No issue with English or pick up. Yes it is in the big parking garage near the Lower Level of the bridge exit and a reasonable walk from the tourist area.

Accueil sympathique et parlant parfaitement Anglais mais la voiture prévu pour nous ne correspondait pas tout à fait aux options au nous avions choisies (automatique à la place de manuelle). On a fini par nous trouver une voiture qui convenait mais comme c'était une gamme au-dessus ils ont voulu nous faire payer un supplément (alors que l'erreur ne venait pas de nous). Après ne pas avoir cédé ils ont abandonné leur tentative de nous faire payer plus. Malgré ce désagrément et la perte de temps l'échange est resté cordial. Info importante : la sortie est au dernier étage, tout en haut.

There is no europcar here! We wasted a lot of time looking for this location because Europcar sent us an email saying there was a drop off location here. A lot of frustration with this company... poor service regarding this and other issues.

Does not exist anymore. Don't waste time coming here looking for Europcar like we did. Even customer service directed us here, but there is nothing here 100%
