Bom custo x benefício. Funcionários atenciosos, tudo super limpo, quartos amplos, bem localizado e com todo conforto. Recomendo pra casais e famílias que tenha uma condição financeira boa. Não é barato, mas é muito bom.

Esta avaliação foi efetuada quando da minha estada, junho de 2017. Antes, portanto, da mudança de visual e instalações. Excelente localização. Bom café da manhã, mas com número reduzido de funcionários, comprometendo a limpeza das mesas e a reposição dos alimentos. O hotel necessita de um upgrade, pois a estrutura dos quartos é antiga, não dispondo sequer de frigobar. Precisa melhorar a iluminação e aumentar a quantidade de tomadas. Além disso seria interessante retirar o carpete do piso dos quartos, uma vez que muitas pessoas são acometidas pela alergia, comprometendo a estada no hotel.

The room was not really clean at our arrival, and it had warm water in the morning only, quite noisy in the morning around our room (cleaning lady & neighbours).
2 stars for the breakfast which was complete and well organized and for the reception staff, friendly & helpful.

Infelizmente a nossa experiência neste hotel não foi boa.
Aspectos positivos: o pessoal era todo exceptional e atencioso, bom pequeno almoço. Higiene era boa.
Aspectos negativos: o quarto reservado seria com cama casal e um sofá cama para a criança tendo sublinhado telefonicamente a cama de casal e foi me garantido que sim, mas quando chegámos disseram que não tinham cama casal. O sofá cama era muito desconfortável. Às 18h30 queríamos tomar banho para sair para jantar e não havia água quente. Esperamos 2h até resolverem a questão. O papel higiénico era à proporção para 1 pessoa.
Lamentavelmente a experiência neste hotel não nos levará a voltar a visitá-lo.

Mesmo no largo da batalha, de mãos dadas com a via catarina, a dois passos da torre dos clerigos e a tres da ribeira. Hotel historico, muito acolhedor e confortavel, remodelado recentemente, combinada a modernidade dos quartos com a historia do edificio. Tem um pequeno almoço divinal. Os colaboradores fazem-nos sentir em casa, são super simpaticos e atenciosos. Perteito.

El hotel quality inn de Oporto está situado en la plaza de la Batalha. Muy céntrico y a cinco minutos de la estación. El servicio es amabilísimo y fueron muy atentos recomendándonos sitios que visitar y donde comer. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas y el desayuno buffet es espectacular. El precio es baratísimo para los servicios que ofrecen. Las vistas des de la habitación son magníficas. En resumen que yo lo recomendaría al 100%.

The main reason for the five stars is due to the amazing staff people! They have been very very helpful and they we're trying to make sure stay excellent! The rooms were spacy and very clean. Breakfast was great too with plenty if option for food and drinks. The hotel is very close to the center of Porto and very close to Sao Bento train station. From there you can go for shopping or visit the Riviera and many other beautiful sites! This hotel will be my selection again when I go to Porto again. Highly recommended!

Lage ist top, Zimmer modern und sauber. Frühstück ist dem Preis entsprechend OK. Einzig die Parkplatzsituation ist mangelhaft. Hotel hat zwar ein Abkommen mit einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage, die war jedoch die ganze Zeit überfüllt und die Dame sehr unfreundlich.

El hotel está muy bien. Hemos estado antes un par de veces. Un poco caro, pero esto es general ahora en Porto. Dicho esto, habíamos reservado una noche y por el Cov.19 cancelamos la estancia y perdimos el importe total de la reserva. Creo que el hotel debería tener alguna atención comercial por este motivo. Otras cadenas de hotel lo han hecho. Nos pensaremos volver.
Actualización! El hotel nos ofrece un vale por el importe de la habitación utilizable hasta fin de 2021. Creemos que es una buena respuesta comercial.

플릭스버스터미널에서 가까워서 선택했었는데 따듯하고 깨끗햇어요. 욕실 바닥 배수구가 물빠짐이 원활하지 않으니 욕조안에서 샤워하세요. 시티택스 현금으로 지불하셔야해요. 슈퍼나 기차역 버스터미널 이용하기 괜찮은 위치였어요(플릭스버스터미널아님-터미널 바로 옆에 맛있는 빵집있어요). 친절은 보통이었어요. 호텔에서 광장 내려다보는 재미가 있었어요.

Every even "good" hotel can become hole if stuff is rude and stupid. This is about here. I asked before come to make invoice after staying (all places booked same way gave me always, have "books" after travel , by phone she said "yes we will" (invoice needed for easy jet for canceled flight), otherwise I will never come and stayed in nice hostel, where I ve been already, but I believed her and spent three nights price staying for this place, at morning even with insisting NO invoice. S..it
Location is in centre. You can try stay. Nothing at all. Better with humans.

The location was very convenient. It was ok to unload the car (although you can’t park in front of the hotel, there is a place for you to unload). They have a parking place (you have to pay) about 5 minutes walking from the hotel. You can walk to a lot of places/restaurants from there. Easy to visit the principal attractions.

Заселили нас по правилам, к 14.00, на более ранее заселение не пошли на встречу. Расположение отеля отличное. Завтраки у нас не были включены, в номере есть чайник , вода можно делать кофе, чай, какао. Номер очень маленький, шкаф в плотную к прикроватной тумбе , дверь в туалет упирается в унитаз почти .. но мебель новая , постель чистая , каждому по 3 подушки .. на балконе почти все время стоит запах жареной рыбы, так как рядом ресторан. В целом неплохо.

Es un hotel que necesita una reforma urgente. Los enchufes de al lado de la cama estan en el suelo. Sólo hay uno y para cargar el móvil hay que desenchufar la lamparita, con lo cual te quedas sin luz. El baño minusculo con la ducha con una grieta en el suelo. No nos vaciaron la papelera, que estaba llena y tuvimos que dejarla sobre la encimera del baño para que al dia siguiente lo hicieran. Del trato de los empleados no puedo decir mucho, en cuatro días sólo tuve un par de buenos dias y ya.Si vuelvo a Oporto no repetiré.

シャワーの水圧や水温は安定していました。
残念なところ
WiFi は不安定で遅かったです。
また、部屋のセーフティボックスが誰かが開けた状態でセットされていたようで使えませんでした。

직원분들 친절했고 아침에 조식 먹고 나가면 좋긴 했어요 (메뉴가 바뀌진 않고 빵 햄 과일 정도). 1층에 바를 한시까지 운영해서 늦게 한잔 더 하고 숙소 올라가기 좋아요. 위치도 좋은 곳에 있어 왔다 갔다 하기 좋았어요
단 오래된 건물을 내부 리모델링만 한거라 그런지
너~~~무 추웠어요. 바람이 숭숭 들어와요. 겨울엔 비추!! 화장실이 좁고 냉장고 없어요. 시티텍스는 하루에 2유로!

Pros: location, Cons: lack of care and respect with the guests. I made a mistake on my check Out day and when I arrived from a half day trip all my belongings were not in the room, I couldn’t even get in there..They took some of my things without even letting me go back there to get them.. they put me on a tiny room and charged me double what my rate was. The front desk staff said everything was taken from the room and when I asked please double check again because I was missing important belongings they brought me my car keys, my company badget.. they didnt check all the spots and told me they did.That put me on a unnecessary stress.. I felt desperate about losing my car and home keys, my company’s badget.. this simply destroyed my new years eve.They should never touch my belongings and move them out without me. Staff told me they called me to let me know .. but didn’t get any calls or emails asking permission to move my luggage and touch my belongings, including my underwears..etc... If the room was going to get occupied by other guest, they could have explained the situation to the new guests and place them somewhere else until I arrived. This would not hurt the hotel...some hours Wouldnt hurt. This was extremely poorly handled.. I do not recommend a customer service like that..

We stayed 2 nights in November; the beds were comfortable, it was very quiet and clean, the heat and air very responsive. The breakfast was good and the service was attentive and courteous. Our only complaint was that the lighting was poor, with only 3 desk lamps which tended to spotlight and not provide overall brightness. During the day, we could open the drapes for light. We booked this because of its location which was central to town and tourist sights. Yes I would recommend this hotel.

Rooms dont look as sparkly new as the pictures. They are ok, but not that spacious and bright. The hotel is in a slightly seedy looking area, albeit within walking distance of SaoBento. Breakfast very poor. Standard bathroom tiny and inadequate for long stays. Door bangs against toilet - cant sit easily on it without things getting knocked and not enough room for legs inbetween that and the bidet. Would not recommend.

Hotel is in a great location which allowed access to wonderful restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas. This is a better location than being down on the water. You can easily use Uber and for less than 5 Euro a ride, make your way to any of the sites and waterfront, etc. The best hop-on bus is the YELLOW bus and they stop just one block away from the hotel. Buy your ticket at the little tobacco shop about 5 doors down from the hotel. The sweetest lady will tell you everything; but have cash ready. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with many choices and always fresh. Pastel de natas were always available at breakfast, too! the hotel is a very busy place, but the staff always helped us; especially the bartender. Highly recommend this hotel.

Det ligger rigtig godt placeret i byen, i gå afstand til floden, hvis man har gode ben (stor højde forskel) Der ligger dog bjergbanen Batalha lige i nærheden, som kan køre en ned til floden. Der er god service på hotellet og morgenmaden er helt i top.

Location is good but service has been disappointing so far. Their website says they have laundry and parking services, neither of which have proven to be accurate. Parking is with a garage that's a ten minute walk away and is not free. Laundry service is "unavailable on the weekend" per the clerk at the front. Room is ok. Bathroom is very tiny.

- not too far out from Porto Sao Bento station. (Probably about 10-minute walk though there's a gentle up-slope though might have to factor into consideration there are quite a number of slopes at porto)
- convenient location to get to surrounding places of interest, dining and shopping places.
- have a small gym that I can squeeze in a 30-min training
- helpful staff. Left my backpack in the train to sao bento. Staff helpfully contacted train operator for assistance.

O quarto é excelente e muito confortável. O café da manhã é gostoso e variado. As únicas coisas que tenho a reclamar é a dificuldade, principalmente, com muitas bagagens, para entrar no hotel e subir aos quartos. Os elevadores são bem pequenos e há um tapete em frente a entrada que trava a roda das bagagens.
A localização também é muito boa, perto da estação e próximo a vários restaurantes e mercearia.

We LOVED this property! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was roomy and perfect for a 3 night stay for 3 of us. The breakfast was incredible, with lots of options. I initially looked for a hotel in the Ribeira section of Porto, by the river, but couldnt find anything that worked for us. Thank goodness! We much preferred the Legendary Porto Hotel area. There were lovely neighborhoods to visit and some good restaurants. The main street that the hotel is on has many nice shops and street vendors. It was easy to visit the Ribeira section, but the hustle and bustle there is more than we wanted. At the suggestion of the hotel clerk, for transportation we took the Red Hop On/Hop Off bus (we dont usually do that). No regrets. It took us to the Serralves Museum, around to the Atlantic Ocean side (where we hopped off to have lunch), to Ribeira and included visits to 2 Port wineries. Be cognizant of the time the buses stop running, and you may need to wait for them, but it was convenient for us. As for the Legendary Porto Hotel, we cant wait to go back! Porto is fabulous.

The room was very small and not so clean. The hotel is located on the top of a hill so no matter where we'd gone, at the end of the day we had to walk uphill. Their breakfast buffet is simple but decent. The staff is very helping. 청결 상태가 별로다. 청소가 깨끗하게 되어있지 않아서 먼지와 머리카락이 굴러다녔다. 호텔이 언덕 위에 위치해있어서 상 벤투 역에서 짐 끌고 올라올 때 정말 죽을 맛이었고 매일 빡빡한 일정 후에 지친 몸 이끌고 오르막길 올라와야 하는 게 크나큰 감점요인이었다. 지하에 있는 아침뷔페는 상당히 간단하고 먹을만 하다. 프런트 직원들은 친절하고 프로정신을 가지고 일하는 편이다.

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Am Beginn der Fußgängerzone, zum Bahnhof 5 min. Kleine aber saubere Zimmer, schallgedämpfte Fenster, daher nachts sehr ruhig, Frühstück für ein 3 Sternehaus ist ordentlich, sehr freundliches Personal, für einen Kurztrip ideal. Gerne wieder.

O quarto do hotel é bonito e bem cuidado. O pessoal que trabalha no hotel é super simpático. O único problema foi com o chuveiro cuja barra de fixação estava com defeito, deixando o chuveiro meio solto, o que resultava em molhar todo o banheiro a cada banho, o que se torna problemático quando em épocas mais frias.

Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer im vierten Stock mit Blick auf den Platz. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Die besten Matratzen die wir jemals in einem Hotel hatten.

Hotel je na super lokaciji, pa se radi toga zaboravi na nedostatke. Kupaonica i soba su jako malene. Za vrijeme našeg boravka u njemu su se odvijali intenzivni popravci pa je bilo buke, neki liftovi nisu radili, a dijelovi hotela bili su zatvoreni.

Hotel bem localizado, mas não está prepardo pra turistas em férias. Elevador em manutenção e nos colocaram num quarto de frente pro elevador. Barulho de obras todos os dias as 7 da manhã. O hotel ainda está em obras, o nosso banheiro ainda esta com fita de pintura de parede. A moça da limpeza dando pancadas com o aspirador em nossa porta, enfim, se for pra turistas, precisam rever suas condicoes. A Garagem não é no hotel, é terceirizada e fica do outro lado da praça e ao invés de terem paciencia pra explicar, demonstraram intolerância como se eu estivesse perguntando sobre algo banal e sem importância. Ou você enfia o carro na frente do hotel, retira as malas e dá a volta no porto pra estacionar ou você vem arrastando as malas na chuva pela praça. Destaco apenas a localização. Perto da rua santa catarina, compras, shopping e restaurantes.

Love everything in this hotel Wish I have booked this hotel longer. Location is superb, 5 mins walk from Baxio-Chiado metro station which is 35 mins away from Airport metro station. Breakfast is superb with great variety of food especially I love the croissant which is nice like the one I always have in Paris. How can I forget the delicious Portuguese tarts served? Heaven! :) If I have nick pick, the only issue with my room is it feel stuffy, I have to turn on the air-con all the time, as the window is small and not much of a view based on what I booked. Otherwise 10/10. This time it's 9/10 for the room I have.

Situación céntrica, desayuno bueno pero la habitación deja mucho que desear. Suelo de moqueta y poco espaciosa. Necesita una reforma. Reserváramos una triple, nos pusieron una cama de recoger super antigua, casi no había espacio para pasar a la ventana. No había ni donde colocar una silla para sentarse. Dos ascensores con capacidad para 3 personas y sin mucha maleta... No tiene parking pero te mandan a uno a pocos metros con el que tienen concierto. Lo que no me gustó fue que llevas el coche al parking, ya ellos te lo aparcan y tienes que dejarles las llaves. Por lo menos deberían de avisar ya que no a todo el mundo le gusta dejar las llaves de su coche y que le anden con el... Salvo ese detalle el personal es atento. Me pareció bastante caro para la habitación que era. Lo positivo fuevla ubicación pero hay más hoteles en esa zona.

The design is dated and the common spaces, for example the breakfast room, not very attractive, to say the least. Also depending on the wildly varying prices (depending on the season) it may be a convenient place to stay because of the location, but I rather stayed in higher-category hotels in high season. They applied a higher room rate than what told when I phoned to reserve the room, but there was nothing to do since I did not record the call. Disappointing.

Very clean and breakfast excellent with big choice, they leave coffee and tea bags in room but know milk cartons, not having a fridge in the room is really annoying especially when it's hot as cold drinks go warm quick, air con a big plus point, cleaning staff do a very good job and are polite, the lift is tiny just about got the suitcases in and a couple of people and we are slim, overall good value for the money and would use again.

L' albergo e centrale ma le stanze sono piccole e non molto accoglienti il buffet della colazione e piuttosto scarso il rapporto qualità prezzo non è particolarmente buono.

Front desk staff are always friendly and attentive. The rooms leave something to be desired and things do not always work properly in them (I've had problems with power/electrical and air conditioning) . You can find better breakfast options in town.
