Nuno Nunes: Bom atendimento muito simpática e muito rápidos no atendimento

Simona Dong: My boyfriend and I arrived at Keela beginning of February for the one month intership program. Our first impression of the place was absolutely positive, the farm and the activities organization went beyond our expectation. We learned a lot through Laurence and Kimberly about sustainable life-style, how to manage land applying permaculture principals or how to use efficiently the resources the farm will provide. Both Laurence and Kimberly are knowledgeable people, very passioned and motivated in their projects. Every day was exciting in different ways and a month went quickly, too quick that we decided to stay for another month. That was also the time when the lockdown happened in Portugal too, but despite the moment of crisis when no one of us where able to take a flight back to our countries, they welcomed us to stay at the farm until the situation got better. This might have been the best possible place we could have spent the quarantine time, working together in the garden, be connected with nature and taking care of animals daily, it was such a good feeling. We're really grateful for our experience, ended up to be 3 months in total at the farm, left with only good memories and new friends.

Eu não deixaria estrelas se pudesse! Este lugar eu não recomendaria a ninguém! Comprei um conjunto por $400 e a cama não durou nem um ano e já brotou nas laterais. A armação da cama é lascada da madeira a ser batida quando foi montada pelo seu Delivery People simplesmente horrível, agora tenho que gastar mais dinheiro noutro lugar para comprar uma cama nova. Por isso aviso-te, poupa o teu tempo e dinheiro e faz compras noutro sítio!

Recebi o pior atendimento ao cliente de sempre do homem da loja longmont na rua principal... Ele foi extremamente rude com a nossa família/amigos que demos como referência (disse que o número deles estava desligado e quando o contactaram nos telefones de trabalho que fornecemos, ele foi extremamente rude com os dois). Ele também mentiu sobre os colchões serem novos, e ele mentiu dizendo que estava a caminho com a entrega e nunca saiu da loja com ele. Tudo à volta de uma experiência horrível. Felizmente, o colchão Denver foi muito amigável e útil e ainda abriu às 7:30 de um sábado, por isso não tivemos que dormir no chão.
