Probablemente el mejor resort que he estado nunca. Servicio estupendo, habitacion suite junior genial, enclavado en una playa maravillosa y con todos los servicios. Lo recomendaría para todo el mundo.

Établissement très bien situé au calme un personnel au petit soin un paysage magnifique au bord des falaises une plage privée et des piscines très bien agencées au milieu de 11hectares entretenu parfaitement bien avec arbres fleurs un vrai petit coin de paradis Même si l’hôtel était plein pas du tout cette impression de foule pas de bruit

Espaço verdadeiramente atrativo, onde se pode desfrutar de toda a paisagem envolvente deste complexo hoteleiro que sabe honrar as cinco estrelas que ostenta.
Jardim, piscinas e espaço de praia com tratamento impecável.
Alojamento muitíssimo confortável com boa decoração e extremamente limpo.
Empregados simpaticos, que sabem receber e nos rodeiam de todas as atenções e mordomias.
Não perca um jantar no espaço grill, uma surpreendente experiência de confeção e frescura preparados pelo chefe.
Boa carta de vinhos, mas se tiver dúvida não hesite em pedir a opinião do sommelier.
Não tive tempo para experimentar o espaço gourmet, mas fica sem dúvida para a próxima estadia.
Recomendo com entusiasmo.

Ich habe das Hotel zum zweiten Mal gebucht und war wieder begeistert.Die Lage ist einfach einzigartig, der Garten ein Traum. Hier kann man sich wirklich erholen.Freundlichkeit, Frühstück, Service, alles wunderbar. Danke an alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels.

Très beau resort, dans un superbe cadre parfaitement entretenu. L’accès gratuit à la plage privée et aux courts de tennis (1h/jour) est un réel avantage. Personnel attentif et agréable.Un bémol cependant sur l’offre de restauration excessivement chère (le site internet n’étant d’ailleurs pas à jour sur ce point), ainsi que sur le caractère peu chaleureux des chambres et bâtiments attenants.

Herrliche Lage direkt am Meer mit wunderschöner Gartenanlage. Bei Sonderwünschen beim Essen auf Grund von gewissen Unverträglichkeiten wird es jedoch ein wenig schwierig. Die Küche ist darauf nicht sonderlich gut vorbereitet. Room Service war etwas schludrig (manche Sachen wurden vergessen). Aber sehr freundliches Personal. Spa ist überteuert für die gebotene Leistung.

Wow this place is amazing. We arrived without a reservation because we wanted to check out the facilities before booking and ended up staying three nights here. The grounds are beautiful and lush full of flowers and plants. The kids club is fantastic. My son spent hours playing on the football pitch, climbing structure and swing. We enjoyed several breakfasts here as well as a lunch and dinner.
The resort offers buggies to take you from your room to the restaurant or pool areas. Because it was March, we didn’t swim but enjoyed the poolside restaurant. The real gem is the beach here. It really feels secluded and magical. We went to the beach next door at Vila Vita, and it wasn’t as good or clean. The beach at Vilalara is the real highlight of the property. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

Un endroit exceptionnel ! Nous avons passé une nuit dans une suite de ce resort à l'occasion de notre lune de miel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les attentions du personnel. Chaque personne du staff est très aimable, serviable et fait tout pour que le séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Notre suite était magnifique, décoration sobre et moderne, baignoire jaccuzi dans notre chambre très très appréciable, très grande douche, produits d'accueil nombreux et très agréables. Le lit (2m de large!) était très très confortable ! Nous avons également profité de la superbe et grande terrasse. Le Room Service est disponible sur une plage horaire très large, personnel également très sympathique et efficace. L'hôtel propose des piscines extérieures mais aussi 1 piscine intérieure. En réservant directement sur le site de l'hôtel nous avons pu bénéficier de l'accès au sauna et hammam. Nous avons dîné au restaurant gastronomique le soir et avons vraiment apprécié la finesse des plats proposés. Nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité prix correct pour ce genre d'établissement : environ 130€ pour 2 entrées, 2 plats, 2 desserts, 1 bouteille de vin rosé de la région et 2 cafés (les repas dans les restaurants du resort bénéficient de 10% de réduction lorsqu'on commande directement sur le site de l'hôtel). Nous avons également beaucoup aimé le buffet du petit déjeuner proposé le lendemain matin. Nous avons pu profité de la belle terrasse du restaurant face à la mer pour cela. Le buffet est très varié (viennoiseries, pains divers, confitures, laitages, jus multiples, boissons chaudes, oeufs brouillés, bacon, charcuterie, fromages, céréales...)
L'hôtel dispose également d'une belle plage privée avec transat.
Les jardins de l'établissements sont magnifiques et très dépaysants. Différents lits de repos sont d'ailleurs installés à différents endroits pour en profiter.
Bref, nous avons adoré ce court séjour au Vilalara Resort et espérons pouvoir y retourner pour en profiter plus longuement la prochaine fois !!

Guter Zugang zum privaten Strand. Gutes Frühstück, jedoch jeden Tag das Gleiche. Einrichtung und Mobliiar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Wege mit Kinderwagen nur schwierig erreichbar. Nur eine Flasche Wasser pro Zimmer gratis. Jeden Abend Goldtaler auf‘s Bett. Kletterhaus für Kleinkinder neu, aber nur bedingt für Kleinkinder geeignet.

Staying here was one of those perfect vacations that makes you sooooo reluctant to go back to the real world.
The facilities and grounds are perfect. You feel separated from the real world, but also enough separation from the other guests (because of the layout) that you don’t feel like you’re sharing your vacation with a ton of strangers. Great restaurant and spa onsite, with multiple pools and direct beach access.

It’s a beautiful place around the resort a perfect place to relax as the sun seems to shine most of the time in the region of Algarve a beautiful staircase that will lead you to the beach
The hotel is equipped with beautiful swimming pools, restaurants and bars a perfect place to have a meal or a drink of your own choice the hotel also provides meal for health conscious guests which can be customised based on what the clients prefer to have.
So I recommend that you do visit this place any time of the year.

Vilalara Thalasa is a beautiful beach side resort. It is situated on a cliff edge with outstanding views of the ocean.The facilities are second to none and the staff are excellent.Difficult to find a fault with the resort, it was a fantastic week stay that we wished could have been for longer.

Personnel d'une gentillesse remarquable et très attentif aux désirs des clients.
Petits déjeuners et repas copieux et variés.
L'équipe de la thalasso contribue aussi au bien être et à la qualité des soins.
C'est notre 3ème séjour et sans doute pas le dernier, c'est un lieu idéal pour se retrouver en famille.

Maravilhoso resort. Belas e amplas zonas ajardinadas, um lago muito bonito com peixes e patos, um restaurante maravilhoso com uma vista sobre o mar ainda mais maravilhosa.
Quartos amplos e arejados. Resort situado mesmo em cima do areal de uma pequena praia. Parece uma baía. Perto das praias de Porches e Armação de Pêra. Experiência maravilhosa neste resort em 2010.
Piscina ampla e "abraçada" por deslumbrantes zonas verdes e belas plantas. Local paradisíaco.
Staff muito atencioso. Boa comida no restaurante e deliciosas sobremesas. Restaurante com vista mar e piscina.
Saudades... Regressarei concerteza.

A very relaxing place surrounded by nature and fresh wildness. Perfect for family time out or for even for couple's looking for a little honeymoonish weekend. The beach is a very calm bay with a stunning landscape around. Helpful staff, AMAZING rooms and overall top level service. The only points of improvement for the hotel is the breakfast (that is definitely not 5 star level) and the service at the beach - free water, better fresh nibbles ...

Sehr stilvolles Hotel. Natürlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber bestens erhalten. Und genau das macht den Charme aus. Weil eben doch stetig renoviert worden ist und vor allem die Vegetation seines Gleichen sucht.
Besonders hervorheben ist die Tatsache, dass sich aufgrund der Vielzahl der Pools an verschiedenen Standorten und dem direkten Zugang zum Meer selbst bei voller Belegung die Gäste gut verteilen und man sich schon fast wie in einem Boutique-Hotel fühlt.
Der Service ist ebenfalls zu jeder Zeit sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.
In Punkto Speisen ist das Frühstück sehr gut und vielfältig, beim Abendessen fehlt ab und an etwas Raffinesse. Gute Qualität der Ware, das ist unbestritten. Passende Weine werden ebenfalls empfohlen.

Fantastic hotel and experience. Really improved the service compared to previous years and nicer touches in the rooms. Strongly recommend for a week in the sunshine, especially if you like tennis.
My only request would be upgrading the cardio equipment in the gym - it is supposed to be a health related hotel!

We came here for our honeymoon after getting married just north of Lisbon. I don't know why it isn't rated higher! The design of the rooms is not the latest, but it is still incredibly nice and functional. We had a gigantic room with a spa tub and private terrace almost the same size of the room itself. I could have done several cartwheels in the room. The service was just excellent. Very personable and nice. The location is absolutely stunning and the terrace pool is one of the nicest pools I've ever been in. Also - even though the architecture might look like something out of Bond movie (whether that's a good thing or bad thing, depends on you) - you'll find that it is actually harmonious with the landscape, so in that way I really came to appreciate it. I would very highly recommend this resort!

Stayed her last year for my birthday. I am definitely coming back. They treated us so well. Even made a cake for me. They made me feel as if I was family. Big shout out to 5 Andre and the lovely lady that was always at the restaurant and wished us happy birthday. Thank you for making my day so special

O espaço é de facto bonito e bem cuidado, e poderia ser o sitio perfeito para férias, mas se forem procurar em outros reviews, não sou o unico a ser roubado pelo staff. Tinha acabado de comprar um telemóvel novo, fui à piscina de agua quente ao final do dia, eu e um amigo vimos o rapaz das toalhas mexer nas nossas cadeiras, saimos da piscina e fomos ver, e de facto o telemovel ja la nao estava. Fomos imediatamente ter com o responsavel do resort que jurou iria resolver tudo. Nao resolveu nada!! Fez tudo para atrasar o processo, dando tempo ao rapaz de chegar a casa com o meu telemóvel, que eu nunca mais vi! Uma experiência muito pobre.... E já agora, pagamos room service a preço de ouro, e a comida não valia nada.
Do outro lado da rua está o Villa Vita, aí sim nao tenho nada a apontar.

Stayed here Friday to monday. The hotel is very good and standards are high. Having a private beach is bonus and there was always a bed available . The downside was being half board. when reading about the hotel you are under the impression you will have a choice of places to eat but in reality there is only the main restaurant to eat in. There was also a set menu which had quite limited choice on 2/3 of our days. Alcohol and food is quite expensive here but I suppose you might expect that in a 5* hotel. Staff were always happy to help and the rooms were faultless. Enjoyed my time here

This resort was stunning it had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful and clean, the breakfast was lovely for me. It was a nice and quiet place to be. I have to say the best thing for me was the staff. They had everything down to a t. When I arrived and walked into my room they had soy milk waiting for me which was perfect as I am intolerant! They knew what I liked to drink in the morning, if we asked for something it would be there in a flash! They were always so so helpful. The is not a heck of a lot to do in the surrounding area however it is a short car ride to the nearest town and also the zoomarine. Disappointments? my husband had to keep cleaning up ants that appeared in our room each morning? They were around my bed stand and we had no food in the room even when we put our two alcohol bottles outside they were crawling in the room everywhere like a horror movie. My husband bought some vinegar and used soap and water and didn’t sleep most of the time paranoid about the ants. We spoke to reception and the lady said she’s not sure that they’ll let us change room which was a shocker for me. Everything was extortionate in pricing. We had to travel out to get snacks and drinks, a can of Coke on the resort was 6 euros!!!The heated pool was not heated, you pay so much but you do not get free stuff in the minibar, the only free thing in the spa is the sauna and steam. Overall amazing place but there’s room for improvement

Chambre calme et spacieuse, personnel au petits soins et restauration de qualité.
La vue depuis la terrasse du petit déjeuner et juste merveilleuse.
L’accès direct à l’océan et à la plage privée est un plus.
Coup de chapeau au paysagiste pour l’entretien du parc.

The resort was professionally run. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. The resorts beautiful gardens are amazing and the private beach is just a stones throws away. The resort had a calming feel about it, where you can just feel relaxed and at peace. It was just a lovely place to stay. It was like being in paradise. Thank you to all the staff at Vilalara Thalassa Resort.

The resort is spread over a couple of areas with beautiful gardens. There are 2 restaurants one smart restaurant and the other more relaxed. The pool area is large with plenty of sunbeds for guests. The beach area is also well catered for and there is a bar at the back of the beach too. The car is valet service which was great and the team were able to transport you around the resort in a golf buggy for those less mobile or with bags. Tennis courts were available and bikes to use. We enjoyed the relaxation and vibe of the resort. Staff were super friendly in the main. We had a couple of small incidents but these were correct/acknowledged immediately. Would definitely return

Lovely hotel. Amazing staff, nice beach. Negatives are really cold pools apart from one near the Thalasso centre. Poor choice of food at the Thalasso pool bar. No French fries. Lack of bar snacks in the evening a let down as both main and grill restaurant expensive and restrictive menus.

Hands down the property, the rooms, the pools and beach are amazing! Everything here is the definition of relaxation! The service is amazing, especially when you order room service or anything for that matter, they are speedy and polite. They even have espresso machines in the rooms! The views from the hotel and beach are just amazing. We traveled in September but the pool and ocean were freezing although at times refreshing due to the scorching sun on your skin! The food was all amazing and the wines fantastic. The only downside is the options for dining are limited to 2 restaurants, one higher end and one lower end but by no means lower end, just slightly less expensive! The food was expensive but hey your on vacation why not! Dinner for 2 with wine could average around $130-$150 not including tip. And with that you need to try the sirloin or tenderloin, delicious and cooked to perfection! The only con I have is there just isn’t any night life, yet they have the grounds and space to do so! Just not very active at night except the restaurants! So very quite if that’s what your looking for. Walking into town is too far, you’d need a taxi which they are happy to arrange. Definitely have to try a night walk on the beach, very worth it and bring a camera! Shells everywhere and makes for a perfect take home. The bathrooms everywhere in the rooms and around the property are clean and well thought of. Felt like I was plopped off in an immersion of Algarve paradise!!

The resort was well appointed and conveniently located. The facilities were good the only short comings was the desk staff who failed to make dinner reservations twice and left a bag in the lobby instead of my car on the way to the airport to catch a flight. They called and asked could we come back even though it was their mistake. Since we were trying to make a plane this was not possible eventually they agreed to ship it. Hope to get it soon.

My husband asked me yesterday, did you prefer our honeymoon or our stay in Portugal, and hands down, Vilalara takes the cake. This resort is perfect. Gorgeous atmosphere. Small, serene and quiet. Friendly, low-key staff. Spacious rooms (and we had the lowest garden view room - was lovely!). Awesome location drivable to dozens of small towns. Delicious Portuguese food and the BEST wine on site. But more than anything it is breathtakingly beautiful. We arrived late at night and were taken down to have dinner by the pool, overlooking the beach, and I literally cried, it took my breath away. All eating, lounging, dining, activity is centered around the most magnificent view youve ever seen. This experience was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. Thank you to Vilalara gracious and welcoming staff for a wonderful vacation and if youre hesitating, dont. Its amazing.

Die perfekte Lage direkt über dem Privatstrand bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man sich als Urlauber mit Kind wünschen kann. Das hervorragende Essen, die toll gepflegte Anlage und die Sport / Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Erwachsene werden nur vom Service und der Freundlichkeit des Personals übertroffen. Wir hatten beim Abreisen das Gefühl sich von guten Freunden verabschieden zu müssen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

What a beautiful hotel! Right above a beautiful beach. So relaxing. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. We stayed in a jr suite which had two bathrooms and was gorgeous. Breakfast every morning was delicious. The dinner at BG wasn’t bad but it wasn’t GOOD. That is my only criticism. We went over to Vila Vita one night for dinner which was much better. Also a great property for kids. Highly recommend. We can’t wait to go back!

Sehr schönes Hotel. Wenn man in den Restaurants sitzt kann man fast von allen Plätzen den Ozean betrachten. Das ganze Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer, sowie Strand und alle anderen Räume und Locations sind gepflegt und sauber. Man hat große Auswahl an Aktivitäten, z. B. Tennis, Snooker, Pin-Pong, Yoga, Kayaking und etc.

We came here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely magical. The staff was amazing and provided excellent service, they were kind enough to upgrade our room when they found out it was our honeymoon
During the day we relaxed on the beach/by the pool and went to their spa which was very nice
We spent 4 hours kayaking the coast exploring hidden caves and beaches (kayaks and paddle boards were complimentary with stay- first come first serve)

Estoy muy sorprendida de la mayoría de los comentarios que valoran como excelente todo. Nosotros hemos estado 3 noches en la primera quincena de agosto y me decepcionó. Hemos pagado un dineral y tiene fallos imperdonables. La cocina en vivo tiene a 1 sola persona que se vuelve loca para atender a todo el público. Si estás en mesas de la zona no paras de oler todo lo que se cocina. La tostadora está en esa zona por lo que se tapona el acceso entre los alojados y los camareros que tienen que pasar por ahí para acceder a la cocina y sacar comida. A la vez que dicha cola tapona el acceso a la fruta y los embutidos. No encontramos ni variedad ni la calidad de los productos que se esperaba en un hotel de estas características. La mayoría de los camareros chavales inexpertos. La playa preciosa pero los 2 primeros días llena de algas que atraían moscas y estábamos como sardinas en lata, todos pegaditos. Los exteriores del hotel sin duda espectaculares. Los precios de los restaurantes casi a la altura de Estrella Michelín pero sólo en eso. Después de cenar en el B&G tomamos café con galletas en la habitación. No repetiré

Esmerado servicio, atentos a los detalles, personal muy amable y profesional a la vez. Sitio idílico para relajarse, tanto para familias como parejas. El Spa de nivel pero se echa de menos circuito termal. Kids Club con muchas actividades e implicación, varios monitores. Desayunos muy completos. El restaurante B&G es recomendable, aunque caro. Habitación ok.

Estivemos hospedados no hotel no período de 17 a 20 de junho de 2019. A infra-estrutura do hotel é nota 10. Atenção e cuidado em deixar seus pertences de valor ( $$ ) no quarto. No ultimo dia, fizemos um "late check out" para fazermos o passeio de barco porque este foi cancelado em todos os dias da nossa estadia e só conseguimos no ultimo dia. Como estávamos em dois quartos, juntamos tudo em um único quarto (4309 e 4311) deixando toda nossa bagagem e documentação já pronta para nossa partida à Lisboa. No dia seguinte cedo em Lisboa, fomos pegar os Euros para ir as compras que estavam dentro de uma bolsa, dentro de uma mochila, vimos que TODO nosso dinheiro: Euro, Libras e Reais, tinham "desaparecidos". Em contato com o hotel, via Gerente Simone, nos foi relatado que não foi identificado nenhum incidente ou problema com os funcionários e que, assim, não tinham nada a fazer por nós. Muito triste e ruim de ter acontecido isso. Efetuamos viagens internacionais todos os anos. E nos últimos 12 meses fomos 3 vezes a Portugal e nunca tinha acontecido.
Meu marido é executivo de um grande banco internacional no Brasil há 20 anos. Isto demonstra que não temos interesse em se aproveitar de um problema desta natureza.

Sehr schönes 5* Hotel mit Luft nach oben...
Das Hotel liegt in einem wunderschönen tropischen Garten mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Verweilen. Die Zimmer sind durchaus schön in einem eher minimalistischem Stil eingerichtet. Sehr schön war das Badezimmer.
Ich war zwei Tage in einer Juniorsuite. Leider waren die Betten extrem hart. Da hätte man auch gleich auf dem Boden schlafen können. Das Restaurant war wunderschön gelegen und hatte eine Terrasse mit einem wundervollen Meerblick. Allerdings stimmte meines Erachtens das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
Das Frühstück, das ebenfalls auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden konnte war gut. Etwas irritiert war ich von dem Umstand, dass das Ei für das frisch zubereitete Omelette aus dem Tetrapack kam. Da hätte ich mir mehr gewünscht...

Tolle 5-Sterne-Anlage. Sehr freundliches Personal, das die Kunden auf Wunsch mit Elektro-Caddys über die Anlage fährt. Schöne Gartenanlage mit kleinem Teich und zwei Schwänen. 5 Pools, teilweise allerdings in nicht mehr so tollem Zustand. Separater Zugang zum Strand, wo den Hotelgästen Liegen und Handtücher kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen und ein eigener Bademeister auf die Schwimmer aufpasst. Sehr schön auch die "Sonnen-Betten", die in der Anlage verteilt Ruhe und Erholung bieten. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett auf einer Terrasse, die den weiten Blick über den Atlantik gewährt. Alles prima also, aber warum in der Bewertung nur 4 und keine 5 Sterne? Weil noch "Luft nach oben" ist: an den Service und die Qualität und die Leistungen eines 5-Sterne-Hotels wie das "Reids" auf Madeira kommt Vilalara noch nicht ran. Die Restaurantpreise im Vilalara sind absurd hoch, und die in den Bewertungen überschwänglich gelobte Kreativität und Qualität der Küche kann ich nicht bestätigen: unser Abendessen in dem traumhaften Ambiente war bestenfalls "ok" (Schweinefleisch, Kartoffel-chips, Käse-Salat), aber für das Gebotene defintiv überteuert. Ein zugegeben sehr subjektiver Grund für eine Abwertung: Die Matratze in unserer Junior-Suite war so brutal hart, als ob man auf einem Holzbrett liegen würde. Da hat selbst der aufgelegte Topper nicht geholfen. Ich habe selten in einem Hotel so schlecht im Bett gelegen wie hier.

Wir waren bereits das zehnte Mal in diesem Hotel und kommen immer gerne wieder. Ein wunderschönes Hotel in einem traumhaften Garten. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich einmalig schön. Gelegen direkt an der Atlantikküste der Algarve Portugals. Sehr schöne Junior Suiten in ruhiger Lage. Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, die diesen Urlaub zu etwas besonderem werden lassen. Vom Restaurant aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick über das Meer.

5 Star Location, 0 Star Service!
Booked nine days in May and on day two I was shockingly sworn at by a member of staff, reported this to management and astonishingly they did nothing! I’ve stayed in five star hotels on five different continents and never experienced anything like this. Repeatedly went back to the Front Desk to ask what was going and kept on being told don’t worry about it. After another visit to find out what was going on they asked if they could they book me dinner at the restaurant where the staff member who swore at me worked (without specifying who would pay for it), I declined. Waited for an apology…nothing. The day before my departing flight bumped into the Front Desk Manager who offered to book me another night’s stay but without clarifying who would pay for it, but still no apology. Also reported a faulty flashing light in my room at night FIVE times and considering the previous serious complaint I’d made expected to be moved room, once again nothing! How the establishment has five stars is beyond me. Room service was hit and miss as to whether they bought all of the requested food and drink. The restaurant while nice doesn’t warrant the price, tended to eat elsewhere. The location is great, the majority of the staff are friendly/professional but the management/ parts of the service are a joke.
Vila Vita Parc Resort (next door) periodically has discounted offers at a slightly higher prices, this is a grand hotel and I assume their staff don’t swear at guests and the management subsequently ignore the complaint. Wish I’d booked there. Considered writing to Blue & Greens Head Office but even if I was offered a free stay I wouldn’t go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vilalara, from the moment we arrived! Very kind staff, good service and the hotel and it surroundings are very quiet and serene. Although we were told the hotel was fully booked, it did not seem crowded or busy at all. From the hotel you can make a very nice walk on the cliff with amazing views towards a longer sandy beach with lots of restaurants. We would totally love to come back!

We stayed for 4 nights and loved the resort, access to beaches and towns nearby, wonderful customer service, pools, spa, and lovely grounds. Many great amenities. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wonderfully relaxing experience in this spacious, premium resort.
There is access directly to a private beach which is beautiful, the spa and facilities are very good and there is a large outdoor pool.
Breakfast was amazing, we joined dinner on a BBQ night - there was certainly plenty to eat, hit/miss on quality, but good.
Looking forward to our return, the staff were all incredible and the rooms are fab.

Wenn sie in einer großzügigen Höhle mit Neandertaler-Feeling wohnen wollen, sind sie in einer Emotion Suite richtig. Wenig Licht, auch tagsüber Beleuchtung erforderlich. Nur in den Morgenstunden, wenn die Sonne noch sehr schräg steht, gelangen einige Sonnenstrahlen ins Zimmer. Suite sehr geräumig und funktional eingerichtet, aber kühl. Bad großzügig mit separater Dusche und WC. Kostenloses W-Lan funktioniert einwandfrei. Servicepersonal hervorragend, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Das Abendessen kann bei gutem Wetter auf der Restaurantterrasse oder am Pool eingenommen werden. Kleine Speisenauswahl aber von hervorragender Qualität. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsch offen. Das Fahrzeug wird vom Personal in die Tiefgarage gefahren und bei Bedarf wiedergebracht. Das Hotel hat einen perfekten schönen Privatstrand, der zwar öffentlich zugängig ist, aber aufgrund der Gegebenheit von Außenstehenden kaum erreicht werden kann. Fazit: Das Hotel kann obwohl toller Lage und gutem Service leider nur mit Einschränkungen weiterempfohlen werden.

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Stellenweise merkt man, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Boden in der Dusche in Form von WPC Terrassendielen ist zwar eine witzige Idee - geht so aber gar nicht. Gleiches gilt für den Bereich vor der Wanne. Der Service ist super und das Personal auch. Leider hatte unsere Zimmerterrasse keine Sonne und war somit im Herbst nicht nutzbar. Im Zimmer war es etwas feucht und wir hätten uns - wir hätten eine Suite zum Sofa noch einen kleine Tisch und einen Sessel gewünscht. Sehr toll fanden wir die Daybeds am Pool. Die Restaurants haben uns auch gefallen. Best Frühstück ever!

Die Juniorsuite mit Meerblick war sensationell. Schön eingerichtet und ein fantastischer Meerblick. Leider war das Zimmer noch nicht bezugsfertig nach offizieller Check-in Time.Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können. Zu wenig Auswahl. Die Healthy-Food Ecke am Frühstücksbuffet war mini. Und es gab keine frischen Beeren.

Unsere Meinung ist, dass das Hotel hervorragend ist. Das Zimmer war von A-Z super. Die Gartenanlage ist ein Traum! Sehr saubere und schöne Hotelanlage. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist auch sehr fein. Wenn man etwas bemängeln will, könnte man sagen, dass die anderen Gäste im Gang etwas gut hörbar waren.

The service and accommodation were excellent. Food good. Very quiet for this time of year (children limited to toddlers). Staff polite, friendly and very helpful.The only downside is that they need more entertainment; a good transfer service to the nearest towns and rail service and better communication as to the medical facilities of the Spa.

Sehr schönes und Erholung bietendes Hotel. Komfortable Zimmer mit Terrasse / Balkon auf mehrere Gebäudeeinheiten verteilt, unaufdringlich in die schöne und grosse Gartenanlage integriert. Schöne Pools, der eine direkt über den Felsklippen gelegen mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Das Hotel ist auf Ruhe suchende Gäste ausgerichtet, bietet aber nebst dem grossen Wellness-Angebot dennoch einen Kids-Club und verschiedene Sportmöglichkeiten. Sehr gutes Morgenessen; ausgezeichnetes Abendessen, das allerdings seinen Preis hat.

Ett av våra bästa upplevelser någonsin. Tyvärr var det negativt med alla barn som vistades is samtliga tre pooler, vilket gjorde det till mindre avkopplande.
