The staff were very helpful with the fact I checked in late and checked out early. I did not meet any of the staff, but they were always available by message.

Un lugar aceptable, bastante limpio y muy bien ubicado sobretodo por el transporte, hay metro y bus cerca. También dos parking para dejar el coche y despreocuparse por un buen precio, 6 euros 12 horas. Tiene aire acondicionado, le da bastante el sol, tele y un baño suficiente, aunque le haria falta un mejor mantenimiento. Esta algo deteriorado y el menaje es justito justito. El colchón está para cambiar, los muelles te dejan huella. La relación calidad precio está bien. Un poquito de atención por el dueño a los detalles se agradecería y le daría más valor.

When arriving, we called the number on the door to check in and she answered the first time and hung up and then stopped answering the calls. Had to contact someone else to arrange check in. We were told before hand we would be able to check in at around 9:30am because we were arriving to Porto at 7am. The room was not ready until 12pm. When getting back to the flat after being out, the key would not work as we were not shown how to do this the correct way. We called the number and she answered, hung up and then refused to answer any calls again. Luckily a local helped us by letting us use his phone to call another number as our phones had died and also to help get into the flat. Additionally, the price on hotels.com confirmation was €55 to pay to the flat plus €2 euros each for local tax. When we arrived we were forced to pay €69 and this was not stated anywhere. All round terrible experience.

O flat é bom. Inconveniente é o barulho da rua dos automóveis e pessoas a gritar. Estacionamento é um grande problema.

Apartamento chulo, dueño muy amable...

Muito confortável, completo nos mínimos detalhes, próximo ao metro. Sr Rui foi muito gentil ao deixar a chave no bar em frente devido ao meu checkin tardio. Encontrei um local extremamente limpo, equipado, confortável, wifi, canais a cabo do mundo todo, ferro de passar, secador de cabelo, geladeira, lavadora inclusive com sabão em pó e varal para estender, cozinha equipada com panelas, talheres e cafeteira. Recomendo muito a estadia!

Dirty apartment, floors dusty, oven had baked food on the door, certain small things broken in the apartment.Not in the best neighborhood but very close to metro station and city centre only 12 minute walk away.Staff friendly but dont always follow through with their promises (we never received our receipt).

The location is fairly good and the lay out of the apartment is very functional. Very friendly welcome to the apartment and great recommendation were made to us. Unfortunately we happen to have challenges with the washing machine that undermined our stay. We did have a good response when bringing up to issue. Overall the apartment is clean but there was a bit of an unpleasant smell.

Muito legal esse Flat. O dono nos entregou a chave e nos apossamos do local. Preço competitivo, local limpo, com todos os eletrodomésticos para utilizarmos. Muito bem localizado. Era possível ir andando para a maioria dos lugares.

The apartment is ok, clean, nice bed and all amenities for cook and stay. The building need to check on the elevator, it this sound like is going to fall anytime. Also there is a sound when someone from another apartment using the shower. I really like my stay with my family. Just this few things we share to make it better

The apartment is cold and damp. If you wash clothes in the evening, then in the morning they do not dry out. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. Ants crawl on the floor in the bathroom. I do not recommend There is no free parking near the house (only at night and on weekends) To the city center go 25-30 minutes

El apartamento esta muy bien. Hemos estado cómodos. El barrio esta completamente muerto en agosto y la calle es muy ruidosa porque salen los coches del centro de Oporto por ella. Se aparca con facilidad y hay metro muy cerca.

Very nice rooms, with AC, wash machine and TV. The problem is the kitchen - why bother giving access to the kitchen if there is no basic equipment? No sharp, big knife, no corkscrew (in Porto, rly?)...

Początkowo trudność z zameldowaniem. Numer telefonu do gospodarza na stronie Booking nieaktualny. Po kilku minutach udało się odnaleźć kartkę z właściwym numerem telefonu leżącą gdzieś niepozornie na podłodze wewnątrz obiektu. Mimo trudności w porozumieniu się z osobą przekazującą klucze (tylko portugalski) całość "zameldowania" przebiegła bezproblemowo. Kompletne wyposażenie i niezależność apartamentu. Wygodne łóżko. Dość przestrzeni w pokoju. Na szczęście dostępne było ogrzewanie, co jest niezwykle istotne podczas chłodnych o tej porze roku nocy w Porto. Sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników w trakcie pobytu. Bardzo dogodne "wymeldowanie" i opuszczenie obiektu.

Super apartamenty. Tanio ale naprawde wysokiej klasy apartament. Spokojnie, cisza. Pomoc właścicieli. Naprawde polecamy. Wszystko jest na miejscu, kuchnia, toaleta, tv, sypialnia, otwarta kuchnia. Klimatyzacja rowniez. Naprawde super. Dodatkowo blisko centrum i w okolicy wiele sklepów i to bardzo tanich. Taniej w niektórych niz w Polsce! Polecamy! Na pewno wrócimy.

Excelente apartamento, próximo ao metrô e fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos. Está a 10 minutos a pé do centro.

Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet, Alles funktionierte bis auf die Rolladen. Ansonsten sauber, allerdings Schimmel an den Fenstern weil Regenwasser eindrang. Es ist nichts für Empfindliche oder nörgelige Leute.

Apartment itself is nice and new. Possibly not the best for families with big teenagers and does not appear to have an air conditioner, but pleasant enough.Had issues checking in as do not have a reception as such, and thought was meant to pay via credit card, on check in was advised I had to pay in cash. The young lady who greeted us was not sure why. She was very lovely and helpful.

Un hôtela deux pas de arrêt de métro qui est à une station du centre. On est au centre en à peine 20 minutes à pied. Un parking à 2,5 euros par jour se trouve à 5 minutes à pied.En terme d équipement c est correct et il y a même un lave linge. Il manque cependant une chaise quand on est 4.

La habitación está bien pero es muy ruidosa por el tráfico
