Abituato da anni ad assistenza VW in Italia e Germania mi meraviglio della scarsità di professionalità di assistenza ai clienti una grande azienda nota per la sua efficienza. In più giornata persa di lavoro.

War mit meinem Audi A2 dort wegen knarzen und rumpeln.Es wurde mir ein Termin 14Tage später gegeben. Man teilte mir mit ich könne mit dem Wagen fahren.An dem Termin gab ich den Wagen ab und mir wurde über Sixt ein Ersatz für 25Euro/Tag zur Verfügung gestellt.Gegen Abend rief mich die Werkstatt an und man teilte mir mit die Reparatur würde sich auf mindestens 5000 Euro belaufen. Ohne Arbeitskosten.DS war für mich überraschend, ich fuhr in die Werkstatt und man zeigte mir das Auto, es wäre total verostet, und es könnte beim Ausbau die Antriebswelle usw brechen. Die Erstszteilliste beinhaltete den ganzen Vorderwagen hinsichtlich Lenkung und Federung. Obwohl das Problem nur auf einer Seite bestand.Fur diese Aussage müsste ich 50Euro plus 25 Euro Leihwagen bezahlen. Die Werkstatt kann doch nicht einen Kostenvoranschlag präsentieren der sachlich total überteuert war und an Abzocke grenzt.Eine Schande für AUDI.
