They have a wide selection of different meat, including at least 10 different types of beef. We had a plate for two and it was fantastic. I strongly recommend this place if you feel a hunger for meat nearby.

OMG, just had a perfect sandwich, meat freshly roasted with a perfect amount of juicy vegetables and mayo. They have Lavazza coffee, great but kinda small . The staff was very attentive

1. Бургер был с пересоленной котлетой, возможно чтобы замаскировать несвежее мясо. В самом бургере соуса не было, зато принесли пакетики Хайнс с майонезом, горчицей и кетчупом прямо как в макдональдс.
2. Сервис нулевой. Очень медленная официантка. Меню несли 10 минут, потом очень долго не хотели подходить брать заказ. Как только принесла заказ, пошла покурить. После счет ждали примерно 15 минут, причем демонстративно занимаясь другими заказами. В итоге не дождавшись сходили сами.

Visited this restaurant by chance on a rainy night in Faro. My husband and I both had sirloin steaks which were cooked to perfection as far as we were concerned. There was a very helpful guide on how to order your steak; well done /medium/ rare etc which ensured that it was cooked to our liking (this can differ from country to country). The service was excellent and the surroundings comfortable and very pleasant. For people not that keen on fish dishes such as us this was a welcome find in a city where fish is the main focus. I would highly recommend.

We are visiting Faro and have been back to Faaron 3 times. The meals are consistently delicious and the service perfect. Our most recent meals were a perfectly prepared rack of lamb and a monkfish dinner! Fabulous! Do try the baked potatoes, they are an extra special side!

Stake ist top, gute Atmosphäre mitten im der Stadt. Sehr schöne Lokation mit freundlichen Personal. Da lässt man gerne Trinkgeld.

We stopped by this afternoon to eat. I looked over the menu board posted outside to decide what looked good and we sat down. When our server brought us our menus I noticed that all the prices had been hand written and saw that some of the prices were higher than what was listed on the board I had looked at before. Our server said I was mistaken. I wasnt but decided to let it go. I ordered chicken wings. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WINGS I EVER HAD! How they could serve breaded wings that were too hot to pick up then to discover the middle was completely cold is beyond comprehension. Coming from the States I have eaten wings my entire life and without any doubt these were so far beyond awful they should be given an award for how not to make chicken wings. Stay far away from this rip off establishment!!!

The service is good here. You get a wide choice of steaks, nice wine (0.375 to 0.750ml) choice and homely atmosphere. My plate was already cold when served and no second heating attempt could make up for it of course as the steak is quite big. But it looked very nice and it still tasted good. Imagine how it would taste hot! And they nicely gave me the specific seat I asked for.
Overall, if you’re lucky to get your plate very early, it is worth it. I think I’ll visit again and give a second chance to the place.

Ristorante di carne nel centro di Faro, la curiosità è che hanno i menu in 7 lingue, anche se alcune traduzioni lasciano a desiderare. Dentro il locale è accogliente e caldo, ovviamente le specialità solo a base di carne, ma si trovano pure piatti di pesce. Ho mangiato e bevuto benissimo, la carne al sangue, i contorni non esagerati, gli antipasti sostanziosi, il vino super, per una spesa nemmeno troppo cara di € 25.00 con 2 bottiglie di vino!!! Consigliatissimo

That was an amazing dinner. Steak was grilled medium on point. The meat was an excellent piece for a ribeye steak. The waitress was really helpful, nice and humorous. We really enjoyed our dinner. Even the Carpaccio as starter to share was delicious. Since I asked for a liquor after dinner and found nothing which I wanted to try, the waitress gave me one Portuguese liquor to try for free, and I have to say it was something different but really delicious. Thanks for this nice experience and the really good evening.

Situato nel centro di Faro questo locale offre una vasta scelta di carni di ottima qualità. Ho provato il filetto sulla pietra calda, da cuocersi da soli: divino. Vasta scelta di vini portoghesi vi consiglio di provare il “papa figos” ottimo rosso corposo e adatto alla carne. Il personale gentile e sempre disponibile.

While the food here wasn't bad, the service left something lacking. One felt like an inconvenience to the staff. What I found strange was that the card machine didn't work meaning it's cash payments only. Reasonably priced dinner.

La casa della bistecca
Sistemata in una bella strada di Faro, con i tavoli coperti da questi teli che fanno ombra e con una piacevole brezza tardo pomeridiana, ci sediamo al Faaron, invogliati dalla folla, dalle recensioni e dal menù anche in italiano.
Il tavolo è elegante, la cameriera ci porta un menù a testa ed è estremamente disponibile e prodiga di spiegazioni.
la maggio parte di noi ordina il filetto alla pietra, ossia un filetto CRUDO che viene accompagnato da una pietra ollare rivente su cui ciascuno si cuocerà il proprio pezzo di carne con l’intensità di cottura desiderata; l’esperienza è eccezionale; la carne si mantiene tenerissima (di alta qualità) e calda dal primo all’ultimo boccone! Viene 18€ ciascuno ma è assolutamente da prendere.
Come contorno si può scegliere tra la patata fritta o baked e un’insalatina.
Come entree avevamo preso la sempre buona zuppa; al confronto del filetto gli altri piatti passano un po’ in secondo piano; buona la picanha (3 fette di carne) mentre il Naco, su espressa nostra richiesta di avere una carne più magra, in effetti sembra un po’ secca.
Sangria buona e dolci ben impiattati ma non indimenticabili.
Conto 23€ a persona (portata principale, bevanda, 2 zuppe e 2 dolci in 9); ci stanno tutti!

The food was excellent! Although one of our party her steak was not Cooke's to the way she asked for. When asking the waiter to cook again he did so but upon removing the plate he spilt some of the juices on her white trousers. He did try to remove it with stain remover , I must add the stain did not come out. We paid the bill without leaving a tip he did eventually apologise. Reallyust say well did enjoy our meal! Just had the dampers put on because of what happened.

Si c était possible de donner moins qu une étoile, je l'aurai fait.quand vous attendez 2 heures pour manger de la viande grillée, que tous vos voisins ont été servis et payé leur addition, vous n avez pas spécialement envie de revenir...je ne recommande pas, le serveur a passé son temps à nous éviter.

This is definitely a restaurant to visit while you are in Faro. Food, wine, and staff are excellent. No problem feeding 10 of us. All meals were hot with no complaints from anyone. I had rib eye steak, it had to be one of the best steaks I have ever had. Staff looked after us very well. Would highly recommend Faaron steak house to anyone travelling to Faro.

Wir hatten einmal Surf&Turf und ein Steak....unglaublich lecker, Vorspeise Fischvarianten: ein Traum, der Nachtisch frisch, ein Gaumenschmaus. Espresso mindestens drei Wein und vier Bier.....der Preis war unglaublich, in Deutschland hätten wir für diese Qualität das doppelte bezahlt und dabei ist in Portugal schon der Tip mit berechnet!

Um pouco supreendido pela negativa. As carnes maturadas parecem-me uma armadilha para turistas, são cobradas ao peso, mas sem clareza no custo ao kg/g. Ao chegar a conta, isto resulta num simples t-bone ligeiramente maturado(nao se sabe em quantos dias vai, nao dizem) a 50€. Demasiado caro para este restaurante. E demasiado caro para o bife que comi, que deveria estar mais perto dos 30€ a nivel de qualidade.

This is honestly one of the BEST steakhouse that we have tried in all countries apart!
I had a Cob with pepperoni sauce, my husband had a beef sirloin and our daughter got the ribs. All the 3 plates were delicious!
We decided to try the deserts since the food was so good, we had tiramisu and crème brûlé, it was a blast.
We Highly recommend this restaurant and we will for sure be back!

Muito muito bom, qualidade das carnes são excelentes, e na grande maioria tudo carnes importadas! Atendimento excelente, recomendo para quem quer comer uma boa carne. Meu preto favorito é o Chatobrian,além da carne acompanha salada, maçaroca grelhada, batata recuada com queijo, cogumelos salteados, cebola e alho assados. Uma delícia !

Vegetable soup was delicious. Steak was amazing. Clams were spectacular. Service was great. 4 out of 5 only because I couldnt try desert.
Great unexpected pitstop suggested by a friend while on a quick up and back from Spain. Couldn't enjoy it like I really wanted to due to a 3 hour ride ahead of me but I will most definitely be back.

Food is ok, however the service was appalling. We ate and left as soon as we could. We were watched standing waiting to get a table and then were put to one and left for ages, even when tried to grab someone aside they ignored us.
No real table service, yet they went to everyone else around us.

The restaurant looks classy and is well located in the heart of the city of faro. Sadly, the food and the service really ruined our evening. It started already by searching our reserved places on our own. The couvert was the best dish we had this evening. Unfortunately the waiter took it away before we had the chance to eat the half of it (a shame even because we had to order it separately) because the main dishes were already about to be served. The Burger was good but the T-bone steak was very hard to cut (also because this so called “steak house” has no steak knifes) and very chewy. After a good hour, I finally gave up. After mentioning the critics cautiously, we felt very uncomfortable since the waiter wasn’t happy about it at all. The payment (we also had to pay the couvert wich we weren’t allowed to eat) did another waitress who didn’t wanted to talk much with us as well (0 words).At the end we felt very disappointed and uncomfortable since we thought the question about how our food was, was really meant to improve the experience of future guests.

Très bon restaurant trouver sur Tripadvisor. L’entrée Camembert pané accompagné d’une confiture de fruits rouge était succulente. Nous avons aussi commandés des burgers qui furent très appétissant. Serveur au top. Très bon accueil je recommande

Had the rump steak - thin cut, wasn't fantastic. House wine was very sour and service was a little slow.
Think we possibly ordered incorrectly but usually prefer rump. No choice of sides with our main, it "comes with" chips and rice / beans. Both of which weren't fantastic.
Overall, two stars. There are far better eateries nearby!

Had the Tomahawk Black Angus to share between two, comes with stuffed jacket potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, corn on the cob and a salad bowl on the side. Huge portions and really well prepared. Definitely visit if you’re hungry!

I had the most sought after and well defended steak in the world otherwise known as the wagyu, it was to die for, most brilliant steak I’ve ever had and for 30 euro it was great value, however my friend “Kevin “ had a somewhat bad experience when he had to ask for a new steak because they gave him a well done steak instead of a medium steak. Four stars would wagyu again

Um dos melhores restaurantes que já estive. O ambiente é excelente, tudo muito limpo inclusive os banheiros. O antendimento é maravilhoso, garçons muito educados, nos atenderam com muita atenção. A comida estava deliciosa e não demorou a chegar, tudo veio como pedido. Voltarei assim que estiver em Faro novamente e recomendo a todos que estiverem em Faro.

Prima bediening maar een uur wachten op een tosti en een broodje hamburger is echt niet nodig (slechts 3 tafels bezet). Broodje hamburger moet je letterlijk nemen... niets meer, niets minder. Tosti prima, kippenvleugels werden uiteindelijk als gefrituurde uienringen geserveerd... die werden dus weer vriendelijk mee teruggenomen. De kip bleek op.

Great restaurant. In my opinion the best in Faro. The waiter was really gentle and took time to have some fun with our 1 year old daughter. We went three times in seven days and i recommend to have a meal at Faaros.

Excellent food, steak perfectly cooked served with jaked potato. Staff nice and friendly, mind the place is quite expensive, anyway high quality beef is rather expensive. If in Faro old town consider this place for dinner or lunch.

Food, drinks and service were all very good. Nice atmosphere. Overall a lovely meal / evening out. Service slowed down as the place got busy. Slightly expensive and one steak, although in fairness was requested well done, was not tender.

Restaurant qui joue sur une réputation passée. Attente interminable pour finalement avoir un filet de bœuf grillé qui donnait l'impression d'être bouilli plutôt que grillé. Profusion d'accompagnements dans l'assiette: champignons sautés, asperge, coleslaw, salade, frite, onion ring, le tout, arrosé de vinaigre balsamique. Rien n'avait de goût. Assiette trop remplie d'aliments insipides et la viande grillée (spécialité de la maison) était tendre mais sans goût. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant. Notre voisin de la table d'à côté s'est plaint également pour les mêmes raisons sans que nous nous soyons concertés.

Faaron, Stake house de altíssima qualidade em Faro. Um lugar simples e sofisticado ao mesmo tempo. A carne de primeiríssima qualidade. Deliciosa. Estava uma noite linda, clima agradavel. Optamos pela área externa. Jantar ao luar. Fomos atendidos pelo Diogo, que foi extremamente gentil no atendimento e em nos indicar locais para visitar na cidade. Excelente. Perfeito. Nota 10.

Only one item NOT to order is the Surf and Turf - grilled steak with shrimp. The meat is great but the shrimp is an embarrassment to be served. It is a no meat shrimp and very dry. The real surf and turf includes a lobster tail; if it does not have this, it is not real.

Great location with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and easily accessible during the EuroCup semi-finals without a reservation. I got meat and vegetables served on a hanging skewer. Food was decent.

Lamb rack was really excellent and well seasoned. Probably in my top 3 best lamb racks I ever had.
Too bad the toilet seat was not working at the time, but the food quality sure makes up for this.

Real good food! We had the chateaubriand 550g, that is more than enough for two persons because next to the meat you get a potatie with homemade garlic butter en a lot of different vegetables. Also nice staff, they're paying attention to you.
