The whole process from bookink. Confirmation and pick up was excellent. The lady driver was waiting and took my wife and i to our hotel. Very safe an knowledgable driver. Would recommend.

There he was waiting at the arrivals gate with my name showing on a tablet. Extremely friendly, very clean car and I don’t know if we just lucked out but we received a great guided tour as we drove through the different areas of the town to our BnB.

Have no fears if you use this taxi service.
We were not sure how it would work out, but it was just as described. The driver was waiting at the arrivals gate with my name on a board. He quickly took us to his car and carefully drove to our hotel in Porto.
It was a new Mercedes and spacious. He was courteous and chatty in good English and the half hour journey passed swiftly.
I have no hesitation in recommending toptravel.

The driver was excellent. On time, waiting for us. Assisted with our huge load of luggage and with contacting our landlady to arrange to meet us with keys at our new apartment. He shared much information with us. He made our arrival so much less stressful.

This worked out perfectly. I was picked up on time coming from and going to the airport. The driver, Alex, who picked me up from the airport was very friendly and helpful and made sure I got safely in to where I was staying. I would definitely use this service again.

We went on-line the evening before and booked a car to come to our central Porto apt at 3AM! and the driver was about 5-10 minutes early, well dressed, polite, and courteous. Couldn't have been a better experience!

From start to finish this was a high standard of service.
The booking process was easy.
Communications and instructions were clearly made and in good time.
The vehicles arrived on time for both transfers, they were clean and comfortable.
Both drivers were well presented,courteous and spoke good English.
Our driver from the airport, Alex, made us very welcome and gave us a very good introduction to Porto which also included details of local food specialities.
Definitely recommend this transfer company and will use again on our next visit.

An excellent and reliable service. Courteous drivers and nice cars. We had one late arrival at midnight and an early departure. Both times the drivers were right on time. I would use this service again and thoroughly recommend them. I had also paid a Euro to get confirmations and reminders each time and these were great. The cost was also reasonable.

Perfect service. Smooth pickup, clean and spacious car. Paul and Alex were lovely and patient with our kids and the whole experience was easy. We also had 4 child car seats and this was no issue for them. Not cheap but considering it was a late night (22:30) landing and delayed it was well worth paying for.

Driver was at arrivals with very clear signage. Very professional and polite. He took us to the nice Mercedes estate, for the transfer. On the way to the hotel, he provided a lot of useful information. For our return home, he was at the hotel ready for our early morning departure in the same polite and professional way. No hesitation in recommending this service

Our driver Alex came in a huge van just for the two of us and our bicycles, it was large enough to seat 8 pax comfortably. He spoke very good English and gave us excellent tips of what to see, do and eat in Porto.
We will definitely recommend this service to other friends.

Great experience :-) The driver was waiting at the airport despite half an hour delayed flight arrival. He was very informative, giving advice as to places to visit and eat - so we got our first guided tour on our way from the airport to the hotel ;-) And he spoke both English and Spanish (besides Portuguese of course). Very recommendable!

We had to wait quite a long time for our luggage, but they didn't make a point of this. Very friendly drivers, new and big cars, very easy to have baby seats to be reserved as well. Would recommend!

We booked the car for a very late pick up at a wedding in the countryside outside Porto. Service was perfect, we received a text in advance, the driver was extremely polite and a careful driver, and the car was really comfortable. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Top quality service. I booked a return transfer from Porto Airport to the Old Town for 6 people. The driver waited for us after a delayed evening flight and then assisted with our luggage into a new blacked out Mercedes people carrier which had the most comfortable seats!
Our driver Alex was exceptionally polite, smartly dressed and gave some tips and information on Porto as we drove from the airport. It 's the details that make a service like this.
We also booked a return transfer to Lousada for a wedding and they were on time for all pickups again in a clean smart people carrier. It can be stressful organising transport like this for family and the last thing you want is for a service to be badly organised or not even turn up at all. Thankfully we didn't have to worry, everything went without a hitch.
Will certainly be using them again on any future trips to Portugal. Highly recommended.

Super, Super, Driver and Service.
Right on time
A very comfortable and exceptionally clean Mercedes Benz for a trip to the airport for only $25 Euros. That is 5 Euros less than it cost us to take a regular taxi on a previous trip.
This is the absolute best way to get from the airport to your place of stay and back again for the return.
The driver was very safe, the vehicle was exceptional, along with the overall service experience - what more could anyone want?
100% recommended.

Our booking was smooth and simple, customer service was great, everything went smoothly. When we were at the airport our driver ( Ricardo) was there ready and waiting , he was super personable and gave us a great welcome to Portugal, the car was clean and spacious and it was a relaxing ride to and from our destination, which was very out of the way . Hopefully next time we can rent a car but if not will definitely use again.

Fantastic service from this company. The driver was waiting at the airport on our arrival and took us straight to the hotel. He was extremely friendly and gave us lots of personal advice about what to see in Porto.
It must be noted that he was also extremely professional, helping us with our case, etc. Excellent quality car to ourselves, also. The day before we were due to return, we received a confirmation e-mail and, once again, the same driver was at the hotel in plenty of time, to pick us up.
If we return to Porto again, we will definitely use this company for transfers and highly recommend them to others who may need transfers in the future. Thank you very much.

Mein Flug kam eine halbe Stunde zu spät und es wurde nicht wie beschrieben am Ausgang gewartet. Nach einem Anruf beim Unternehmen, kam der Fahrer aber innerhalb von 5 min und ab dann lief alles perfekt. Guter Service und sehr freundlicher Fahrer. Ich kam rechtzeitig zum Ziel.
