quiet, and very calm.

Wow.....still here at the resort.the accomadation was more than we expected. Spacious clean and fully equipped to enable us to be self catering, which often you find there is just not enough essential items needed to do what you need especially cooking wise. The resort is clean and although small amounts of work being carried out (building maintenance) this seems to have no knock on effects to those staying on the site.
Our only moan is not enough to entertain you in the evening but its still very early in the season and maybe this will change however I do fear the dining and drinking area designated area would become so busy and the noise levels would be unbearable as it a room that echoes from sound!
We feel this is a place that with groups of friends / family who want to stay as a group and just have the ability to stay around the accommodation area together anddo their own thing would be an ideal place to come.
Now to continue with our time here ! We would most definitely recommend and would happily return .

Still here but have had a decent rest from every day Life. Managed 4 runs from Eden through the fitness park (twice each way) and back up the mega hill. We are on S/C ,decent cooking facilities, if a lack of crockery and cutlery for more than two. Needed a couple of things fixed within the first couple of days but these were seen to quickly. Nice big comfy bed housekeeping most days. Would recommend. Mini bus or taxi for those too lazy to walk up the hill. Sorry or those with walking difficulties

The whole complex is beautifully clean and the staff are very attentive and helpful, they were helpful throughout our stay. The villa/apartment was spacious and adequately equipped for our needs. The beer and other drinks were good and the bar staff very friendly. I don't want to put too many good things or other people might book up when I want to return and there won't be any room for me . The only downside was there wasn't enough hot water when showering which probably wouldn't have been a big problem if it was the middle of the summer. Overall a lovely week away.

Slightly unhappy with the lack of basic things in the kitchen, such as washing up liquid, potato peeler, scissors. The shower was barely powerful enough to wash hair and there was no shower soap in the changing rooms showers. The sauna was a little run down with missing tiles but worked fine. The worst and most frightening thing was the tilied floor by the pool and in the changing rooms. A small amount of water underfoot practically had you skating. I think far more mats are needed there. I had a great time but it’s those little things that matter.

Very pleasant stay right from the start. Friendly helpful reception, the villa was more bigger than what we expected, free WiFi, clean, 3 bathrooms and was perfectly located with patio doors opening up to the pool area and playground (perfect if you have kids!). The resort is located very close the the old town of Albufeira with a free shuttle service taking guests into town 4 times a day!

Just returned from self catering holiday at Eden Resort. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The free courtesy bus to the old town runs 4 times a day and drops off close to local shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is a 15 minute walk from the drop off point and is stunning and well kept. The Marina is 30 minute walk from drop off point but well worth a visit and has some lovely bars and places to eat. We could not fault the location or anything about the Eden Resort. We loved it so much and have just booked to return in October for a week.

Sul sito non compaiono le effettive indicazioni per spostarsi in holdtown e praia. Non specifica il fatto che le navette dirette in centro in bassa stagione sono solo 4 con orari limitati. Inevitabile quindi la sera doversi spostare con i taxi 7€ circa per tratta resort holdtown. Il Resort è accogliente quanto il personale. Appartamento e confort molto buoni. Consiglio di essere quindi automuniti o di avere una settimana di ferie per visitare i luoghi più attrattivi di Algarve.

Been Coming to Albuferia for a good few years..Thought we would try Eden Resort After reading the Reviews..Can not fault it at all..Rooms are well modern and very clean like being at home..Has everything in has were self catering..From wifi to numerous TV channels..oven microwave dish washer omg has everything you need..Gardens are very well kept everything is clean..Free shuttle bus to the old town..But to walk which we do is only bout 15 mins. Mind you taxi back has its uphill only 3.50 euro..Would we Stay here again 100% we would..We are here at the Moment it's Febuary and the weather's lovely Yes we are getting plenty of ☀️☀️

Our holiday is just coming to an end, although we have had several warnings from the resort about planned maintenance we have found it didn't cause us any disruption. Staff have been amazing, really friendly and helpful. Excellent place for kids (even with most kids stuff closed). Apartments are beautifully clean and well equipped. With a lidl and aldi just down the road it was easy to stock up on snacks and drinks etc. Shuttle bus was fab, drivers all pleasant and friendly, offering a hand down as you step off the bus, not that it was needed. But it's these little things that made the holiday. Resort is very clean even with pools being refurbished etc. Would highly recommend this resort.

Eden Resort was an excellent. Everyone was smiling and friendly. Apartment was well appointed. Spa was great. Only 4 stars as restaurant was going under refurbishment so could not use however the resort did put on a villa which they had turn into a bar you could get food out of. Price was spot on. Only £19 a night.

Very simple and quiet. Totally relax...peace in mind...The staff are very kind and gentle, especially drivers... Accommodation is clear, comfortable and we was really enjoyed there,. Albuferija is lovely city on sea side.

Devo dizer que foi o melhor sítio onde já passei férias.Fomos passar o final de ano e simplesmente adorámos.Um agradecimento especial a D.Allisson,que foi muito atenciosa e prestavel connosco.O staff cinco estrelas,a limpeza impecável,o alojamento tinha tudo o é preciso,a área envolvente muito bem tratada,local bastante tranquilo e lindo. Clean and quiet. 30min gentle walk downhill to the old town but taxi back up. Kitchen appliance spec good although missing items such as slotted spoon etc but €10 in chinese shop sorted that. Indoor pool, tennis, shop and bar. You have enough here if you want to stay out of town most days. (Edited). I would stay here again but only out of season and cheap. All sheets had a hole around the edge and the sound of scraping chairs from next door could be heard. £700 a week never. £150 may try again.

We loved Eden Resort for our family holiday just after Christmas. It was lovely, sunny weather but not too hot. We spent days at the beach and exploring the town of Albufeira. The kids loved the playground, kids club and indoor pool. We as parents loved the friendly staff, babysitting service, and all-inclusive food & drink options. We are recommending to all our friends with children, a great break to relax. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Vanessa & Sarah in the kids club, they were great with our kids who are 2 and 6 years old.

Huge 2 bedroom villa, nice staff, and very clean. The only things i can say thats wrong is a light bulb flickers on occasions and one bedside light isnt working but i would only need to make a call to sort that out. 2nd time here so speaks for itself.

The accommodation lives up to the four stars that this resort has been awarded however the same cannot be said for the facilities. Would avoid all inclusive if booking here but would recommend self-catering

Lovely apartment beyond our expectations. We were self catering and kitchen was lovely. Only down side for us was the distance to the nearest beach and local shop although there is a free shuttle bus couple of times a day to town and near beach. We recommend taxi to galle beach 12 euros each way. Beautiful beach where you can hire surfboards and walk or just sit in the sun. If you're braver than me hire a car and really explore.

Adoramos tudo principalmente o staff do restaurante foram super simpáticos com o meu filho. Só dou ponto negativo à limpeza do apartamento número 10 tinha muito pó de baixo do sofá e da cama, tive que ir buscar a bola do meu filho e qual não foi o nosso espanto. Mas fora isso 5* iremos voltar para o próximo ano de certeza

Came here for New Year 2018 .(all inclusive). although accommodation and staff were wonderful we were very dissapointed with lack of New year entertainment (absolutely none) . We had to upgrade local drinks to premium brands at cost of €10 pp per night as local brands were undrinkable. Food is very good but limited and repetitive. Having to eat early to get a seat in bar was a pain also .. we made it a good holiday but was a little dissapointed overall and probably won't return

Lovely resort: the villas are nicely furnished, the staff are friendly, and their is plenty of parking. Close to lots of beautiful beaches and day trips out. The food in the restaurant is excellent... fresh and local. The whole family had a wonderful stay.

Very safe, staff are so welcoming to everyone it is spotlights clean everywhere, free bus in to the old town lot's off shop's and lot's off restaurants the best are on the seafront we stayed for 10 nights bit to long for us as it's December and it's very quite, hot in the day but cold off a night time . Great place to stay. You can choose self catering, half or full board or all inclusive. And you also on arrival have the chance to pay extra for drinks. You then get Gordon gin, Maciera brandy etc instead of the local drinks. Good value as I'm really fussy so the upgrade is worth while. Gold band instead of green. Noticed as well they have a good for food hygiene which is great to see. Food is good and hot and if you ask for a fried egg for instant at breakfast it wi be done for you.
Clean and decent size rooms. Kitchens are well equipped and all is maintained very well. Free WiFi. You get the code from the tv. Free safe as many places charge a fortune. Luggage is brought to the room from the office for you. Also collected when you are leaving. There is a luggage room so if you have a,late depart luggage is safe. To keep your room is an extra €30 which is very reasonable.
The shop caters for most needs and there is an indoor swimming pool. And a spa treatment but you need to book. I had a €15 discount card given at reception and my full body massage was only €50 to pay. So relaxing and the young lady is so lovely..
Wheelchair users were also there so everyone has their needs catered for. No complaints at all. You have to try..and if you need something...ask. Don't moan...Fab ace. Short walk into the old town. Or a bus goes down at 10am daily. Free...and a choice of times to pick you up..

Excellent complex, apartments of varying designs and size. Really well maintained grounds & extremely clean also. Good location, 3 mins away from Albufeira old town in a taxi. Resort provides a free mini bus down to the old town from 10am onwards every day, and also returns too. Number of pools with one being adult only. Will definitely be returning to Eden Resort very soon!

Hemos estado 4 adultos y 5 niños, y las instalaciones son estupendas, las habitaciones en general muy comodas y limpias, las piscinas tanto la interior como las de afuera estupendas y la comida genial. El servicio que ofrece el hotel de llevar a los clientes al centro de Albufeira es maravilloso. La unica pega que hemos encontrado y creo que es facilmente mejorable es el tema del idioma. Esta claramente concebido para ingleses pues el personal lo habla con mucha soltura, se habla mas incluso que el portugues, pero el español ni mencionarlo, a pesar de estar a menos de 100 km. de España. En la animacion toda en ingles no pudimos participar en ningun juego, y los niños tampoco. En general la animación del hotel no esta a la altura. Y otra pega son las bebidas del todo incluido, de marcas genericas con sabores muy malos y de baja calidad, es inadmisible que no haya un triste ron negro o un simple mojito. Ademas no hay para acompañar unas patatas fritas frutos secos o algo así. Eso si la cerveza si es muy buena superbock.

It is a very lovely site and the food is lovely. Great selection. In the two bedroom apartments the wifi isnt great as it can only have up to 4 devices connected at a time. The location also isnt great it is too far from everything. Over all a good holiday.

A great family resort with amazing villas and apartments to spend a family holiday in. A good sized restaurant serving a wide range of local and home cuisine, 4 swimming pools, a free bus service 4 times a day to the old town. Entertainment caters for all ages throughout the day and night with a kids club, sports, karaoke, and musical entertainment. All in all, we have just been back to the eden resort for 2 weeks, our second time in 2 years- well worth the holiday.

For a 4 star hotel/resort it has everything you need for a lovely holiday. The apartments come with a fitted kitchen which came in useful for our infant, especially the microwave!! Staff are incredibly friendly and the pool cafe serves drinks and food - a delight to have kids meals they actually want to eat for dinner. Some facilities didnt work fully but nothing that ruined our holiday. Weather was random and unpredictable late October - forecast changed hourly. 25 minute walk into town, nice and easy or they offer a shuttle..... excellent :) Entertainment is ok, but they don't use a proper room, just the back of the entrance lobby. WiFi throughout the resort and especially in the apartment - absolute godsend. Lastly, there are no tea/coffee in the room, but plenty to drink and eat in the restaurant.

Stayed here last week in August with my partner and our two children.
The positives of Eden resort do far outweigh negatives.The resort is spotlessly clean and very well maintained.The apartments are big and spacious, even the 1 bedroom ones. The food is ok generally although lacking in variety for my vegetarian partner. Also slightly too much repetition with the food....there's only so much garlic rice a man can eat in a week, although the steady supply of HP brown sauce is a very nice touch at breakfast time for any Englishman!
The drinks on all inclusive are also fine, especially the very nice red or white sangria.
The swimming pools are nice and clean although do be prepared for the usual warfare over sun loungers....
The facilities on site are fine and the staff are pleasant and well trained. Housekeeping also done regularly and efficiently.
My only dissapointment really is that the entertainment on evenings was very average and I feel a resort like eden could do better to improve the standard.The entertainment staff do try hard though.Also I can't help but think the resort needs to build an entertainment complex on site somewhere to cater for guests better.Two days a week entertainment is poolside and you cannot get a seat easily.To me, that's not good enough.
Overall Edens a great family friendly resort though that we would recommend.

Sem dúvida um excelente sítio para relexar e descansar.
Contudo, achei que existe alguma falta de "controle" na recepção e portaria, no que diz respeito às entradas e saídas de viaturas e pessoas.
Penso que seria mais conveniente, existir uma cancela a entrada, e que todos os hóspedes usassem um cartão de identificação com o número de apartamento.

Good food, plenty of drink and a lovely resort. Placement is pretty close to the town, only 3€ in a taxi or a free shuttle bus ride away. Food quality is great, not to mention it's provided 3 times a day with two snack times as well! Overall very good.
Thanks to the Thomas Cook entertainers the days were very busy and plenty of stuff to do. Thanks to Emma and Matt during our stay made us feel very welcome!

Um grande complexo que está localizado no subúrbio de Albufeira. É uma pequena cidade onde existem 195 casas, também há muitas piscinas, um campo de ténis e um playground para o futebol. Toda a área é plantada com palmeiras e vários arbustos. É muito calmo e bonito. Há um restaurante e um bar.

You get everything you should from a 4* hotel. The food is as good as it should be, the drinks are nice and you get 3 seperate pools, which is nice, taxi's to town are cheap (€4, if somebody asks more, they are trying to scam you) and arrive in timely manner. There are quite amusing quizzes every night, which should keep you entertained.

Great resort and apartment size but some real issues! Electrics didn’t work - approx 50% of sockets dead. Fire alarm had been switched off and was showing a Fault light. Severely unequipped for self catering!! Very few utensils, nothing at all to clean with - not even sponges or washing up liquid, no oven gloves, very few basic pans (frying, large boiling pan) etc. Definitely set up for all inc guests!!However, pool guy was great and super helpful moving parasols etc. Some of these could do with updating - broken backs, torn seating area etc.Might be worth it if you book cheap but certainly not worth a large spend!

The resort is very nice and staff are very helpful. There are 5 pools, 4 family pools and one for adults only. The resort itself is slightly outside Albufeira. So if you haven't got food included you will have to walk uphill with your shopping (or use a taxi). The food on offer is catered for the whole family and great for young children. There is no a la cart restaurant on site.

Really lovely place to stay. Very clean and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere and impressed by how quickly outside amenities can be organised. Taxis and doctors etc never a problem and will come to your apartment. Food is good although breakfast is like run the gauntlet at times with long queues if you leave it too late. Waiting staff are on the ball and clear your plates the second you finish what you're eating. Lunches and evening meals were varied with a decent choice, although theres more fish and mushrooms than anything else it seems!
Our apartment was really good, the aircon worked but was stuck on full... which we didn't mind too much as it was a very hot week. The maids were in most days and kept the place clean. The whole resort was spotless. The staff work really hard here to ensure you are looked after. We certainly enjoyed our stay

When we first arrived we were met with a warm reception and friendly staff.
Our bags were looked after while we ate our dinner. When we finished we back to the reception and we were driven to our room (the pictures above). The driver was very kind and asked me if i wanted to go quick or slow. So me being said quick! As we hurried to our great room I knew this holiday would be good.
The food here is a bit on and off some nights the food is brill other night not so great.
The one thing i would change is make the poolside snacks available ealier in the day. Other then that great hotel would recommend!

stayed here for one week in a 2 bedroom villa. actually villa was luxurious excellent finish, best place i had ever stayed in for a "resort". places come with dishwasher, maids cleaning 5 times a week. staff are more then helpful and friendly, always on call. nice little shop on site for the basics and pools are always clean. only negatives, its very hilly (the whole town is) and also the fact they tolerate the standard practice of leaving towels on sun loungers and disapeasring for hours upon end

Estou neste preciso momento no resort.
Atendimento do staff nada a apontar. Simpatia 5estrelas.
Não sou esquisito e chamem me o que quiserem, acabei de chegar ontem ao fim da tarde no PACK ALL INCLUSIVE.
Estando aqui só tão pouco tempo já consigo dizer que aqui não volto mais com certeza e ainda me faltam 6 dias.
1- Tenho de pagar água engarrafada para trazer para o quarto.
2-Spa com água fria na piscina menos de 21graus e um placar a dizer que estava a 27. Como se não se desse conta.
3- Querem café de máquina ou seja uma bica paga e não reclames..... queres de borla servem nas máquinas de conveniência não esquecendo que mesmo a bica a pagar é servida num copo de esferovit.
4- Se quiser um Beirão tenho de o pagar ou então servem me um outro que dizem que é parecido. Atenção Beirão e uma bebida nacional.
5- Um copo de granizados para crianças tenho de pagar e servem cerveja ou whiskies como é normal no TI sem pagar..... um pouco irônico a meu ver.
6- Wifi estou em dados móveis pois não me consigo conectar.
7- Piscina interior e gratuita mas tenho de comprar touca a 5euros cada e ordinárias.
8- Animação tem de ser 100% em inglês.. .. Não teem um único animador em Português.....THE BEST..... e até me refiro mais animação de crianças....
9- resort 100% direccionado a estrangeiros o Português está para segundo plano, só a minha opiniao

10- SPA afinal aguinha fria e melhor para enrijar os ossos e tonificar os músculos com os tremelicos. Julho e agosto não há aguinha quente no spa para ninguém.
11- Bebidas do TI e só mesmo a partir do meio dia na piscina. Ou seja queres o aperitivo antes de almoço paga ....
Instalações são muito boas e alimentação até agora nada a apontar.......

We spent two nights in Eden resort. The apartments are very well equipped including a safe, free Wi-Fi (oddly the TV had to be turned on for the Wi-Fi to work) a full-fledged kitchen with microwave, oven, mixer etc..
The place is very well maintained and staff was very friendly. Visitors should note that the place is situated a bit remotely and having a car is advisable if you want to go to the beach or do some sightseeing. Visitors were mostly families with young kids mainly from the UK. Breakfast was mostly British Style (sausages, ham, scrambled eggs, etc.). However, some dietary things such as lactose free milk was available, too.
I would probably not go here again, mainly because the place is more designed for a family all-inclusive vacation than a couple vacation.

The shuttle bus runs to the old town in the daytime - Drivers are so good. Its an easy walk to and from the old town and the beach.Any food I bought in the café was nice

Beautiful resort with complete facilities for adults and kids. We booked 2 bedroom villa and it so spacious. Have 3 big pools include one pool for adult only. Very good for family. Great accommodation for self catering as it has all the kitchen needs. It also has inclusive package too. We tried one night for buffet it has alot of food choices. A nearby supermarket downhills is very good.

Un lugar precioso, acogedor, muy espacioso. Adecuado para pasar tanto largo tiempo como una escapada de fin de semana.
La piscina interior es un poco pequeña para el tamaño del complejo, pero x el resto es todo perfecto.
El servicio de habitaciones y los recepcionistas son super atentos. Tuvimos 2 problemillas en la habitación y les faltó tiempo para atendernos, llegaron al momento y volvieron a comprobar que todo estaba correcto.
Las instalaciones...muy bonitas y espaciosas
Un lugar en medio del aire libre, tranquilo, con 3 piscinas ( 1 solo adultos) y 1 cuarta interior, sauna y baño turco.

- Entertainments room is very loud and echoey. No objection to the children running around having fun, but the acoustics are not good or suitable.
- if you want hypothermia, feel free to use the outdoor pool, otherwise avoid it. It feels like an ice bath regardless of how hot it is.

+ Food is lovely and they cater for ALL dietary needs

We had a private villa, which was wonderful. The private pool in particular was a great feature, though if it was heated we could have used it more (the water stays quite cold in October). Clean, contemporary rooms and friendly staff. Very relaxing. There's a free mini bus into Albufeira Town centre, or you can hire a taxi for roughly 5 euros. The minimarket in the complex is good for essentials.

Busy road to walk into town which isn't ideal with young children as the cars thunder past.
The hotel was actually a really enjoyable stay, the staff were nice and accommodating.
The food served was nice, but it wasnt like being at a restaurant but that's not what we expected. We expected what we got, which was decent food at a decent price.
We found the first restaurant walking into the town was very nice, it's a fancy looking building with trees and a water feature in the garden. That's if anyone else would like a very good meal, and again the price was reasonable.
I would stay at these apartments again only if our children weren't so young, maybe we worry a bit to much but plenty of people walk on the road.

This was our third time last Eden Resort and it definitely the place to go for a relaxing holiday! It sits on a hill outside Albufeira and although there is a courtesy coach service which finishes at 1700hrs it can be a pleasant 30 minute walk down to the Old Town and a taxi back is only 4 Euros! The development is made up of villas and apartments all finished to a high standard with three pools and a main building with a restaurant, spa and two bars! You have a choice of going all inclusive, half board and self catering! For those who prefer self catering the kitchens are fully fitted with everything you require being available. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in town with prices being very reasonable!

Nice pretty resort. Rooms large. Kitchen nice quality but lacks extra utensils. Did run out of things during cooking. Beds v uncomfortable. Rooms a little tatty now, light bulbs not working, furniture looking worn. but season us coming to an end. Does need a little more attention but would consider returning. Love people of Portugal. Very friendly towards the Brits

First class villa very big and lovely location entertainment team worked very hard did a good job. Bar and some restaurant staff need to smile abit more and food was not hot enough and not very good entertainment on a night time. Went A/I would do B/B next time as food wasnt good

2nd time for us, this year and 2017. Whilst the resort is geat for kids this years stay was spoiled by parties of drunken adults poolside and during the evening entertainment.
Beware the rip off drinks prices...no price list on display in the reception area complex bar. We were charged different prices on all visits for same drinks. Prices are high anyway compared to prices in town.
If you want a relatively quieter time some evenings then head for the marina rather than the town. Several restaurants and a parade of good shops including a bakery.
8€ for taxi.
Good trip to see dolphins and caves via seacreat tours also based at the marina
Staff are really helpful to end on a positive.

Die Anlage macht eigentlich einen netten Eindruck und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.
Aber Urlaub in Portugal ist etwas völlig anderes!
EDEN ist eine britische Enklave! Man fühlt sich wie auf der Insel... Selbst das Essen ist auf englischen Geschmack zugeschnitten... und das Animationsprogramm ist auch nur etwas für Insulaner oder Taube; laut und niveaulos... Schade, dass hier offensichtlich diese Gruppe von Gästen bevorzugt wird. Wer es dennoch wissen will, sollte auf gar keinen Fall „sein Bett“ am Pool aufschlagen.

Fantastic place to stay. this place is definitely 10/10. The staff can not do enough for you,the service from the Restaurant staff to the cleaning staff is just impeccable and can not be faulted.
The resort is just relaxing and stunning and it never feels crowded when you are there.
The villa was just fantastic and spacious and clean.
This was our first time in Portugal but it will not be our last.People are just so warm,accommodating and can't do enough for you.
My only negative was the night-time entertainment. We had 4 kids from 10 to 16 years old and for them it was not catered for,If you have young kids then you will be in your element as the staff are great at keeping them happy,but not older kids.
Thank-you Eden for a lovely weeks stay and for looking after us so well.
Big thank-you to Andrea in the Sports bar every evening... He makes the best cocktails ever and looks after all the family. Andrea you are top drawer mate.

Beautiful resort. Nice clean spacious villa.Good choice of food and drinks on the all inclusive package The staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough for you and made us feel very welcome. Only let down was the evening entertainment it is aimed at families with young children only. We had teenagers and there wasn't anything for them on the evening. I came here as my first time in Portugal and its been lovely villas are gigantic. Lots of options for which pool to go to and there is brilliant bars around the resort that serve brilliant food. Very good taxi service can take family's of all sizes and also very quick to get to you. Overall very good stay hopefully I will come back next year.

Lovely resort, let down a little by old damaged loungers in the villas. Pool is busy as expected at peak times, with beds reserved with towels by 8 every day. Hotel staff don't do enough to prevent this. However Staff are super friendly food is really good although more options would be better. Villa's are huge. All in all fab place.

Good sized appartment but mattress on sofa bed uncomfortable. A few ants but not a problem for us. Notice in room from hotel to explain that it was due to rural location and that they would deal with them if we asked. Staff seemed friendly enough. Two good sized pools (both with toddler pools) for families. Only one day when we turned up in the afternoon and couldnt find a sun bed. Our 5 year old enjoyed the kids club although 8pm was a bit late for mini disco. 2 year old was happy in playground. 10 minute walk to good supermarket at bottom of hill. 20 minute walk into town. Shower was broken but was fixed as soon as we told them. Drinks expensive if youre not all inclusive 3 euros for a small cappuccino in a polystyrene cup.

Wow what a place we stayed for 10 nights as we were getting married in albufeira lots of our family stayed at the Eden to.Some with kids some without everyone loved the resort.So glad we went all inclusive food was lovely different menu each evening.The kids pool and entertainment was great fun. The resort itself is spotless clean from the apartments and villas they were both superb. The staff were the nicest people I have ever came across nothing was a problem. Down to the taxi service it was 100% we made a lovely friend Pedro who helped us so much between taking us to the wedding venue dry cleaning services everywhere and anywhere he was always at the other end of the phone to help. It was like a home from home there. The staff work very hard which is clear to see. Many of us will be back next year I can't say enough about the Eden Resort 10/10 see you next year xx

Just back to Dublin after spending 9 days in the Eden Resort. This resort exceeded all my expectations. Fantastic grounds, with beautiful villas, that had everything you would need. The entertainment team need a special mention,Elle, Gareth and Soraia, you guys were brilliant, providing the perfect blend of fun for young and old. I leave happy as the ping pong champion of 2019.....
I would be very happy to recommend this resort for families, from tots to teenagers.

We have just returned from our first holiday in Portugal 2 adults and 2 children aged 4 & 8yrs we stayed the Eden Resort which is just fantastic from start to finish. From the minute we arrive we were made feel very welcome by the staff who all seem very happy in there jobs this followed throughout our time there from the animation team to the bar staff, reception nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment which was more than adequate the apartments are very clean spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. This was out first time to go all inclusive & it did not disappoint the food is fabulous. Breakfast, lunch & dinner were all served in the main restaurant the variety and quality of fresh food was excellent. Snacks were also a big hit with the kids this ranged from toasties, pizza, chips, hot dogs, burgers etc The cocktails in The Apple bar are definitely worth a try its hard to pick a favourite!! The resort itself is very safe cameras everywhere. The gardens are well manicured with lots if pretty flowers which is lovely when strolling around. Overall this was the best most relaxing holiday we have had away with the children. We will definitely be returning to the Eden Resort next year. The evening entertainment isnt really great there is a mini disco for the younger kids which is fine but the animation team do try the best with the resources they have got...Thank you Eden Resort.

Absolutely amazing accommodation, food is delicious every meal of the day, perfect for an all inclusive get away. The pools are all well kept and clean and with three to choose from they're not too busy either. Me and my other half preferred the adult only pool as it was quiet and peaceful, however, there is no bar there, like with the other pools. This is my second time returning here and I will come back every year if I can

Nice place had a good holiday. Food was great and it was very clean all over bit out the way its about 25mins walk to the beach or you can get bus from the hotel it's free only takes 5mins drops of at the shops and bars would definitely go back again.

We got a great deal here. The apartment we stayed in was large and very comfortable. Our patio doors opened up looking over a garden. Internet connection was fantastic, easily playing 1080p videos at any time of the day. Food was of a good standard. Could be improved with more options. That said generally the standard was good and the Kitchen staff helpful to a tee.
Entertainment could've been more extensive, if that ranks high on your list of requirements, I've seen better at 3 star hotels. Still we enjoyed some of the entertainment.
Tennis courts, bats and balls are available for use. Pool table was out of action whilst we were there which was a bit strange. If the payment doesn't work, just let the balls on the table for free surely?
The resort is a little bit away from the main action, fine if you have a car to get about, there's also free shuttle bus services which we didn't use.
Sauna got nice and hot, the steam room not so much.
All in all a very good 4 star type of experience. Comfortable and relaxing. I'm very thankful to have spent time here.

Got a really good deal on this. Before arriving we thought there must be a catch. The only thing we found was the pool outside our villa was out of bounds due to re-tiling. This wasnt a big problem. The only other thing was little hot water and the WiFi was a bit hit and miss. The actual villa was massive!!!!

This is a fantastic place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are 3 pools, one adults only and a pool side bar. The apartments are large, well equipted and clean. The food in the restaurant is cooked fresh with a buffet which is topped up regularly. The local beach is only 5 minutes away and the resort runs a shuttle service at various times during the day. With the weather and amenities this is a must stay place for adults and children alike.

Plenty of swimming possible and bars. Small shop quite expensive but Lidl just round the corner. Nice and central if you wanted to go to other places too.

Awful. This place is full of the worst alcoholic disrespectful people I've ever seen. Hoards of stag anf hen parties drunk at ten am
Shouting at dinner tables and pissing in public. Kept awake every night by drunks. The house next door was like a permanant party. Management did NOTHING staff look harassed and resigned to the fact this place is for the lowest of the low. Cheap holiday f9r a reason. The accommodation is beautiful but pointless when it cannot be enjoyed due to w4 hour shouting foghting banging i paid for a new hotel and moved out. Will be complaining to easyjet who said it was a quiet resort. The worst place ive ever stayed ever.

Just came back from a hen weekend here, the resort is lovely rooms very spacious!, pools look nice food ok the normal hotel food not much variety!, not sure it's facilities are big enough to cope with peak season trade. That's the good part!! Now for the bad some of the staff (not all) couldn't even muster up a smile or hello, The deputy manager Paula was a different level very very rude! she had experienced an incident on the Friday night (we hadn't even arrived) which they couldn't control and decided to take it out on every other group of stag and hens there!! Advising us it's a family resort and they don't accept stag and hen groups yet nowhere on the website does it stipulate this (like a lot of other resorts do) and the place was full of stag and hens! She asked our hen to remove her veil as we were being disrespectful our hen was in a nice dress with a veil on!! We were sat having a drink we weren't being rude or offensive, or even loud!! We questioned this and she was very rude, advising us it's her hotel and she can speak to us how she likes!! and she makes the rules she went too far and ruined our experience at the resort! A lot of other groups Were also moaning about how they were being treated! Yet not one of those groups were rowdy, rude, or disrespectful. I spoke with a few families who thought we were all fine!! If you don't like it stipulate it on the website and don't take single sex bookings! If you do cater for it, get your management to deal with everyone as individuals rather than having a pre conception that every stag or hen is going to be vulgar, rude or disrespectful! Maybe some customer service training is needed, a resort is only as good as its team! Could be a really great resort!!.

Rooms / apartments are OK but that's where it ends unfortunately. Food mostly cold all week and restaurant like a cattle market. Only 2 bars in the complex aside the pool bar all with a reasonable selection of drinks. I like the algarve but would not return to this resort.

Once you check out, All inclusive stops, no more drinks or food, unless you PAY. Not enough restaurants to accommodate all, get in early to avoid the long queuing. Only one bedroom, my son ended up on a sofa bed, good job he's only small. Glad I didn't go at peak season.

El todo incluido queda mucho que desear ,ya que pides una granizada y te dicen que tienes que abonar 3€, los snack tienes que pedir los corriendo por que antes que te des cuenta se han quedado sin comida.
El agua de la ducha sale un chorrito muy pequeño y si se estan duchando en el otro baño no tienes agua caliente ,limpieza mejorable.
La comida muy repetitiva ,leche sin lactosa hay que pedirla por que eso si no la tienen a la vista como todos los hoteles que e estado.
Zonas comunes cerradas ninguna para poder estar de dia si te esta lloviendo.
En el desayuno colas tremendas ya que el comedor es pequeño .
Animacion solo para niños y cortita.
Piscina climatizada agua fria ,eso de que tienen sauna y baño turco para nada por que no funcionan. Vamos que queda mucho de desar. Por lo demas bien .

Ladne apartamenty, jednak do 4* wiele im brakuje. Obsluga fatalna, nie mili , sztuczne usmiechy przyklejone do twarzy. Jedzenie koszmar jak na 4* jak sie reklamuja to za kuchnie nawet 2 ciezko sie doszukac. Sniadania monotonia i zero smaku przy czym cala tablica mendelejewa sie tam znajduje , smak potraw okropny, zapach rowniez (tracilo starymi skarpetami) . obiady i kolacje bez rewelacji mieso przesuszone , owoce nie pierwszej swiezosci, albo niedojzale, desery takie "pobawmy sie w malego chemika" . Animacje byly fajne mimo chyba bardzo okrojonego budzetu, dziewczyna ktora to prowadzila bardzo sie starala. Plus swietne miejsce wypadowe.

Big spacious resort with lovely well fitted out self catering facilities. Room service was half hearted, some furnishings could do with a clean eg lounge sweets and curtains. Excellent shuttle service, generally great staff service. All inclusive food and drinks great value... Buffet had good choice although as is generally the rule can be bland and only like warm. Would definitely visit the resort again but would self cater as local supermarkets are e cell lent and very good value.. And give greater freedom around meal times!

Don't get me wrong the villas and setting are beautiful. However the resort is out of the way from everything else, there was a minibus laid on to take you into the town but they really needed 2/3 and we went at off peak.
The food was okay just the usual hotel style help yourself but dining room much to small, but with the villa you had the option to cook for yourself.
The 2 pools were very cold but very pleasant to sit near if you could get a lounger and one of the pools was child free.
As for the staff, well so much for the friendly Portuguese, they were miserable, dowdy and tired, not once did we get a smile from any of the staff from dining room to reception and also very unorganized with very little information at hand. The only exception to this were the young staff at the pool side kiosk who were always happy, polite and conscientious.
Would I recommended a stay here the short answer is not if you are going all inclusive...probably great for large family groups self catering.

Place was beautiful and very clean.
Apartment cleaned regularly.
Apartment 5 star everything you need including 2 ensuites and even a dishwasher. Kitchen equipped with all your cutlery, cook wear etc and very spacious. WiFi and a large tv.
Added bonus lovely garden and patio area.
Most staff friendly especially reception.
Only disappointment food choice if your a plain eater not great. But plenty off choice if your not. Not a lot for small children, but maybe due to the time of year as November. But there were bar snacks in afternoon which were great.
Weather great for the time of year, really great price for a short all inclusive stay.
Would highly recommend.

The staff are polite but are told what to say by management who is not seen. The rooms are spacious. The air con pipe broke flooding the lower end of the apartment. My 5 night stay there was cold showers. Once you complain the staff then take a dislike to you. If you are of class do not stay here. It houses the worst type of benefit bumbs from England who abuse alcohol and have an issue with other cultures. Eating food felt uncomfortable as they stir as if A NON WHITE PERSON should not be eating in the same dinning area as them. I would never return to this hotel let alone Portugal again.

Everything was Kind and helpful staff. Very roomy and well equipped with a fully accessorised kitchen. We had a balcony (with a table and chairs). We were all inclusive and the food was excellent with a good choice and perfectly cooked They offer car rentals too. I would definitely stay again. And I would recommend these apartments for everyone

Eden resort has very lovelly, big and comfortable apartments. The resort itself is very beautifull. The reception is always there to help. The food was good but it did not have a lot of options, between the meals there was snacks, which were very tasty. The location of the resort is its limitation, the nearest shop is 10 min away walking downhill and it is the only shop in surronding area (except for the one inside the resort which is closing early and has limited products). There was a shuttle service that took the guests to the centre of Albufaira, which is a very beautifull city and has a very clean and beautiful beach. For all inclusive the alcohol range is big, soft drinks, hot drinks, spirits, mixers and basic coctails. The spa, the receptionist were never there, the swimming pool was a bit small and max depth was 1. 25 m. There were tenis courts that you can book for an hour and it was a great fun. I think that Eden resort is more suitable for people that want to get away from everyday problems and just relax, for people that want to go out and see atractions I would not offer this resort to, it is too far fron the city

Disappointed with the quality of our 2 bedroom apartment, after having a villa last November. The first was dirty and had been adapted for disabled guests. While I applaud them for the effort, it was not nice to try and use showers and toilets normally. They moved us the following day and it was better, but outside patio and garden area was in need of cleaning and tidying. We did it ourselves, as we were there for a month but won't be going back, as thought the money we paid deserved better. No washing matching or launderette on sight and only a news channel and four very poor English speaking channels that consisted of James Bond movies and old repeats. Not good enough in this day and age.

The Eden was beautifully kept, our Villa was spotlessly clean & spacious, the Staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried, the food was delicious & plenty of variety & overall it was one of the best family holidays we have had. We were extremely sad to have to leave & hope to return soon! Villa 184 will always be a home away from home for us.

Lovely resort currently here now feb 2018. We had sun and clouds first day but been reaching 19 and 20 degrees past 2 days. The hotel is clean the apartment are clean everything u may need apart from to do laundry but there is a launderette in the old town you can do it there. It's 5 minutes in the free shuttle they run down to the old town and free Algarve shopping days to. Staff are more than friendly and helpful definitely recommend this resort.

We loved it the suites were fabulous the 3 swimming pools were a good size not heated as you would expect in February haha the bar area was a great place to hang out, the entertainment was a bit of a wash out but is low season. Alberfura was a short shuttle ride away (FREE) this complex was fantastic we paid just £212 each all inclusive the food was of a good standard and the staff very friendly would we come back defiantly a. Went out of season, highly recommended if you don't mind the outdoor pools being closed. Indoor pool is small and a bit chilly. Lodges are huge though, good value.

It's a great place to be in, with outside events to go to, however there aren't many things.to do within the resort other than the restaurant, swimming pools, kids play area and a small lounge area. The infrastructure looks nice but I wish they put more internal/indoor activities to make me want to stay indoors to spend and/or have more fun!

The reason I gave 3* is that no intertainement for kids and the food is always cold.

Only back from 7 nights in this resort. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was huge with every bit of equipment you would need inc dishwasher. And we were all inclusive. Staff were great. The upgrade drinks package might not suit every one all depends on your brands. Anyone travelling this week bring a good fleece it's very cold at night. Food was a bit repative. I wouldn't have a problem with rebooking this hotel.

Magnifique hôtel à découvrir lors de son passage à albufeira dans ses grandes suites tres spacieuse meublées et conviviales , services de professionnels , accueil avec courtoisie, très bon niveau culinaire , services de pro ,rien à dire au niveau hygiène et ménage , personnelle , accueillant et disponible malgré la difficulté de communication , car la langue parlée ici est l'anglais et portugais,un personnel dévoué au service de leur clientèle ainsi que la gérante.
Toutes ces qualités nous vous permettent de passer un moment magique et de somptueux vacances.

Amazing place to be. Staff very helpful. Villa cleaned regularly. Could do with updating decoration but place is brilliant,very spacious for families. Good size pools n indoor pool is good as well.Staff again very professional n helpful.

Brilliant location, 15 min walk to old town. Accommodation, couldn't fault it. We stayed in a 2 bed town house. Spacious is an understatement, and outdoor space too. People have in the past had a winge about paint work being grubby... your going to get a few scuffs with holiday makers passing through 12 months a year.
Gardens and pool area very clean. I lost count on how many times I saw the attendent attend the toilets by the pool area in a day.
Staff, wonderful, always willing to help and work very hard and long hours.
All inclusive, wouldn't do again, if I could get a good deal on b&b I would do because I loved the breakfast, good variety and tasty . A good variety for all meals, but I found it repetitive and boring. We went out to old town to eat on our second week. Poolside bar, well, as an All inc, you felt like a second class citizen when wanting a burger/ hot dog. , food on a paper plate, no garnish, where if you were paying ( through your nose) you had real plates, large amounts of food and were waited on.
Entertainment, great for the young children. Could never get anywhere to sort when the entertainment was by the poolside bar. Apple bar.... unless your a card loving snap black jack, 21 family, don't go, it's what you'd do in a caravan when you've got bad weather, the place was inundated with family's taking up all the space, getting there free beer and playing cards. ( as you can tell,this wound me up )

Fantastic hotel and amazing staff. Rooms were perfect and clean, and the food was good quality too. Four picky eaters had full plates for every buffet meal we went to. Also, in the Apple Bar upsatirs, Andre is the best barman on the planet.

2 bedroom villa much larger than I anticipated and very well appointed nice kitchen, bathrooms and comfy beds. Food was better than I expected from the reviews I'd read, lots of nice salads and fresh fruit. Coffee and "juices" not so good. We stayed in low season consequently we didn't pay very much for the stay. Some of the staff were extremely friendly especially reception and the lady in the Apple bar, some much less so. Good place for a budget low season holiday, weather was pleasant.

Very friendly Reception staff, Villa amazing and food is nice. Staff on the bar could engage better with customers by smiling, however that's just a little niggle to the experience we are having. Really enjoying the stay.

Arrived too early to check in straight away but were still shown map of where things were, allowed into the spa to change/freshen up after journey and then allowed to store luggage in a side room so we could go relax by pools, we went and had cocktails at the pool bar and some lunch. For the size of cups drinks were a little dear at €6 but there was a hefty alcohol measurement so we were happy. There is a family of friendly little cats that hover in hopes of scraps but they don't bother you. And a pleasent young lady came round with quizzes to get involved in.
At check in we where shown whereabouts our apartment would be. This apartment unfortunately was not as we had asked for when booking (for personal reasons needed) but after expressing concerns Ana at the front desk was wonderful and upgraded our group to a lovely villa in the perfect location. It was perfectly clean and tidy with plenty of equipment for self catering.. couldve done with some basic cleaning bits for the kitchen, no dishwasher tablets, cloths for washing up etc..! Pools were lovely and clean and the water was checked daily in all. Showers we had were great, powerful and hot. Fresh towels every day with housekeeping and bed linen changed and made up. All round excellent grounds, beautiful carp pond with a little bridge, excellent staff. Shop a little pricey but all little convenience stores on sites like these are. Just an amazing place.
P.s Lidl is a 15min walk but if getting alot I suggest getting a taxi back up as steep hills. The views though from top of the resort are worth the location.

Lovely place to stay.here with my mum 78yr old.staff couldnt be more helpfull.apts spotless.pool ect all lovely.bus into town 3 times a day.shop on site great for allsorts.will defo be back.been to loads of apts in portugal.this the best yet.ann &margaret.

This was an amazing place for a family to go in their first visit to Portugal. The apartments are spacious and homely. Amenities are very close together. 3 outdoor pools and one indoor (you need a swimming hat to go in that one). Free shuttle bus to and from the town 4 times a day (which is only 5 minutes away). The beach is beautiful and sea warm. We only did B&B. The breakfast was substantial. There is Wi-Fi in the apartments and in areas throughout the resort. Only issue we had was the outdoor pools were so cold. I mean icy cold. Like an ice pool. While my 5 year old didn't mind (his lips were purple most of the time) I did not go in once.

Excellent! Great resort for families, with three swimming pools, Villa's are modern and fully equipped, air con in every room.
Two minutes from the old town that is packed with good restaurants and plenty to see and do.
The only downside is that Portugal ain't cheap... but is anything cheap these days?

Ruime kamers, netjes en goed verzorgt. In november heerlijk rustig en totaal geen last van andere (engelse) gasten die eel all-inclusive hebben. Een auto is wel eeb aanrader.

Lovely resort and great for children. 3 pools of which 1 is adults only and one with pool bar serving drinks and snacks. Great views . This site in top of quite a steep hill which can be accessed by road but wouldn't suit anyone who was not very mobile on foot.
All inclusive is a great option and the food is great . The only negative is that there is a lack of evening entertainment. Plenty during the day for adults and children as plenty of music and games played for all round entertainment. Oops forgotten to mention an indoor pool for the cooler days ..... we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and this was well equipped and plenty of space . There is a patio area with Sun lingers and a dinning table and chairs which were put to great use. The cleaning schedule was excellent and there were towels available daily if required for the sun loungers. All in all a very good place to stay. Clean , tidy and well worth the money.
