A pizza está ao nível de um bom restaurante em Itália. Ambiente acolhedor de café de aldeia, rústico e simples.
Pode parecer fora de sítio mas vale a pena a paragem ou o desvio.

Proprietario italiano molto conviviale.piazza all'altezza delle migliori pizzerie italiane impasto molto leggero e ben lievitato, una piccola pecca un po' lento ma ne vale la pena

Simpatia do proprietário e qualidade das pizzas ao mais alto nível. Ambiente rústico com todas as suas qualidades. Um pedaço de Itália em plena Serra da Estrela.

It was pleasantly strange. Let me explain, the staff is only the owner, a very nice Italian man called Salvatore, that barely can keep with the orders. When I entered I thought to myself, man, I will not be served in the next 2 hours. Boy I was wrong! Ok I did ought to get some drinks myself, and help as I could. But let me tell you, the pizzas made by Salvatore are really really good! And how fast he have prepared them really surprised me! Also he is truly nice! Be warned, this is not a typical Portuguese food restaurant, it's a Italian one! In the heart of the Serra da Estrela mountain! It's located in one of the most beautiful villages and you will get a traditional Italian pizza made by a very nice Italian man, and they are very good! Second warning is, bring cash! Yup, the man doesn't accept debit cards and you will need to pay using cash! Be open minded, and you will make a new friend and also get a very tasty Italian pizza!
