Very decent Portuguese restaurant at fair prices. Most of the meals come with a fresh salad aside. Friendly service and charming atmosphere, we very happy to find it among all the slightly overpriced restaurants around. Obrigado!

I can really not recommend this restaurant. I chose it because it had decent reviews on google as well as TripAdvisor but the reviews did definitely not hold true. I ordered the piri piri chicken which is a local meal from the algarve and the meat was still raw inside. When I confronted the waiter he didn’t seem to care to much about it and neither offered a discount in the end nor to serve a new properly cooked meal. Avoid this place, it’s a trap to all tourists and definitely not worth the price which also is on the upper scale compared to other restaurants in this area.

Una cataplana de pescado riquísima. Un sitio recogido en el centro de Lagos. Trato muy agradable y el sitio estaba impolutamente limpio, lo que es de agradecer en una zona tan turística. A los que dicen que es caro, decirles que todo no puede ser. Se paga la zona, el tiempo, la época del año y la concurrencia.

We ate the cataplana and got a very Nice white wine with it. Tasted awesome and would definately come again! Try it Out! Just delicious.

It's a lovely little restaurant, staff are friendly and polite, the food is really good and the prices are very reasonable. It's well worth a visit.

Kleines und typisches portugiesisches Restaurant mit netter Bedienung mitten im Herzen von Lagos. Drinnen ist nicht so viel Platz, aber draußen gibt es auch noch ein paar Tische. Der gegrillte Lachs war sehr lecker und ist zu empfehlen

Super rapport qualité prix. Chicken piri piri excellent (un peu trop salé à mon goût) et tarif peu élevé.

Great little authentic Portugese restaurant. We came here twice on holiday and we both had the same dish on each occassion. The ideal summer lunch of mussels cooked to perfection. Topped off with some green wine. Idyllic. Good prices and a nice vibe. Well worth a visit..

Terrible food. Like, I've been here for a week and every meal I've had was decent or wonderful, and this was terrible. I got the bacalhau (it was on the specials menu) and it came served smelling spoiled -- the "fishy" smell that you get when a fish is old and starting to spoil. My friend got the same dish and confirmed the same. Again, I've had nothing but enjoyable food in Portugal -- this was that bad. Sangria was extremely watered down, didn't have much wine in it. Fries were old or overcooked; hard, stiff, and hollow. Waitress was polite and nice; but really the bottom line is that the food was so bad that I would definitely recommend you try one of the dozens of other places nearby.

Wanted to like this place. Service was great but the food was pretty subpar. Lamb chops with meat looked nothing like the previous pictures in here. Super fatty and gristly, not like medallions I’ve seen everywhere else. Fries were stale and lukewarm, vegetables were basic boiled stuff. My friends had bacalhau with hot olive oil and garlic and that was def better, although I had way better bacalhau in Portugal before. +1 star for the good friendly service and surprisingly their Cabernet Sauvignon glass of wine was great and a big pour, but for the rest of the food? Definitely not 4 star

Small restaurant with good fish and seafood choices. Price range from 7€ for salads, mains starting from 11€, glass of house wine 3.50€. Hidden away from crowded dining street. Entrance from both sides, outside seating available. Recommend also to stay at their guest house in the city.

My fiance and I found this place and we decided to try it out. We were not disappointed at all. The peri peri chicken was the best we have ever had. The staff was super friendly and the price was very reasonable. We liked it so much it was an easy decision to go back for the next night.

Great little restaurant. Food and service were good, and better value than other restaurants we have tried. Seating is a little cramped otherwise edging for a 5 star review.

Visited at lunchtime. Very busy. Great food at a good price. Worth a visit. Small but friendly atmosphere.

Reasonable food for a reasonable price. Clean and organized place. Owner was working there, and she was very helpful and polite. Good service.
