No dia 11 de Abril de 2020 comprei 5 tickets interflix por 99€, conforme item 4.4.9 do contrato (que está no próprio site da Flixbus) o consumidor tem até 14 dias para cancelar a compra, estou a dias enviando e-mails e tentando cancelar e estornar esse valor pago para o meu cartão (forma utilizada no pagamento), porém não respeitam e não devolvem o valor, uns ladroes, não recomendo. A Funcionária “Felisberta” da Flixbus é horrível, nunca vi um atendimento tão ruim, a empresa até tem algumas passagens baratas mais o atendimento é horrível, comprei 5 tickets interflix e a empresa não devolve o valor pago, ladroes!

Very smooth driving. The seats are comfortable. I usually do not like bus journeys but I was not feeling uncomfortable. The buses were clean and very new. Free wifi were available. Most important thing that all the buses maintained proper time. Once in a short break some Chinese tourists got wrong idea and went to shopping mall. Then our driver went to look for them in the mall. It was very nice of him. One of our seat was not reclining but it was nit flixbus's fault because in one of our journey a group boarded the bus infront of us and they were experimenting with all the buttons n handles. They were forcing, pushing those things in wrong ways n still not stopping of doing that. I felt pitty!

No hay señales que indiquen dónde para el autobús, o si estás en el lugar correcto. Es un lugar apartado de todo, no hay nada ni nadie ahí hasta que llega el autobús, lo que es bastante desesperante si tienes la salida a la medianoche. Con nada me refiero a que ni siquiera hay un banco para sentarse a esperar la muerte..
