Niemand antwortet auf E Mail zu Fragen von einer Beleuchtung . Da sind andere Hersteller viel besser .

Estou a tentar ligar por várias vezes para tirar uma dúvida relativa à iluminação, mas ninguém atende!!! Assim é impossível a médio/longo prazo estabelecer qualquer tipo de fidelização com a Aquatlantis. E pelos vistos não sou a única com razões de queixa. Tenham isso em atenção se querem continuar no ramo. Obrigada!

The customer service is unacceptable. I am trying to reach communication with the company 2 weeks now, asking about a simple thing about lightning. No answer. Another, thing that is unprofessional is that the descriptions of every product are poor. You sell bulbs, led bulbs and your description tell us only about consumption. Where are the kelvin; The lumen; I bought an aquatlantis 80led advance aquarium. As a package is nice and the aquarium seems fine. Ofcourse i changed the internal filter which cuts 8-9cm of the aquariums length with no reason. You could just make something more compact and even better on circulation. As a conclusion, i want to focus on something that you better have in mind. You may sell nice aquariums, with all those fancy things. BUT if you dont have after sales service and communication with your clients , you cannot establish long-term relationships with them. Personally, this is the first and the last time i bought something from you only because of that i mentioned above.
