Reasonably priced restaurant with good sea food options. Staff was okay and service was good. They have nice seating deck outside with a view to the sea. Ambience is cost and nice. Toilets are clean. Food is okay but not great. However, if you are a vegetarian the only option will be veg soup and salad. An Indian restaurant, diagonally opposite will offer you many options.

Good value for money if you avoid the extras. We enjoyed our lunch and any complaint was dealt with promptly and without question.
Yes we will visit again and just hope the sun is shining and we can dine outside.

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant in Armacao de Pera. Es hat zwar mehr Imbisscharakter aber das tut absolut keinen Abbruch. Das Essen ist herrlich. Die Fischsuppe und Garnelen ein Traum. Sehr günstig und große Portionen. Man kann schön draussen sitzen, aufs Meer und Fischerboote blicken.
Ich kann es nur empfehlen!!!

Hier kann man sehr gut leckeren Fisch Essen nich dazu hat das Ambiente am Strand schoen und die Bedienung nett!

Vraiment très beau pres de la plage tres bon et pas cher pour ce que c'est meme si le pain est payant 1euro et très très bien servi. Merci beaucoup si on revient au portugal on sera la .

Sarters were awfull, they dont serve fresh fish, the food is totally overpriced for the quality. Avoid it.

Lo encontramos por casualidad y vaya acierto. Las raciones muy sabrosas, abundantes y muy bien de precio. Los camareros simpáticos y atentos, la carta en español, el sitio fresquito y la playa a un paso. Recomendable.

It's famous for the unfriendliest staff you'll ever find. And the management it's that sort that thinks they probably make a bigger profit by cheating the clients, by adding things to the bill that were not consumed (and other small cheesy wrong doings), rather than concentrating on serving good food and having competent staff. In spite all that the location is great and the food is probably above average, that's why I can't rate it 2 stars (which arguably is more appropriate).

Local acolhedor,mesmo em cima da praia, empregados simpáticos e boa ementa.Comida saborosa e bem confeccionada. O serviço achei demorado e os preços altos para as doses que são servidas. Sopa de legumes muito boa.

On mange sur la plage ! Le poisson et frais et bon marché. Ce restaurant est une des dernières baraques traditionnelles de la côte d'Algarve.

Very good fish, grilled to perfection. Easy close parking and sits on the edge of the beach. Best of all its close to the fish market, that's why the fish is so fresh

Estrela do mar is thé tipical restaurant, the Portugees restaurant like 25 years ago, from the menu to the olives, the glasses the food.it is like you travel back in time. Service is excellent. Food very Tasty. We had sopa de peixe, camarão frito and robalo. The summer terrace is amazing as you sit almost on the beach next to the boats and the fishermans huts.

Cierran muy pronto comparado con otros restaurantes. El dueño contando la pasta de la caja como cromos y contestandome de malas maneras diciéndome que ya estaba cerrado (a las 22.08).
Tengo ido años anteriores, no vuelvo, será por sitios.

Restaurant sur la plage qui propose des poissons frais qu' ils vous présentent avant de le cuire. Du choix en viande' poissons' omelettes' entrées et desserts. Le prix est correct pour un front de mer. Ils ne prennent pas de réservation donc prévoir de venir assez tot ;)

The establishment is old and some innovations would be welcome. Besides that, the service was fast and personalized and you getb fresh fish with your feet on the sand. Life is great!

NIce food and fairly good service. One star missing for not having a table in the winter sun and there was one empty...I asked in Portuguese but they said it was not available....no one sat at the table while we were there....But yeah quite nice.

Best restaurant in armacao de pera for fish. My husband and I have been coming here for the last 6 years and we have not had a bad meal get. Plus it's very reasonably priced.

Ideal mit Kindern.Direkt auf dem Rande des Sandstrandes bei pittoresken Fischerbooten kann man lecker und preisgünstig essen in einem urigen und einfachen Lokal. Draussen direkt neben dem Tisch können Kinder im Sand spielen und das Anlanden und Ausladen der Fischerboote beobachten.

Sous un cadre pittoresque, ce restaurant est parfait pour un diner les pieds dans le sable. Les plats sont très bien servis et peu onéreux!
