Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Die Möbel waren etwas älter. Aber alles in gutem Zustand. Die Aussicht war perfekt.

no sink plug for washing up, and slight smell of smoke from previous guests smoking when they shouldnt. Otherwise good location. Builders working nearby woke us at 8 one morning with drilling, but otherwise it was ok.

Great location if you don’t mind lots of steps and steep roads. Large rooms with everything necessary. Great service from Sofia.

This Porto apartment was a wonderful gem, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! We were here in September 2018, and the weather was perfect. The 4th floor unit provides the most spectacular view of the Duoro River, and I was amazed how closeby this apartment was to the city center. Thank you Sofia!

Very nice place. Located up the hill , like @ 42 meters above from the river level, it is beautiful. The incovenience is for the old people, or the ones with heavy luggage. The building does not have elevator, so you need some strong legs if you want to come up from the river straigt up, there is a small path atone made where you need to climb like 125 steps, excluding the steps from the building. But it is paying off. This is on foot. But, should you have a car, no issues, not at all! Pleanty restaurants, there is a supermarket at 1.2 km away- Continente- very well stocked. One can find everything there. Very convenient area for sigt seeing. I have made a vey good choice, above all.

Apartamento muy agradable, muy cerca del rio, con unas vistas fabulosas y sin ruidos. Cuando necesité algo me atendieron rapida y efectivamente. Recomendable el servicio de recogida y traslado al aeropuerto, mas barato que un taxi.sin duda repetiriamos.

The location and view were perfect. Everything is updated and nice. Be sure to contact the manager as to when you might arrive or you may be sitting there for hours. The apartment was 80 stair steps up. Be sure to pack light or ask for a lower apartment.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in der Nähe des Flusses und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es war in der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, auch Kaffee und Tee wurde kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ansprechpartnerin war super nett und hat uns sogar einen Ausflug organisiert.

Sejour de 2 semaines dans un appartement climatisé confortable avec vue exceptionnelle sur le fleuve, merveilleusement situé dans le vieux centre-ville. Appartement insonorisé situé dans un quartier tres calme, proche de tout à pied. Adresse fabuleuse pour sejourner à Porto !

The best feature about the apartment is the view from the top floors. Amazing!The location is quite central, but hard to reach, you have to go up and down the hills. Also, if you are driving, parking is really difficult.

Los apartamentos están bien situados pero cuando llegamos no había nadie en ellos. Tuve que ponerme en contacto con la agencia para ver cómo entrábamos pues tenían un teléfono en la puerta donde llamamos pero nadie nos contestó. Menos mal que la agencia nos solucionó el problema. Mi pregunta es, cómo hubiera sido si cojo esos apartamentos por Internet?

Expedia also needs to be more transparent about what floor an apt is on.Fifth floor walk up was revealed by the manager on her shrill call, saying not her job to inform “agency” of such information.The apt was ok the experience was dismal.

Come ready to pound the hills - Porto is a great place to get fit just walking around! This apartment was right in the western part of the old town and gives a GREAT authentic feel of what makes Porto special - narrow, steep winding medieval streets and stairways. Apartment itself is modern, air-conditioned and has a great view west over the river. I would stay here again!

Très bien situé, cet appartement est tourné vers le Douro, aussi bien au lever du soleil qu'au coucher la vue y est magnifique.
Au 4eme étage sans ascenseur mais à Porto on est entraîné à monter et descendre .
On se trouve à une 10mn du Centre historique et de même des rives du Douro.
L'appartement en lui-même est très fonctionnel et calme.
On y reviendra.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung, bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man in einer Ferienwohnung so braucht, sogar Kaffee, Tee, Salz und Zucker wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, Müll wurde entleert, Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt. Die Lage ist sehr günstig (fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, für größere Entfernungen: Züge vom Bahnhof Sao Bento - ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar) und der Ausblick von den oberen Stockwerken ist fantastisch. Das Einzige was recht unangenehm auffiel, war ein muffiger Geruch im Treppenhaus, im Apartment ließen wir die Fenster stets geöffnet. Die Anreise (sowie Abreise) mit Koffern war eine Herausforderung - hügelige Gegend, steile gepflasterte Straßen und kein Aufzug in der Unterkunft...

Positive: Beautiful view of the river. Extremely helpful hosts, especially when we needed a cab, and when we needed to change our reservation. Location was charming and close enough to the center of things. Kitchen was well-equipped for a short stay.. Negative: Lots of stairs, but there is no room for a lift in the small building.

Nice apartment in Porto. Convenient location to the major sites & attractions. Clean & comfortable. We had the 5th floor room - amazing views. There is no elevator, which I sometimes missed after a long day of walking around Porto. The shower was a little small, by American standards, but other than that it was fine - hot water and good water pressure. It was nice having a small kitchen in the room, though the food is so good in Porto, we never took much advantage of it.

We stayed on the fifth floor with thre big windws that you can throw open to the river, the sea gulls, the early morning fog and the view. And I mean the VIEW.

Excellent stay in a well-equipped and modern apartment. Great service, and the location is close to the Rebeiro yet quiet. Minor quibbles are the bathroom being poorly ventilated and the tv being tiny with bad sound. But hey, youre not there to watch tv.

Very nice appartment, with great view over the river. Everything was clean and new. We really liked this place. The WiFi is however a little bit problematic, slow at times and sometimes you can't connect at all.

Would love to stay there again. Clean, newly remodeled, balcony view of the river, glass of port on check-in. Caution: there are stairs to climb and, if you cant walk steep streets, take a taxi to the door. (But then, you;d have to take a taxi everywhere you go.);

Had a lovely time. Location was good- close enough without being too noisy. Apartment was great, but shower was put in by someone very tall! Sofia was very helpful. Would stay there again.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed all modern comforts in the heart of old Porto. Driving and parking can be a challenge but nothing is impossible. The hotel staff checked us in and freed up a parking space. The place is equipped with everything you need if you choose to cook your own meals but should you decide to go out, all the great dining is right at your fingertips.

Positief: Fantastisch uitzicht en heel fijn appartement. Werd ontvangen met een glaasje port en hosts dachten goed mee! Zit een leuk nieuw restaurantje met mooi terras in de straat (om de hoek).. Negatief: Eigenlijk niets, even een work-out om in het appartement te komen (5 trappen op), maar dat is een goede oefening voor de rest van Porto ;)

Guter Hinweis, dass vom Vermieter ein Taxi zum Flughafen geschickt werden kann.
Guter Hinweis, dass kein Aufzug da ist.. Negativ: Ein Hinweis fehlt, dass die Unterkunft mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, wenn man Gepäck dabei hat, nicht so ideal zu erreichen ist. Ohne Gepäck kein Problem.

Positiv: wir waren zu spät sie haben uns angerufen und auf uns gewartet und mit händen und füssen uns erklärt wie es abläuft. aus schlechtem gewissen weil sie nicht so gut english konnte bekamen wir einen apero spendiert...so süss...
die portugiesen sind ein sehr liebes völklein die einem immer helfen egal bei was!. Negativ: die unterkunft zu finden ohne wegbeschreib ist echt schwierig bei diesen tausenden von gassen und strassen...aber mit hilfe der einheimischen haben wir es dan geschafft :-)
(es wäre auch sehr einfach wen man wüsste wo entlang ;-)

Excelente apartamento situado en un enclave turístico pero recomendable para personas de perfil joven o en forma. Carece de ascensor y está enclavado en una zona con múltiples cuestas y travesías repletas de escaleras y accesos difíciles. Complicado desembarcar el equipaje entre calles estrechas pero lejos de ser un inconveniente es una zona turística romántica antigua con calzadas de piedra y calles empinadas. No hay fácil aparcamiento en la zona pero no es complicado encontrar algún lugar discreto y gratuito para dejar vehículos la dirección te ayuda en esos asuntos así como da buenos consejos para encontrar lugares para comer sitios a los que visitar. Las habitaciones están bien concebidas para pasar unos días la zona puede ser ruidosa pero el apartamento está siempre bien atendido limpio recogido y dispone de todo lo que ofrece en la web.

Das Apartment ist nett eingerichtet und der Balkon zwar sehr schmal aber man kann zu zweit draußen sitzen und die Sicht über den Fluß ist wirklich schön.Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich.Die Lage ist gut, man läuft ca. 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof Sao Bento. Am Ende der Straße befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Diverse Restaurants und Cafés sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.

It is located walking distance to the main attractions. The manager is a very nice local lady and we enjoyed chatting with her. The suite is newly renovated, has a nice decor, is clean, has lots of room and a full kitchen.
