Ok but more expensive and not quite as good as other places around the marina. Also we were given bread, olives and paste without asking for them then charged €6 for them so look out for that.

Nice relaxed atmosphere in here. Great for a meal with a view. The octopus was so good, very well cooked but the dish was drowning in oil. The bread, olives and fish pate to start were delicious! Service was also great

We loved food and enjoyed the view very much. But definitely need to take a close look whats on the check. They overcharged us and it wasn't a surprise for them. Very disappointing. That's why no tip.

A very good spot if you’re looking for a beach restaurant with great views. The food is fresh and the bread spread served with the menus was a nice touch. The restroom was surprisingly clean too, given it is open to all and not just to the customers. The reason for 4/5 stars is the so-so service and the food being on a bit bland side for us.

Le restaurant est idéalement placé, face à l'océan, les pieds dans le sable.
Ambiance chaleureuse avec de la bonne musique, l'endroit s'inspire des "baraque de surfeur".
Au menu, plats européens, les prix sont en revanche assez abusés..

One of the best restaurants in Vilamoura. Definitely the best view as this restaurant is set on the beautiful beach about 80 yards from the lovely blue sea. The food is superb. The staff are lovely and the setting is extra special. I always go here at least twice when in Vilamoura. It's the one restaurant that's a must place to go for lunch or dinner or even just a drink or cocktail. 5 stars throughout

Eine angenehme Zwischen Station um zu Pausieren, Speisen oder nur ein Kaffee mit Kuchen zu sich zu nehmen. Auf dem Weg nach oder kommend von dem Rundgang, Vilamoura Hafen. Eine Insel der Ruhe, direkt am Wasser gelegen, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf das Meer und dem endlos erscheinenden Strand.

We stumbled upon this establishment while walking along the beach, an awesome location and good atmosphere, we only stopped off for coffee but the food and cocktails being served looked amazing, the place was very clean and staff were friendly ...a little pricey but what you'd expect in an affluent area with a beach location coupled with an uninterrupted view of the sea

We found this restaurant while walking on the beach and I guess we went in because my boyfriend was very hungry. The staff greeted us instantly and they all spoke good English. I personally feel the dishes were overpriced but hoped they’ll taste good. We happily received the bread and fish pate which we thought it’s on the house but I guess it’s just the way they can then charge you the cover charge. We were happy to pay for it. I’m not a big fish eater because I like to enjoy my dinner not to look for the bones. I ordered the sardines and yes it was too bony for me. Yes, it was fault. However, the salad that came with it was dull with no dressing or olive oil. The potatoes were definitely undercooked and cold. My boyfriend ordered the calamari and I think they cost around 13€. Well, you expect it to be fresh and not freshly-taken out of the freezer. It was tasteless and the chips were cold. When we asked for the bill we were given the wrong receipt which was then rectified by the main waiter without us requesting. We simply didn’t notice. Overall, it feels it’s a mediocre restaurant at the very convenient and touristic location.

Am 28. März 2018 haben wir hier mit 4 Personen einen wunderschönen Abend erlebt. Das Essen, ob Thunfischsteak oder Hühnchen oder Rindersteak, war ausgezeichnet. Die Jungs vom Service waren herzlich, freundlich und lustig ohne aufgesetzte Höflichkeit. Als sie mitbekamen dass ein Mädel in unserer Runde ihren Geburtstag feierte kreierten sie eine total liebenswerte Überraschung mit Wunderkerze garniert. Danke für den schönen Abend, wir kommen garantiert wieder wenn auch leider erst im nächsten Herbst.
Am 3. Januar 2019 waren wir mit den selben Leuten noch einmal hier.
Es war wieder ein gelungener Abend mit leckerem Essen und herzlichem freundlichem Personal. Man merkt als Gast dass alle mit Engagement und Liebe zum Detail das Lokal menagen. Danke und bis zum nächsten Mal

Faultless we had the perfect lunch.

Sind schon mehrmals hier gewesen und waren immer begeistert. Dorade mit einem schönen Weißwein direkt am Strand der Algarve mit Blick auf das Meer. Was will man mehr. Eventuell sind die Preise etwas zu hoch, aber die Lage kostet einen kleinen Aufschlag :-)

Super restaurant dans un cadre magique. Aussi agréable le midi que le soir tant en famille qu'en amoureux. Ou bien même y boire un boire pour admirer le coucher de soleil avec un petit cocktail maison ou bien une bonne bière fraîche, voir un bon rosé de France.

Péssima, ostras velhas, alguns garçons mau-humorados - porém outros simpáticos, sapateira congelada e amarga, ate a salada grega tinha alface queimado. Para comer, não volto mais.

Péssimo serviço, refeições de baixa qualidade. Pedimos ostras que vieram com aparência de estragadas soltando uma gosma branca que o garçom insistia em dizer que estavam boas. Pedimos uma salada grega e as folhas de alface estavam todas manchadas de velhas. Pedimos uma sapateira que claramente foi descongelada é servida. É pra nunca mais !

Já tinha ido uma vez há cerca de ano e meio/ dois anos e a experiência tinha sido má. Resolvi dar uma segunda oportunidade e visto que era o único restaurante aberto na praia nesta altura do ano. Salada de polvo sem qualquer tempero, não sabia a nada. Para além disso era praticamente pimentos e cebola. Preços excessivos para o que servem e para o atendimento

A ne pas manquer ! Après 6kms de marche de notre hôtel, au soleil, le long de cette merveilleuse côte dont on ne se lasse pas, nous rejoignons cette oase. La cuisine y est excellente, ça tout le monde le sait, mais ils proposent la meilleure bière que j'ai pu boire au Portugal. Tout est parfait, le service, la vue, l'ambiance et les prix.

Service assez long (presque 3/4 d'heure) rapport qualité prix pas bien (20€ pour des crevettes surgelées). Une belle vue sur la plage tout de même.
Bref, le restaurant ne vaut pas plus qu'un 9/20.

I had fried calamar and had diarrhoea and puked all night long. I’m 36 yo healthy men but this kind of intoxication might be really dangerous for kids or elderly. Almost 24h later I’m still sitting on the toilet. I do not recommend such place.

Great beach, bit further from the main stretch. The restaurant offers excellent facilities with parking, toilets, shower, snack bar and also restaurant with a fantastic view over the beach. All staff is nice and friendly. The menu has a variety of dishes for all tastes, fish and seafood are very fresh! The only downside, but expected, is the price!

O acesso não é o melhor. Mais ou menos a 500m da praia a estrada é em saibro e por isso muito pó. O estacionamento é em terra mas é grande e tem muitas pinheiras a fazer sombra

Só utilizámos o cafetaria, que é em regime de pedir ao balcão. 1,80€ cada café expresso!!!! um absurdo! éramos para comer um gelado mas nem comemos! 3,50€ um corneto da olá! preços excessivos!! No entanto o local estava limpo, utilizei o WC igualmente impecável.

So..the restaurant is in a strategic place and the instalations are good.. But what we saw in the final is that they take advantages of the place and put crazy prices.
I would be ok with that if the Food represent the quality for this range of prices.. Nevertheless this does not happen.
Adding to this, the trick of charging 6x the price of the couvert just because we were 6 was an ugly move.
Try to go somewhere else to eat better and save some money.

Our experience dining here quite unlike the negative comments. From start to finish we could not have asked for a better dining experience. We had not made a reservation but were warmly welcomed and given a beach view table. We examined the fish available in the ice chest and with the help of Riva we choose sea bream to share. When it came it was cooked to perfection and expertly deboned and served to us. Attentive and courteous service throughout. We will definitely return here. No more expensive than places around the marina.

I was really angry about the service of this restaurant. A rotten strawberry on a glass of my sparkling wine was just disgusting. I informed about it a waiter. He brought me another strawberry on a plate without any comment. Vegetables were overcooked. This restaurant made a bad impression.

Muito bom este restaurante, alguns brasileiros trabalham como garçom e na cozinha, pessoas muito simpáticas. Tem uma excelente infraestrutura. Mesmo para quem não consumir nada, tem banheiros limpos. No verão, é bem cheio o restaurante, vendem de tudo. O lugar funciona o ano inteiro, mesmo no inverno. Gostei principalmente do atendimento.

Superb beach location, food is good but you pay for the view. Complimentary transfers are offered, though it is a lovely long walk along the beach from Falésia, or a shorter one from Vilamoura.

Excellent food. Quite expensive. One of the waiters was rude for me. A 50 years old table waiter in a blue shirt turned the window shades up without asking if it would bother us. I asked him to lower the shades because the sun was hurting the eyes of a lady in our table and he looked over his shoulder and said no and moved away from our table ignoring us. I had to get up and lower the shades myself. But it instilled a not so good mood in our lunch. The food was great but I’m reluctant to come back.

Just got back from a weeks holiday, and found this little jem!! We ended up going everyday...where do i start, location is absolutely breath taking!! The food was amazing the fish is on another level!! My partner had steak which he said was one of the best steaks he ever had, we had our 2 boys with us and staff would pretty much cook whatever ie plain pasta etc (best plain pasta ive ever had) Wide range of drinks, cant fault the service one bit on top of everything and so friendly. Thank you so much for making our holiday even better cant wait to come back next year!! X

Tolles Restaurant am Strand in dem man den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann und nebenbei noch sehr gut essen kann. Wenn man nur satt werden will gibt es sicher günstigeres. Aber dafür sitzt man hier in der ersten Reihe.
Wenn dann noch die richtige Musik läuft, der perfekte Abend.

Restaurant bien situé sur la plage Falésia. La restauration est bonne. Par contre le service hors restaurant n'est pas rapide. Le prix des glaces bat tous les records : 3.50€ pour un Solero alors qu'ailleurs il est à 1.80 maxi, c'est prendre les gens pour des gogos. Problème de réfrigération des glaces. Elles étaient visiblement ramollis puis recongelées ensuite ! Pas sérieux. Y a mieux et c'est moins cher !

I cannot believe that people have had poor service here. One thing to remember that if you only wish to have a drink, there is a small ouside balcony for that.
The inside tables and large outside tables are for patrons wishing to eat. ( This is what we noticed )
We had a wonderful experience. We found this restaurant by accident when going for a long walk.
Each and every one of the staff was friendly and so helpful. Out waiter went out of his way to provide us with exactly what we wanted to eat.
This is not your normal beach café with cheap food. It is a little more expensive but you get what you pay for.
Well prepared and presented fresh, tasty food.
What I also noticed was that everyone who was eating was very nicely dressed and not sitting down to a good meal whilst in their bikini and covered in sand.
Thank you to the great staff for a very memorable experience.

Poor service. At about 11AM I went inside to take a coffee. Almost all the tables were "reserved" but no one inside. I took a seat at one table without any sign on it. As soon as I sat on the chair, the waiter came and said the table was not free. No other option given. He just turned around and ignored me. I left without any intention to come back. An hour later, we left the beach passing close to the restaurant, still nobody at the "reserved" tables. I would have probably had time to take 10 coffees in that hour...

Really bad experience with the service, not sure if it is the culture of the place or bad luck with the guy that was serving us but I felt discriminated and left with no intention to ever come back despite the view which is really nice.

Es ist ein schönes Plätzchen...die Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam und wir haben dieses Restaurant in der letzten Woche einige Male besucht..Das Preis / Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt für mich nicht..aber hier muss man eben die schöne Aussicht mit bezahlen...aber das sich die Getränke nach Saisoneröffnung um teilweise 25% erhöhen finde ich eine Unverschämtheit...z.B...45cl Bier von 4.- auf 5.- Euro ...
