Kleines Appartement mit Küchenzeile und Bad! Das Appartement war relativ neu und ordentlich eingerichtet. Bett leider nur 140 cm, ansonsten gut! Das Bad ist leider nur mit einer schlechter Lüftung ausgestattet und deswegen dauernd feucht. Es riecht modrig und in den Fugen ist schon der erste Schimmel zu sehen. Die Verwaltung und der Check-in war hervorragend und sehr freundlich.

El alojamiento que se nos dio era pequeño en comparación a las fotos que de este lugar se encuentran en Google. El primer día tuvimos que esperar al administrador del apartamento para poder hacer el check in pese a que tuve que rellenar previamente, a llegar a Oporto, un formulario en el que especificaba la hora aproximada de llegada. Además de eso el alojamiento estaba hecho una porquería y como prueba de ello dejo las fotos adjuntas. Algo que me dio certeza plena de que en este lugar no limpiaron el apartamento ni se preocuparon de ello hasta que les llamamos y escribimos mensajes quejándonos amargamente, es el hecho de que nuestro check out no se realizaba hasta las 12 del medio día lo más tardar y a las 12 menos 10 ya teníamos a los siguientes inquilinos picando por el telefonillo de abajo para subir a ocupar el apartamento, es decir, que entre huésped y huésped no limpian las habitaciones.

Pequeño aunque muy completo y, sobre todo, muy bien ubicado

부모님과 함께 가족여행으로 스페인~포르투갈 여행 중 입니다. 부모님과 나는 지금까지 다녀본 유럽의 모든 숙소 중에 이 곳을 최고로 뽑았습니다. 접근하기 좋고 도우루강과 주변 관광에 아주 편리한 곳에 위치하고 있습니다. 골목 분위기와 다르게 건물 내부와 숙소는 아주 신식으로 성인은 3명이나 성인 2명과 아이2명까지 머무르기에 충분한 공간과 편리한 구조를 가지고 있습니다. 주변 주차 인프라를 가지고 있고 아침식사는 8유로에 요청한 시간에 맞춰 룸서비스로 제공 됩니다. 리셉션의 안내는 아주 훌륭했고 친절 했습니다. 나의 두번째 포르토 여행은 이 숙소로 인해 완벽 해졌고 언젠가 다시 이 곳을 찾을 것 입니다. 나와 나의 부모님 모두를 행복하게 해준 모든 분께 정말 감사합니다.

Es muy buen sitio personas atentas donde yo me quedé tenía dos baños uno en el piso de arriba y otro en el de abajo el de abajo es pequeño el de arriba es una bañera grande con dos regaderas una gigante y otra pequeña incluye muchos paños , tiene dos habitaciones una de dos camas pequeñas las dos habitaciones tienen balcón en el balcón tiene dos sillas y una mesa las puertas además se puede solo abrir la parte de arriba para que entre fresco en el piso de abajo tiene un sofá cama una cafetera y una Televisión

Positiva: Genial, apartamento pequeño pero muy cómodo. Muy limpio. El chico que me atendió genial, me explicó todo lo que hacer en Oporto con pelos y señales. Para repetir sin ninguna duda. Y el detalle del vino un puntazo. . Negativa: La calle a pesar de ser supercentrica es angosta y da un poco de mal rollo la zona. Pero es muy tranquila

Positive: Very good location near Sao Bento station. Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy apartment with silent location.. Negative: Dusty room and really small shower closet wich was mouldy. Reading lamps didn't work.

Positiva: En anfitrión fue en todo momento muy amable, nos dejo unas copitas de vino de Oporto como recibimiento. Nosotros viajábamos con un bebe, y nos ofreció una cuna gratuitamente. También nos repuso capsulas de café para la cafetera. La ubicacion es perfecta ya que esta en una calle colindante a la Estacion de Sao Bento, muy centrico.. Negativa: A pesar de que solicitamos entrar en el apartamento sobre las 10:30H hasta las 13:00 no nos puedieron hacer el checking porque nos dijeron que el apartamento se estaba limpiando. Lo que menos nos gusto es la suciedad del baño, en la ducha todas las juntas de silicona estaban negras de moho y la gran cantidad de polvo que había en el piso, en las cornisas de la ventana, sobre la campana de la cocina, daba un aspecto de no haberse limpiado en meses.

Positiva: Está muy cerca de la estación de tren y del centro histórico. Nos resultó lindo, cómodo y bien ubicado.. Negativa: El duchador no se sostenía y era medio incómodo bañarse, necesitan renovarlo. La zona era céntrica pero un poco ruidosa y oscura. Era de comercios y, al cerrar por la noche, quedaba sin luz y solitaria. Pero no sentimos miedo en ningún momento. Sí nos despertaban los gritos de la calle muy temprano a la mañana, pero cerrábamos bien las ventanas y los usábamos de despertador. Para los que tienen sueño liviano, no sé si es recomendable.

Positive: Location was very, very good and central and the street is quiet. The bar downstairs is also a good breakfast spot.. Negative: The room would need a bit of a paint as the walls have marks and the ceiling has old humidity stains. The shower could also do with some renovation.

Positive: La posizione, vicina ai principali punti di interesse, raggiungubili tutti a piedi o con la metro. La camera era piccola ma confortevole. Il proprietario, molto gentile ed affabile, ci ha accolto all' arrivo per la consegna delle chiavi e darci tutte le indicazioni necessarie.. Negazione: Sarebbe stato utile forse avere una cassettiera un po più capiente o un piccolo guardaroba.

Positive: Amazing location, great cosy apartment with everything you need. 2 min walk to central train station, but quite. Absolutely added 100% to Porto experience!

Positif: l'ensemble et la gentillesse de notre hôte dès notre arrivée (malgré notre retard d'une heure....) l'emplacement, au centre de Porto c'est génial..... Négatif: indépendamment de nos hôtes le voisinage dans la nuit de samedi à dimanche..... du bruit jusqu'à 1h du matin réveil à 4h30 la nuit a été un peu courte je rajouterais le bruit des mouettes mais là encore c'est général à la ville

Una habitación estupenda, equipada con todo! Tv por cable, Wi-Fi gratis, cocina y una atención increíble. Esta ubicado en un lugar ideal, si vuelvo a Porto, seguramente vuelva aqui!

Положительный: Отличная цена и соотношение цена\качество, центральное расположение, без проблем заселили до времени, указанного в брони. Приветственные пара рюмок портвейна. Наличие холодильника, микроволновки, плиты с вытяжкой и большого выбора посуды. Бесплатный wifi.. Негативный: Холодный пол, ходить босиком или в носках холодно. Отопление только с помощью обогревателя Ветерок. Очень маленькая, тесная душевая кабина. Не комфортный пружинный матрас. Совет: подстелите под простынь толстое дополнительное одеяло и будет отлично.

3° planta sin ascensor. Duplex decorado con gusto y nuevo. Situación buena pero rodeado de obras. Al lado de la estación de tren. Encontramos aparcamiento en la misma calle sin pagar. Lo peor que hacía frío en el apartamento y si ponías toda la calefacción a la vez, se iba la luz

Positief: Moderne en gezellige studio vlak naast metro en in hartje van Porto. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.. Negatief: Dunne muren. Nachtlampjes werkten niet werkten meer. Hoopten op zetel, maar die was er niet. Anderzijds heel veel comfort voor die prijs!

긍정적: 상벤투 역에서 가까우나 언덕에 위치하여 캐리어를 끌고 찾아가기가 조금 힘들었습니다. 하지만 룸 상태는 매우 만족했습니다. 골목에 위치하여 늦은 밤 위험할것 같으나 생각보다는 안전한 골목입니다. 다시 포르투에 방문한다면 이 숙소를 이용할 것입니다.

Positiv: Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben direkt ein paar Informationen und Tipps zur Stadt bekommen. Bei Fragen oder Problemen hat sich das Personal schnell gekümmert. Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet und für zwei Personen ausreichend groß. Durch die zentrale Lage des Appartements sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.. Negativ: Das Bett bzw. die Matratze könnte etwas komfortabler sein. Allerdings lässt einen das gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leicht darüber hinweg schauen.

Положительный: Отличный хозяин апартаментов. Заезд в апартаменты до 20:00, мы с мужем опоздали, т.к. ехали на поезде из Лиссабона и приехали поздновато. Когда мы приехали к апартаментов, там не было никого. Хорошо, что проживающие в соседних квартирах заметили нас и связались с хозяином и он через полчаса сразу приехал, чтобы нас заселить и все объяснить. Жили в маленькой, но очень уютной студии в стиле Порту. Месторасположение превзошло все ожидания. Самый центр в 10 минутах ходьбы, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, улица шоппинга в 7 минутах ходьбы. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания.

This appartment looks great at first sight. It is extremly comfy and cozy to stay in. The location of the appartment is very convenient, close to the main tourest ticket locations and city scenery.overall this place was a good stay and a smart choice!

Duplex pour 6 personnes : 1 chambres avec 2 lits simples, 1 chambre avec un lit double et un canapé-lit dans le salon, 2 salles de bains avec 2 wc.Position centrale, dans une rue en pente (ça grimpe beaucoup à Porto), à côté de la gare de Sao Bento.Attention au check-in, personne ne vous accueille il faut téléphoner lorsque vous arrivez et ensuite attendre que lon vienne vous donner les clés (pour nous 1h30 dattente). De plus le n° de la rue nest pas visible dans la rue mais il sagit bien de la rua do Loureiro.Sinon appartement propre et spacieux, nous navons pas utilisé la cuisine car nous avons mangé à lextérieur mais elle semble bien équipée.

Полно чаек (кричат и днем и ночью).. Негативный: Комары! Нужно хозяину поставить фумигаторы. Улица довольно шумная, хотя она совсем крохотная и боковая. Местные шумно общаюся, кричат через балконы, но это, наверное, особенности их культуры. Слышны звуковые сообщения от вокзала (не напрягало). Большой супермаркет продуктовый довольно далеко (где-то 1-1,5 км), но есть крохотные магазинчики. Нет кондиционера, только один вентилятор - не помогает справиться с португальской жарой.

The spacious, two-story apartment unit was incredibly close to all the main sights in Porto and the staff were very friendly and attentive so that we were able to maximize our brief time in the city.

Very central location, we booked a last minute get away, the apartment was spotless! We arrived late on Sunday and had Dieogo waiting for us near by. He took us through the apartment and what to find in the local area. Clean, local and good value. The only down side was they were doing maintenance outside our apartment and that woke us up early but if you stay at some point in the future that shouldnt be an issue. So I would strongly recommend staying.

Positiv: Netter Empfang. Sauber. Freundliche, neue Ausstattung.. Negativ: Relativ klein. Apartment besteht aus einem Zimmer und Bad. Für zwei Personen (wenn nicht Paar) nicht wirklich geeignet. Zudem ist das Bett von drei Seiten durch Wände eingefasst, so dass es schon bei 180 cm Körpergröße gefühlt knapp wurde. Aufgrund der Wände fühlt es sich auch eng an. Man sollte die Bereitschaft zum Kuscheln mitbringen. Übernachtung zzgl. Endreinigung (69,-€), der Preis steht in keinem Verhältnis zur Leistung. Für diesen Preis hätte man im November in Porto ein Top-Hotelzimmer mit großzügigem Platzangebot bekommen. Preis-Leistung sind arg unangemessen. Auch bei einem längeren Aufenthalt.
