Please stay away from MEO. I had Internet at home with MEO for 1-2 years. The Internet connection was very slow, but that was not the main problem. The problem is that when you have first made a subscription, it will run for ever. I am serious. It is impossible to cancel the subscription. I have been in MEO's location 4 times, and they can still not cancel my subscription. I was there in July. They could not cancel because I didn't bring the original contract. I came back with the contract, but then they could not cancel because I still wanted to keep Internet for more than 15 days. I came back 6 days before departure back to Norway, and then they could cancel it. Or at least so they said. But only after 15 days, not after 6 as I wanted. When in the MEO store, MEO called me on my cell phone and confirmed that it would be cancelled. But they still charged me for full subscription in both August and September. My only solution was to make sure that my bank account was empty from October to make them not take more money from me. Then, in October, I went back to Portugal and MEO. They confirmed that the subscription was still active, contrary to what they promised in July. And they could not cancel it because I did not longer have a Portuguese phone number. I cannot recommend MEO.

Dou 1 estrela pois não tem opção de dar 0, péssimo atendimento, discriminatório e ofensivo de todos os 3 atedentes que estavam lá, já tinha minhas dúvidas enquanto o serviço da operadora, hoje tenho certeza que nunca o farei. E o outro sr. que estava lá na loja disse me, deixa estar é um pior que o outro aqui. Então percebi que não estava enganada.

Já se identificaram como loja Oficial. Neste momento qualquer assunto indicam não ser loja oficial e encaminham para a linha.
