Helena and Lays, but especially Helena, are awesome. Friendly, capable, professional service that I estimate saved me more in time and trips to Portugal than it cost me, and definitely saved me mountains of stress. This has been completely hassle free. From start to end the process was easy, aligned to what I wanted and communication was great. The 2 days with Helena were fun and packed with enough viewings that I saw everything I wanted to make a decision, I offered on my house the second day and the process since then has also been super smooth. It's so easy only dealing with one person who you know well enough to trust. The contacts that Pearls have make everything so simple: tax numbers, bank accounts, lawyers, etc, this would take me days if not weeks to do on my own, it was a matter of minutes with these guys. I highly recommend the service.

I'm extremely happy about reaching out to Pearls of Portugal. Their services have been amazing, they're really efficient, they always provided the information in a timely manner. Since this was my purchase I did have some anxieties come up now and again that they would masterfully alleviate. The support I got from them both in relation to finding apartments to look at, arranging viewings, taking care of the legal and financial sides of it - was also pretty astounding.
