We have been travelling through South of Spain for a couple of weeks and Lorenzo was the best host we had in the time. He was there to receive us and help us get a parking on a rainy and busy day, without him it would have been impossible to have a good stay. The appartment itself is very centrally located with access to lots of restuarants and easy access to the tourist hotspots in the city. The bottle of wine left for us was the icing on the cake. Lorenzo was also kind enough to let us use his home address to get tickets delivered for a match that I wanted to see in Porto. He went above and beyond what is expected from a host. Super recommend him and his place.

Estudio muy cuidado, con muchos detalles, muy bien ubicado y trato del propietario estupendo. Por otro lado, es muy pequeño (uno de ellos no tiene cocina y comparte entrada con el otro), calle ruidosa, muy caluroso en verano aunque dispone de buen aire acondicionado.

Hace 2 años mi.pareja y yo pasamos cinco dias estupendos. Apartamento muy centrico.Moderno,muy limpio y bien cuidado. El anfitrion Lorenzo muy majo,nos dio todas las explicaciones necesarias para visitar la ciudad y nos recibio con una bandeja de frutas,vino etc. Lamento no haber podido poner el comentario mucho antes cuando estuvimos, pero me fue imposible. Espero que si alguien lo lee, aún sea tiempo de animarse a visitar Oporto alojándose en este estupendo establecimiento. Se merece las cinco estrellas.

Very clean room with all amenities in the middle of the city. Lots of restaurants nearby for eating out. Calm locality. But the highlight is the superb hospitality of the host. Mr Lorenzo will guide you in a crystal clear way of exploring this beautiful city of Porto.

Nice room in the Real Center of Porto. Maria Was very friendly and polite. There was complementary wine, café and food. Price for room was okay. Unfortunately, there are no cheap parking lots nearby.

Положительный: Отличные апартаменты в самом центре Порту. Очень гостеприимный и приятный хозяин Лоренцо, встретил, все показал и очень подробно рассказал о городе Порту, дал советы по его осмотру. Апартаменты отличные есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания (в том числе кофемашина, чайник, хороший шампунь и гель для душа и многое другое), плюс в подарок от хозяина вино и фрукты. Кровать удобная, отличный душ, кондиционер, телевизор. Впечатления прекрасные, как от города Порту, так и от апартаментов. . Негативный: Все понравилось. Единственный минус - ночью было шумно от находящегося рядом бара.

Positiva: Todo, absolutamente todo. La ubicación, la limpieza, la habitación, la comodidad, tooooodos los detalles, él recibimiento por parte del propietario. La cocina estaba equipada con todo. En él baño, champú, gel, bastoncillos, tapones para los oídos, toallitas de bebé, toallitas desmaquillantes, desodorante, laca, secador, crema solar, cuchilla desechable, algodón, agua oxigenada... A parte de la bienvenida por parte de Lorenzo: bandeja de frutas variadas, botellas de vino, cervezas... Una autentica pasada. . Negativa: Nada, 0 pegas.

Positiv: Sehr zentrale Lage (super Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing). Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartment. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Person. Wir waren zu viert (2Erw. und 2 Kids).

Positiva: Optima eleccion para ver Oporto. Muy centrico. Apto para parejas y tben familias, con la opcion de que son dos apartamentos unidos por la entrada. No fue nuestro caso en este viaje,pero lo veo fantastico para ir con hijos. Todos juntos pero separados. Excelente el propietario. Te vas a encontrar lo que ofrece y lo que ves en las fotos. Pese a ser zona noctambula su aislamiento es bueno.. Negativa: No hay nada reseñable

Positiv: Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und freundlich. Er hatte sogar für die Kinder vorgesorgt und Plüschtiere hingestellt, sowie noch Medikamente mitgenommen, weil er mitbekommen hatte, dass unser Sohn leicht Fieber hatte. Im Kühlschrank standen schon ein paar Bierchen und ein grosses Wasser. Eine sehr gute Weinflasche als Geschenk gab es auch dazu! Sogar eine Nespresso-Maschine mit einem kleinem Sortiment an Kapseln. Sehr schön eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail, auch für die praktischen Menschen an alles gedacht! Er hat uns auch das günstigste Parkhaus empfohlen, welches schon 14€ den Tag kostet und sehr viele Flyer und Ausflugstipps gegeben. Andere Parkhäuser kosten zum Teil 30€ den Tag!

Positiv: Lorenzo ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Zur Begrüßung hat er Bier und Wein sowie für den folgenden Tag einige Kaffeekapseln als Gastgeschenk zur Verfügung gestellt. Mehrmals während unseres Urlaubs hat er sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Positive: Everything was just perfect. - The host Lorenzo was extremely kind, helpful, punctual and responsive quickly. Although it was late night, he was waiting for us, gave a key and many tips for Porto. I could feel he really took care of his guests sincerely. - The room was clean, big enough for my family and there's Nespresso machine. Heating and air conditioning was also working perfectly. And... fast Wifi. - In bathroom, I could find everything I needed (hairdryer, shampoo, soap, body wash, etc). - There's elevator in the building so we could easily move the bags. - The location was great and 5 - 15 mins walking distance to the main attractions. Lastly, Thanks again Lorenzo for the everything. As I already said to you, it was the best place and experience I've ever had in entire Europe.. Negative: Nothing. Couldn't stay any longer.

We couldn't be happier with our experience in Porto! Lorenzo gave us a lot of suggestions and helpful hints on where to go and what to see during our stay in Porto. Positief: Lorenzo is een supervriendelijke gastheer. Hij neemt de tijd voor je. Een fijn mens. Ook het appartement is centraal gelegen. Verder is het van alle gemakken voorzien. Dé plek om Porto te verkennen!. Negatief: Als je een langere periode daar verblijft, misschien een keer schoonmaak van het appartement. Niet essentieel, maar zou een aanvulling kunnen zijn.

긍정적: 모든것..! 일단 호스트분이 너므너무 친절해서 첨에 도착해서 계획없다고 하니까 거의 30분동안 지도보면서 설명해주고 추천해주고 심지어 웰컴 드링크로 도루 와인과 각종 과일, 포르투갈 맥주까지 준비해줬어유...아 맞다 커피캡슐까지있었다..감동..숙소도 너므너무 깨끗하고 시설도 좋고 맨 윗층이라 채광도 너무 좋고 심지어 히터도 잘돼서 여행내내 완전 따듯하게 꿀잠잤어요. 정말 숙소덕에 포르투를 더 사랑하게 될 정도..! 안에 주방은 없지만 식기랑 냉장고 전자렌지는 있어서 매번 마트에서 저녁거리 사먹어서 밥값도 아꼈구요. 진짜 20일 여행하면서 제일제일제잏 좋았던 숙소였네요!

Positif: notre hote nous avait prevu une corbeille de fruit frais, une bouteille de vin blanc local et des bieres au frigo.De plus une boite de truffe et toute sorte de tisanes et thes etaient à notre disposition. Il a pris le temps de nous montrer sur une carte ce qu'il est conseillé de voir et faire à Porto. Négatif: C'est l'hypercentre un peu bruyant dehors parfois

负面: 地理位置绝佳！从这里到所有著名景点都不超过15分钟步行距离！到莱罗书店5分钟，著名的麦当劳3分钟，当地有名的菜市场8分钟，大型超市9分钟，证券交易所和圣方济各堂11分钟，最远的到路易大桥也只需要15分钟！ 房子的主人Lorenzo人超好！我们来之前还特意买了水果，冰箱里啤酒、矿泉水还有红酒也可以免费喝。不过我们都没喝。厨房设施齐全，而且都很高档。卫生间和厨房衣柜的设计都很新潮还极其便捷。 一张双人床还有一张宜家的可以拉成床的沙发都极其方便！而且舒适，是我旅行中难得睡的香的几晚。 卫生间也准备了好多小物件供客人使用，洗发水沐浴液也都品质很赞！总之非常适合一家人在波尔图住几天！ 超级推荐！ Located at the very center of the town, this super clean apartment is at walking distance to anywhere: Lello bookstore in 5 min; Clérigos Tower in 5 min; Balhao Market and Majestic Cafe in 8 min; Palacio da Bolsa in 11 min; the Luis Bridge in 15 min! Har Rock Cafe and the famous Mc Donald is just 2 min. Lorenzo the owner of the apartment is super nice. He brought fruit upon our arrival, gave a very detailed introduction to us about what to see, how we can go there, where to park, etc. The apartment itself is very clean, cozy, spacious. The sofa bed can be extended into a very comfortable bed so me and my mother could have really relaxing sleep. Towels are big and thick and clean! All utilities and equipment are quite modern and in very good quality. Shower is hot and strong! The paintings are painted by Lorenzo’s father! Some small decorations are also quite sweet, creating a cozy atmosphere! I definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!. 正面: Nothing at all!

Very helpful and friendly host. Every commodity you need for a stay in Porto Center, and all the pieces of advice needed to go to the beach, to visit caves, libraries and more. I strongly recommend it to young travelers and even families who are not afraid about a little noise on weekends !

חיובי: דירה יפה ומושקעת! הכל נקי וחדש. אבזור מושלם, כולל פינוקים שחיכו לנו בחדר. ונסה קיבלה את פנינו והייתה מקסימה ונכונה לעזור עם כל מה שרצינו.. שלילי: המיקום אמנם מצוין מבחינת מרכז העיר, אך היינו בסופש ויש רעש גדול מאוד מהרחוב. בגלל שבדירה אין מזגן החלונות חייבים להיות פתוחים, והרעש ממש הפריע לישון.
