Geweldig mooi strandje omringd door rotsen. Niet allemaal tegelijk er heen nu dan verliest het zijn charme. Het strand zelf is lastig te bereiken via een pittig klim.

A Secret Gem! The view from the top is spectacular! For newbies use Google map, that's the best way to find the beach, as there's no sign board. If you want to get onto the beach it's not so easy, as you have to climb down a rope and then free hand further down a 5m cliff.

Una maravilla de lugar , calas preciosas, aguas cristalinas aunque muy frías pero merece mucho la pena ir, por la parte de arriba puedes ir de Cala en Cala e ir descubriendo lugares preciosos puedes ir con animales perfectamente mejor ir temprano antes de que se llenen de gente también son visitables con piraguas y con barcos que te acercan pero para mi pierdes el encanto de ir descubriendo las tú.

Very beautiful views from up on top of the cliffs. There are several trails that lead to many different hidden coves and beaches. Highly recommend spending some time here exploring.

Une epoustoulante plage secrète qui ne peut accueillir qu une petite centaine de personnes maximum. A voir absolument car elle est unique. Nous avons eu des vagues lorsque nous y sommes allés et la mer s’est transformée en véritable attraction « piscine à vagues » juste génial !
Attention pas de parking pour y accéder.

Plage "fermée" très sympa, attention le chemin est compliqué pour les enfants. Petit bémol sur le va et viens des bateaux de touristes par le tunnel.

Petite plage difficile à trouver mais une fois sur place on ne regrette pas. Plage magnifique partiellement à l'ombre le matin et début d'après midi. La plus belle et originale dalbufeira à mon sens.

Precioso.Alquilamos una excursion en kayak todo precioso , pasas por cuevas tienes un guia que te lo va explicando todo.
Muy buena experiencia la recomiendo 100%.
Tienes que ir a Marina de albufeira alli hay muchos kiosko con excursiones.

Geheimtipp! Nicht überlaufen und absolut besonders! Es gibt eine kleine Höhlenöffnung zum Meer raus. Die Wellen waren Ende September aber zu heftig. Der Weg dort hin ist steinig und steil. Vielleicht besser festes Schuhwerk tragen.

This beach (Praia da Ponta Grande) is inaccessible unless you have a boat. There are no steps down. The Ponta Grande Beach cave is a beach you can access down small stairs

A beautiful place and that's why you must see it. Long sand cliffs stretch along the entire coast and are perfectly visible from the ocean. Beautiful views that you must see while in Portugal. I heartily recommend ..

Sitio para disfrutar de las vistas desde arriba haciendo la ruta junto a los acantilados. Sorprendente. No apto para personas con vértigo. La bajada a las playas es tarea difícil, y si quieres permanecer en una playa mejor ir haciendo la ruta a San Rafael porque aquí hay poco espacio y se junta gente que viene a bañar a su perro.

Maravilla de la naturaleza. Precioso paseo sobre los acantilados y distintas calas con acceso de todo tipo, bajamos a una por unas escaleritas y vimos otra que había que destrepar con la ayuda de una cuerda (ya instalada), a algunas solo se podía llegar en barco (no sé si será siempre o dependiendo de la marea)

A stretch of coast line to visit by boat. Was a good excursion and beautiful beaches.
Lot's of small beaches that are only accessible by boat. We had a BBQ on the beach.
Look out for the Caipirinha Man who comes to the beaches by boat. He has some excellent cocktails that are perfect in the afternoon sun and relaxing in the heat.

Nette kleine Bucht. Oberhalb Sprungmöglichkeit aus ca. 12m Höhe. Jedoch viel Verkehr von Ausflugsschiffen, Yachten, Kanus und Standup Paddels vor dem Felsen.

We walked through natural steps for few minutes and we arrived at this very special beach. It's surrounded by rocks and it's a cave, the water is freezing but it's worthed.
Only downside: lot of noisy boats coming peeping in the cave..

Herrlicher Strand um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und baden zu gehen. Feiner Sand, kein Müll und reichlich Rettungsschwimmer für den Notfall.

Un lugar encantador, pero está lleno de gente. Al ser tan pequeña se llena enseguida. Muy recomendable ir de excursión pero no para pasar el día. El agua un poco sucia pero culpa de la gente que es muy guarra.

A must see place in Albufeira! It is a little bit hard to get there, it's possible in flip-flops but you should better wear sturdy shoes. When arriving it's a beautiful lagoon. The water is shallow, so we were able to play volleyball in it. There is also a hole in the rock you can swim through and to have a beautiful view from the other side. The only down side is that a lot of people are coming to see the place by boat, so you need to stay aware of your surroundings when swimming to the other side of the rocks! You should also be a good swimmer because the water is deeper there.

Sehr schöner kleiner Privatstrand, der Strand ist nur von oben über eine Treppe zugänglich. Es gibt nur wenig Parkmöglichkeiten, es bietet sich an mit einem Roller hin zu fahren. An heißen Tagen spenden die Felsen genug schatten. Auser uns war sonst keiner an diesem Strand, wir hatten ihn ganz für uns alleine. Durch die kleine Höhle ist es möglich ins offene Meer hinaus zu schwimmen.

Un lugar escondido y bastante desconocido del Algarve. Una pena que haya gente que tire allí sus desperdicios porque su difícil acceso impiden que los servicios municipales de limpieza puedan acceder.
La mejor forma de preservarla sería que permanezca oculta al público general

Wunderschöner Platz. Ein Strand mit feinem Sand, ohne Steine und Muscheln, komplett von Klippen umgeben. Einziger Zugang über den Seeweg ist eine kleine Höhle, die bei Flut fast vollständig zu ist, alternativ kommt man über eine Art Treppe dort hin, nachdem man einen Schleichweg an den Klippen entlang folgt.
Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass dieser paradisische Ort mittlerweile recht bekannt und gut besucht ist. Mit etwas Glück kann man das Plätzchen dennoch kurzzeitig alleine (zu zweit) genießen.

Nuestro gran descubrimiento de este año, un sitio donde se para el tiempo. He estado en muchas calas y playas pero nunca en una como esta. Para mí, el mejor sitio del algarve portugués. La pudimos disfrutar un día entero con muy poquita gente

"Secret Spot" que já não é secreto!
Praia na zona de albufeira com acesso não muito fácil e apenas a pé. Água muito limpa. A praia é muito muito pequena. Deixe a praia limpa!

Sin lugar a dudas es mi descubrimiento de este año. Una playa sin mar, el agua entra por una cavidad a una zona cerrada por piedras, es mágico. Si tienes la suerte de disfrutarlo sin nadie, es una locura. Gracias a las rocas siempre hay una parte con sombra

Fantastic secret beach. You can get a cab to the end of the road then walk down the steps to the beach. Had it to ourselves when we arrived and the water is lovely a clear. Would highly recommend for a romantic day

If you want to get away from the crowds and love the scenic views of the coast that the Algarve has to offer then this is well worth the visit.
Drive up a dead end Road and park between the two massive villas, Walk down the dusty path and find the steep narrow winding stairs and discover a piece of nature that will leave you astonished.
Amazing!!!
