We 've stayed 2 nights in the appartment, 16-17 of november 2018. Unfortunately the appartment was dirty. For example, the bedsheets were dirty and the walls too.

GUT: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich nicht schlecht. Von hier aus ist man in 10 min zu Fuß in der Altstadt (Bahnhof Sao Bento), es gibt einige Restaurants in der Umgebung und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. U-Bahn ist nicht weit. Ausstattung: Das Zimmer hat von Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Waschmaschine, Fön, Wasserkocher, Töpfe und Geschirr alles was man braucht. Ein kleiner Esstisch lässt sich ausklappen. Der Raum hat zwei Betten (ein normales Doppelbett unten und eine Matratze auf einer Art Hochbett über dem Schrank - mit senkrechter Leiter hoch). Der Empfang war freundlich. Der Gastgeber hat uns über Whats-App kontaktiert und uns auch mitgeteilt, dass er sich fünf Minuten verspätet. Er bot an, sich mit allen Fragen an ihn zu wenden. NICHT GUT: Das Zimmer mit dem Hochbett liegt im Erdgeschoss direkt an der Straße. Auch wenn es sich um einen "kleine" Straße handelt, ist sie stark befahren und sehr laut. Auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Verkehr zu hören - manche stört das sehr, andere weniger. Das Zimmer roch ziemlich muffig ... wahrscheinlich wird hier aufgrund der Straßenlage nur wenig gelüftet. Auch das Bad verfügt über kein Fenster, sondern muss über den Raum entlüftet werden. Auch das trägt zum modrigen Geruch bei. Nach zwei Tagen guten Lüftens wurde es besser.

El check in solamente está disponible de 15h a 16.30h, nosotros no lo sabíamos y llegamos a las 18h. Nos cancelaron la reserva y no nos devolvieron el dinero.

Horrible host - the lack of flexibility on check in time is horrendous. Travelled the whole world and I've never been told there is no way to check in after hours, so had to cancel the booking and lose money on top of that. Don't bother staying here, unless you can be flexible towards them, rather than the other way round.

Stayed here a few weeks ago and the whole stay was a shambles, from being allowed to check in at a certain time too being treated of the staff and the manager, was just disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE! it will ruin your stay in this beautiful city and the bedroom was not nice at all with bugs crawling about around the bathroom area.

Apartamento muito agradável e bem localizado.

THE WORST EVER!!! ATTENTION! SCAM! We had a reservation for a max. of 3 people - BUT the dear owner rejected us (me, my wife and my 2-year-old daughter!!!) at 7pm and we had a blast finding another hotel with 3 suitcases and a toddler TRUE KINDNESS! furthermore, the private bathroom we booked, turned out to be a shared one NEVER AGAIN! 1. Interestingly, you were not even man enough to show your face when you rejected us on the phone - how can you dare say that I tried to swindle and hide my child!?! 2. As you can see in the screenshots the booking states clearly: Anzahl der Gäste - max. 3 Personen - i.e. my wife, my cild and me 3. You are a disgrace for the city of PORTO for being a joke of a man and a L-I-A-R! Instead of apologizing for your disgusting behavior you are trying to blame me no. Shame on you and I sincerely wish you all the worst for the rest of your miserable life!

I do not recommend this place. The owner is definitely one of the rudest people I have ever encountered and also a T H I E F. I paid in advance for three nights. I knew that due to the flight schedule change I won't make it for the check in time so I informed him I will be checking in the next day. I was fine with losing the money for the first night and just checking in the next day. The owner then canceled the reservation even though I informed him in advance that I will arrive a day later. Despite Booking, the company, intervention and my multiple calls and messages, he didn't let us stay for the remaining two nights, even though we paid in advance. At the end I lost my money and lost a place to sleep, he literally left us on the road. Beware!

Excelente localização, muito bem decorado, simpatia e profissionalismo do Miguel

Como única pega están poco aislados acústicamente. Bien situados y muy cómodos. La rehabilitación del edificio es espectacular.
