Not the fault of the staff here because they can only follow the company's policy. Bought a backpack 3 months ago, the zip failed and when I took it in, I was given a paper bag for my possessions and told it would take 30 days to fix or replace. That is pathetic service considering the price you pay for these bags. Just know that if you buy from them and your product fails, they will leave you stranded for a month while they do their thing. The staff are sympathetic but they work for a company that doesn't care about it's customers.
