A decent Chinese buffet. Food was tasty, selection was wide, price was entirely reasonable. Overall, the best food of three night stay compared to the other places on the strip.

C'est un buffet à volonté. J'ai trouvé les sushis pas mauvais mais pas extraordinaire. Pas beaucoup de choix côté chinois et dessert. Je n'ai pas trouvé ça particulièrement bon et 12€ / personne ce n'est pas donné pour le Portugal. Bref, ce n'est pas mauvais mais ce n'est pas en endroit que je recommanderais.

First visit this holiday - 3 * - When we stayed In Albufueira last year we visited several times and enjoyed every visit, this year after looking forward to getting back there, was very disappointed at the quality of the food this time, most of the food had no flavour and then the ones that did pretty much tasted the same, The value for money and quantity of food is amazing as are the staff and facilities, but I won't be returning, I would rather pay a little more money and taste what I am eating at a non buffet restaurant next time 2nd visit this holiday - uprated to 5* - wow, what a difference, really tasty food tonight, 100 x better than before, thankyou for listening to feedback regarding our last visit, if the food stays this good I highly recommend a visit, you will not leave unfulfilled, very happy ,

Best Chinese I think I ever had and the menu even included as much as you could eat sushi. All for €10.95. Excellent value.

We are there last night for the first time. This restaurant can hold alot of people! A lovely sushi selection, that is continually being prepared by the chef. Good buffet with everything you could wish for. When it got busy, though, they were a little slow in replenishing the empty trays, so some dishes i was unable to try, which was disappointing Friendly attentive staff. Good price. Hopefully we will return again on our holiday.

Eu nunca gostei comer comida chinesa mas a minha mulher gosta muito por isso visitei este restaurante várias vezes e sempre gostei. Tem comida que eu adoro. O staff e impecável. Com limpeza na casa de banho eles precisam trabalhar mais. O resto, e muito bem.

Raro dar uma estrela e já cá estive neste restaurante há algum tempo atrás. Desta vez está completamente diferente. Comida de má qualidade e o canto de sushi (se é que se pode chamar assim), nem me atrevi a tocar de tão mau aspecto (não fresco) que tinha. Em suma, não recomendo (resido na zona e há restaurantes muito melhores por ai para não turistas)

Sempre atenciosos , comida boa asiática variada . Brócolos bem estaladiços, sobremesas fantásticas ( mouse de chocolate maravilhosa ...) É o meu ponto de paragem sempre junto à praia da Oura.

Tinha por tradição visitar este restaurante sempre que visitava o algarve. Não tem nem de perto a mesma qualidade de antes. É 10.25€ por pessoa mais bebidas. As bebidas são vendidas à preço de ouro. Refrigerantes a 3 euros cada e águas de meio litro a 1 euro e 50. No final da minha refeição com um buffet com cada vez menos opções, pedi a minha conta e fiquei a aguardar o mesmo serviço de sempre, que distinguia este restaurante chinês dos 20 outros na mesma zona. Uma toalha aquecida que limpava é hidrata a as nossas mãos - nunca veio e apos perguntar ao senhor que nos Servia o porquê (em três línguas diferentes pois não entendia Português) ele disse que estavam todas esgotadas mas que pagariamos o mesmo. A menor opção de buffet e empregados desqualificados como forma de pagar ordenados mais baixos deixou me desiludida e não penso voltar!

Pretty decent skip lunch and smash it up - it's all you can eat. Banana fritters are PENG too but arguably should be in the dessert section. Don't get me wrong i'm just happy they're there, but im just saying banana and Chinese chicken dont mix. Drinks selection good. Facilities sound but let's be honest we come here for the buffet. I'm talking Chinese chicken balls, black bean pork sweet and sour whatever, all sorts of classics. BANG enjoy

Otimo comida e staff tudo super bom

Right near our hotel, large selection and cheap... what could go wrong? Like most buffets it's has it's crowd of people to feed and so you would hope the food would be hot. Some of of it is, most of it wasn't. The food was not all labelled and made identifying some food a challenge. I love the concept but it's so oily and salty that my tummy disagreed with it being a happy palace.

Not good for vegetarian or vegan. Very limited options . However my partner loved it and had five plates of prawns and clams so ate enough to cover me wasting 15 euros on some veg and rice and noodles.

For €15 pp you can eat as much as you like. Everything from soup and starters to mains, sushi and dessert. Endless supply of food, tasty and filling. Truly recommend this restaurant.

I was recommended Happy house from one of the staff members of the hotel I stayed at. I started eating the food which I found tasteless and then one of my family members notice a cockroach crawling up the wall (Now I am from the UK and that doesn't normally happen ). So we immediately paid and left!! Not only was the food not that good one of the male staff members was giving us attitude!!! Like dude clean your restaurant and don't have cockroaches crawling out the wall when people are eating, . Even when we went to pay at the till there was another cockroach crawling up the wall and the lady grab it as if it was nothing . Erm bye, bye - ever again! A comida chinesa é mediana e um pouco requentada, mas o sushi é sempre fresco e apetitoso. O wasabi é forte. O preço é razoável (8,5€ p pax) e come-se as vezes q se quer. As sobremesas são fraquinhas e as bebidas pagam-se à parte.

Já fui várias vezes a este restaurante e de uma forma ou outra tem sido sempre agradável. O preço é cerca de 15€ por pessoa mas não se pode esquecer a parte de ser buffet, a pessoa pode ficar a noite toda a comer e por esse motivo não é caro. A parte chata é que algumas coisas eles demoram demasiado tempo a repor e se for jantar tarde as sobremesas acabam e eles não repõem. Da última vez que lá estive já não apanhei sobremesas.

Restaurante muito bom, muita variedade de comida chinesa e com muito boa qualidade alguns tipos de sushi tambem e variadadas opções de sobremesas, tudo em modo de buffet, ou seja comer até ficar satisfeito e o preço de 10.95€ por pessoa e uma simpatia no atendimento por parte do empregados espaletacular, sem duvida um local a repetir gostamos muito, para alem de toda esta variedade quando pedimos a conta ainda fomos surprendidos pela oferta da casa um copo de shot com um licor escolhido por nós. Ja me ia esqucendo têm uma sabgria tinta espetacular também.

Tried the all you can eat buffet - had a little of most of the options available, very tasty. Really good sushi, made on the spot. Not expensive at all, service staff very polite, hospitable and prompt. Would definitely return when I visit the area again!

This place was great, its so cheap with regardsto how much food you eat let alone when you compare it to other places to eat in the area. Staff are super friendly and it tastes so good! All you can eat buffet alright, didn't eat again until breakfast the day after.

Fantastic food which was surprising considering style of service. Replenished regularly so always fresh and great taste. Sushi dishes were spot on. Cannot fault it and would go back if have time.

Seems really popular,the place was packed.however it resembled an all inclusive scramble for food.i managed to find enough to fill me, dont know exactly what i was eating though.why can't there be labels above the food.surely not to much to ask. my son got back to his seat with what he thought were chicken in batter but no they were banana in batter.a simple sign would have done. i waited with my duck and sauce for the wraps to be replaced,15 mins later I gave up and ate them. The staff work incredibly hard and the place could be so much better with a bit of tinkering. Ice cream was spot on and drinks very reasonable

Only open for dinner. Smaller sized buffet. Decent beer and wine selection. Good fast service. Average prices. Complimentry shot of brandy at the end of your meal. Parking is difficult, attached lot is very small and street parking is difficult because Happy House is in a busy tourist and hotel area.

This buffet was hot and fresh. There was a good variety of fresh vegetables, meats and fish. Sushi was neatly prepared and made fresh by the chef in front of guests Cake, pudding, creme caramel and gelatos rounded out the meal. Good value at 10.25 euro per person.

Really busy restaurant. Good selection of food which run out very quickly but the staff try their best to keep up. Also have a sushi bar. Few salad options but really enjoyed the food - tasty and freshly made. Seems to be a popular spot with the locals so try to get there early to snag a table. Great customer service too. Had a four year old child with us and the child ate for free.

This place came highly recommended however We didn't enjoy the food but still charged for half a plate of chip's staff lovely very nice surroundings the meat very fatty only ice cream for deserts would not reccomend

Se apenas consumir uma bebida de lata, 13€ chegam perfeitamente: come até já não aguentar mais, incluindo sobremesa (bolo, gelatina, pudim, fruta, gelado) e não paga mais por isso! Recomendo!

The food here was good and the staff were great under very busy conditions, the tables were a little cramped which left little privacy to converse which I found a shame, however overall a good experience.

Excellent value for money. Lots of choice at the buffet including fresh sushi. The only downside I thought that the tables and chairs were too close together so it was quite cramped.

The concept is good, and in the UK I do frequent Chinese All u can eat venues. This one is below average. Never tasted so much MSG ( monosodium glutamate flavour enhancer) and salt in food as at this place. It encouraged me not to eat as much as i normally would ( tactical?). Prices were cheap but unfortunately theres a reason why.

Really good choice of food . The sweet and sour pork chicken wings duck with pancakes prawn toast beef in black bean were all amazing didn't really like the curry it wasn't my usual chicken curry that I'd be used of . The egg fried rice was really fresh . The deserts were lovely my favourite was the cake omg I could have eaten all of it. I liked the freezer in the corner that you could help yourself to as much icecream as you liked . Overall €10.25 is very good price for this Chinese buffet really really enjoyed it one of the best Chinese buffets I've had on holidays .

Well... I don't know where to start! Me and my family (mum dad and sister) were about to go out for a wonderful meal, and decided to go for a Chinese. Due to previous reviews and experience (we have been 7 times), we had decided to visit the happy house Chinese buffet. When we approached the food-filled utopia, it looked rather empty compared to out previous visits. We entered none the less. We were the greeted to a waitress who looked slightly like a middle-aged woman who looked like she was in a mid life crisis. She proceeded to lead us to our table and ask us what we would like to drink. Due to temperatures inside being similar to those in the Sahara desert, we requested if we could be seated in the great outdoors so we could be accompanied by the soothing Portuguese breeze. Her reply was a quite shocking "outside is closed". Looking at each other quite confused, we pushed our troubles aside and ordered our drinks like civilised people. A minute after she had left, the air conditioning that was located above our tables had turned on. What a bee. We were again greeted by the same troubled woman who had a glass of wine, 2 cokes and 2 pints of larger...? We then asked why there were 2 pints of larger. I mean... last time I checked, my parents weren't alcoholics. The woman, looking even more troubled left with a pint of beer and a sad face. Thenew, only to our surprise the air conditioning above our heads had turned off. Petty. We decided to wash down the mood with a bit of food, we got up and took the big steps towards the buffet. I went straight for my favourite, chow mein and rice. As I dragged my plate along the counter, I couldn't help but notice the nest of flies that was swarming next to my favourite meal. I just got some food from the other side of the buffet and returned to my seat disappointed. I uncovered the terrible news to my father, who was startled by my statement and had to go see it for himself. He also returned to his seat. Disappointed. My sister had grabbed herself some celery and a pancake. She opened it up to find a fly! As if we had not seen enough of them already. The only difference was that this one was dead. Poor thing. She grabbed it's torso and pulled it from her savoury snack, leaving it's legs buried inside the dough. We decided we could not take it anymore. We left after being charged for out discusting meal and the extra pint! Soon after, we went to the closest place we trusted (Solcaffe) and I ordered myself a toastie. My mum proceeded to speedwalk to the toilet and regurgitate her previously digested Chinese meal. Never again

Very tasty food! My friends from England said that they never tried such good chinese cousine even in London. The only problem you might have is that there may be a queue of clients, even though the restaurant has quite a lot of tables. A reservation by phone might save the day

VERY expensive drinks! 5 euro for an orange juice (equals the price of 9 kg oranges!). Some food at the buffet was not kept according to the rules of the health inspection. When complining about this, the woman in charge suddenly spoke neither english or portuguese. I do not reccomend!

Been here twice now. Excellent result both times. You can choose exactly what you want at the bufet which is very extensive. The house wines were also good. Good for kids, good for adults, excellent for hungry juveniles. I will return.
