Precioso dúplex con todas las comodidades y servicios que necesitábamos. Todo estaba muy limpio. Tenía una iluminación y unas vistas excelentes. Nos dejaron frutas, pan, cervezas, vino, agua, etc. Todo gratis. Las piscinas eran bastante grandes y en la zona había muchas hamacas con sombrillas. También tienen un restaurante allí al que se pueden hacer pedidos desde la habitación. Además, está cerca de la playa a unos minutos andando. Nos sentimos muy bien recibidos.

Owner occupied apartments and free ones hired out. Fully equipped kitchen. Large rooms. Home away from home if willing to cook some or all your meals. Restaurant available few distance away by the pool. Quite close to the beach in Luz. Reception staff quite friendly. Lovely stay though far from the airport so would require a shuttle to the apartment or hire a car.

Fue un sitio muy bonito dónde pasar las vacaciones. Las habitaciones muy grandes y relajantes. Aunque el restaurante no estaba mal estaba preparado para turistas con niños, en mi opinión estaría mejor si fuese comida autóctona de la zona.

Prachtig complex! Mooie grote kamers van alle gemakken voorzien. Wasmachine, vaatwasser, grote keuken met alle soorten keukengerei. Groot balkon. Restaurant is prima. Zwembad heerlijk.

Un jolie établissement personnel à l'accueil agréable parle anglais et français au top. Appartement génial 2 grande chambre avec un beau salon cuisine avec 2 terrasse une coter chemin lautre avec accès à la piscine.
Appartement comprenant machine à laver et lave vaisselle ménage de la chambre fait 2 fois par semaine largement suffisant !
Plage à 5 minute à pied !
Vacances agréable très calme dans la période fin novembre .

This was our fourth stay at Bai da Luz and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The ladies at checkin were very helpful and the accomodation and all the staff were helpful and polite. We had a lovely holiday and hope to return again soon

The appartments were excellent, large, well equipped and two minutes walk to the pools. The reception staff were the best we have encountered in many years of travelling. they were extremely helpful in relation to local area advice and any problems were swiftly dealt with.

Extremely upmarket location. Spacious apartment with lovely view from balcony of mountain, little bit of sea and landscaped gardens. All amenities in apartment were top class. Underground parking with lift to all floors. Separate childrens pool area so adult section very peaceful with good bar/restaurant. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff.

no need to buy any equipment, kitchen was really well kitted out. property well situated for beach and restaurants. near to bus stop for trip to Lagos or Burgau but no need to travel as resort has 3 supermarkets ad plenty of restaurants to cater for all tastes and pockets.

Établissement spacieux tout près de la plage à moin de 10 minutes à pied . Idéalement situé , tout à proximité . Une ambiance chaleureuse , restaurant , bar au top . Un accueil merveilleux à la réception , un confort parfait au niveaux des équipements un appartement complet à la hauteur de nos attentes . L’espace piscine est génial , composé de 3 piscines dont 1 patogoire . Bouées , jouets d’eau à disposition. Un séjour merveillleux , un cadre magnifique . Nous en sommes partis les étoiles dans les yeux.

Been really nice here with plenty to do in the surrounding areas. It was peaceful at night and had no problems with other guests disturbing us. There's also plenty of very nice restaurants to dine at. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the Luz. Thanks.

We really liked staying in Baia da Luz. Our 1-bedroom was big and felt really luxurious. Wooden floors, good quality kitchen appliances (including a few Nespresso cups, chocolates, water, milk, dishwashing detergent and laundry powder; very attentive), two bathrooms, Rituals sundries and more. Well decorated and furnished, it felt like we could live there. only downside was the view from the terrace. The resort has a good outdoor pool too. Location is quiet, a 7 minute walk from the beach, 15-20 minute walk from two supermarkets. Out of season they do really good offers. Highly recommended.

We stayed 3 nights at this apartment which far exceeded our expectations - it had all the facilities you would need for a self-catering apartment. It had a full oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dish washer.
Staff were super helpful
The only thing to be aware of is the cover charge for towels for pool and beach so you might want to take your own but otherwise it was perfect - wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back!

Apartamento precioso, sin un ruido, zona muy bonita, muy buen equipado con todo, nos dejaron una botella de agua, leche, capsulas de café, bizcocho de bienvenida, una estancia perfecta, lo único es que no nos gusto, es lo lejos que está, las calles y casas de cerca como de los años 40, por lo demás perfecto, el trato y todo.

This is a stunning property. The location is perfect as the beach is literally a 5 minute stroll away. The property itself is quite remarkable. It truly is 5 star. The apartment was very spacious & completely up to date & modernised. It’s fully equipped with a superb fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The bedroom is beautiful too & the dining room superb too. I could not recommend it enough & would return again.

Es lief alles reibungslos, das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell. Die Reinigungskräfte leisten hervorragende Arbeit und achten auch auf Details. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht direkt am Strand, was aber durch Ausstattung und Raumgröße mehr als kompensiert wird. Die 5 Minuten zum Strand führen durch den Ort an einer kostenlosen öffentlichen Anlage mit Fitnessgeräten vorbei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa 12 min zu Fuß entfernt, das Chiccas (subjetiv bestes Restaurant) ist in <5 min fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir es nicht getestet haben (Küche lädt zum selbst kochen ein).

Appartement spacieux très propre, à la hauteur de nos attentes, excellent accueil et service de la part du personnel très gentil. Seul chose l’entretien devait être fait 2 fois pendant notre séjour et il a été fait qu’une seule fois, donc nous n’avons pas pu changer nos serviettes il y avait un lave linga mais pas de sèche linge donc avec l’humidité difficile de faire sécher. Sinon nous y retournerons tout était impeccable nous recommandons fortement très bien situé tout peut se faire à pieds plage, épicerie et restaurants à proximité le Alloro restaurant de l’hôtel pour nous un 5 étoiles la pizza et les pâtes un pur délice et le personnel des plus accueillants service encore là impeccable.

Very nice units. Well equipped. Walking easy distance to beach and grocery stores. People are very friendly. We ate at the restaurant on property very good. Used the local bus to go into Lagos convient also walked the bluffs to Lagos one day and walked to another great beach town other direction ( sorry forget the name started with a B) Only one pool operational as construction on other one but it was heated and noise was not too bad. Much quieter town than Lagos but lots of restaurants great beach and easy to get into Lagos

Saubere und hübsche Zimmer, die täglich geputzt werden, komplett eingerichtete Küche sowie ein tolles, italienisches Hotelrestaurant ( allerdings sollte man vorher anrufen und reservieren, da es so beliebt ist). Es hat zwei große Swimmingpools und jede Menge Liegen sowohl in der Sonne als auch im Schatten, das Hotelpersonal spricht gut englisch und ist sehr nett.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel with our 11 month old and 4 year old plus grandparents in two apartments. Our family apartment was like a hotel penthouse! So roomy and spacious with a huge living / dining area, separate kitchen with every appliance we could need including a washing machine and dryer. Two lovely big double bedrooms with their own bathrooms and separate air conditioning units. Huge outdoor terrace area which wrapped around with a little garden to the front. The pool area was always quiet and we loved the pool inflatable and toys free to use plus play area. The small baby pool was perfect and our older child enjoyed swimming in the larger pool too. Faultless staff at the poolside bar and restaurant - Allora.

The rooms are large, we had a ground floor with 2 bedrooms floor plan approx. 8X20m. All fixtures, fittings, appliances and utensils are virtually new. All windows had electric shutters for security and blackout purposes.Room access is via touch key card, building access is via a gate with numerical keypad. Seems safe and secure but you cannot lock the door from within to stop it being opened by a child (for instance), security chain might be useful.Property is located on outskirts of resort, the first side road you hit when driving into Luz from Lagos. Our block was off the main complex and was about 10-15 minutes walk to the resort centre and beach. This was pretty well lit at night, but the back road is a bit exposed to traffic - not much but local drivers are bit lary.Resort was pretty quiet as this was second week in October but restaurants in the town were all pretty busy. On site restaurant is excellent quality and good value.

Great hotel great staff and rooms very modern the only thing that lets it down for me is the uncomfortable bed. Can't work out if it's too soft or what it's just the worst nights sleep. Sofa is comfortable though slept on that.

We stayed here for 4 days and we were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the apartment was. It was very spacious and had exactly what you needed in the kitchen, bathroom etc (we stayed on a self catering basis). From check in, the staff were very friendly and whenever we had any questions they were helpful, although could be improved. The pool is not the largest but we found it sufficient and very relaxing, and approx a 10 min walk away is the local beach which was fantastic. Youll need to hire sunbeds / umbrellas if you dont have your own which is pretty standard so no real issues there, and theres plenty of restaurants / cafes to take your pick from. We hired a car and would recommend as it was so easy to get into main Lagos where theres heaps more places to eat, sights to see etc, with driving not being a problem. Without a car getting taxis may get a bit tedious, and theres not all that much going on here so may not be the best location if you dont have access to a car. The apartment offers free parking too with our own allocated space giving quick access to our room which was great, only complaint here being our allocated parking had quite a few pillars making getting out the spot rather difficult! Overall though, the rooms were fantastic and really spacious, so would really recommend for those looking to not be in the city centre as such but more of a quiet resort.

The Restaurant was good and very child friendly. I intend to recommend the Baia da Luz to friends and family. It is an excellent base for a winter break.

Das Appartment war ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wahrscheinlich auch da in der Off Saison. Wir würden da jederzeit wieder buchen. Es war unkompliziert, grosszügig, ruhig und für unseren Jüngsten auch gut ausgestattet. Können das Hotel empfehlen. Das dazugehörende Restaurant war auch sehr gut, italienische Küche, sehr nette und kinderfreundliche Bedienung.

Excellent apartment (2 bedroom+duplex) with loads of space, and clearly very well maintained. Ours was in block 39 which I reckon has the best views and the best location, being quiet and close to the pool area/Alloro restaurant (which was very good and reasonably priced, too).Kitchen was well equipped, everything we needed as a group of 5 adults. A five minute walk through a quiet lane to the beach. The outdoor pool was heated in December, but youd still need to be a hardy soul as the outside air wasnt!All in all, an excellent resort. The only quibble - and I genuinely dont understand this - is that they charge you to use the safe in your apartment. Totally bonkers, the safe is no more a luxury than a kettle. Surely they can work out that keeping valuables safe removes any possibility of mistrust between customers and Baia staff? A really stupid policy, Ive never seen this in any other holiday accommodation anywhere in the world. Especially at this level of quality!

Tres belles piscines, dont celle pour adulte qui etait tres chaude (chauffée?) beaucoup de places disponibles. Le restaurant de lhotel est excellent ++, nous y sommes retournés une 2eme fois, alors que nous étions à lhotel seulement 3 nuits. Les appartements sont vraiment tres grands. On peut facilement y demeurer à long terme ou encore y aller en famille. Attention par contre pour de pas brisser la vaisselle, car vous serez chargés.

Lage ist perfekt: Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.Einen ganz dicken Minuspunkt gibt es: Die Eingangstore zu den Appartements fallen ins Schloss und erzeugen dabei eine unglaubliche Lautstärke. Da sich die Schlafzimmer direkt daneben befinden, wird man wach, sobald der erste Gast das Haus verlässt. Das Schließen hört man aber im gesamten Appartement!

Top gepflegte Anlage, sehr großzügige Apartments, supergut ausgestattet, alles was man in einem Apartm. benötigen könnte, findet man. Alles sehr sauber und man ist sehr freundlich und servicebereit. Die Anlage ist äußerst ruhig und gut gelegen, sowohl zum Strand als auch zu den Restaurants und den Geschäften. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ein echtes Schnäppchen. Wir kommen wieder. Ein guter Tip ist das Hotelrestaurant ALORO.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in unserem Apartment. Die Terrasse war groß und immer schön sonnig. Die Putzfrau hat zweimal in der Woche das Apartment gereinigt und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist nur 5 min entfernt. Deswegen haben wir den Pool nicht genutzt.

Das Hotel/die Appartement waren ausserordentlich großzügig, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Entferung zum Strand ist mit 200m abgegeben. Dies ist aber dann Luftlinie. Der Weg ist länger, aber akzepabel. Die Restaurants in der Nähe sind zum großen Teil wirklich gut. Der Strand ist sauber, aber auch sehr voll. Man kann aber etwas laufen und dann ist es ok! Die Pools sind auch ok dimensioniert. Man bekommt eigentlich immer eine Liege. Trennung zwischen Kinderpool und Erwachsenenpool für größere Kinder (12-14)zu streng. Tennisplätze ganz gut in Schuss, Getränke/Speisen ok!

the hotel is excellent. it is newly built, with wide space, huge balcony and nice view to the area/sea. everything is new and clean, the staff is friendly. the kitchen is fully furnished, we cooked there and enjoyed the dinner and the nice view in the balcony. the hotel is just 100m (linear distance) to the beach and there are lots of restaurants/bars along the beach.

El hotel esta genial, mucho mejor de lo que aparecen las fotos, pero praia da luz esta realmente muerto.
