No se pueden decir más que cosas buenas de este hotel. Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo. Todas las chicas muy amables y listas para facilitar tu estancia. El hotel era precioso y estaba muy bien comunicado. Sin duda repetiremos.

Situé dans une rue piétonne, l'hôtel est bien situé et la chambre que nous avions était calme. Pour autant, la chambre était humide, il y avait d'ailleurs une belle trace d'infiltration au dessus du lit. Le petit déjeuner coûte la seconde étoile. C'est un système de plateau repas qui arrive rarement à l'heure, quand il ne faut pas le réclamer, et qui arrive tiède pour le café et le jus d'orange et presque froid pour le reste. Le tout sans serviettes.

Recomendadíssimo. Novo, limpo, bem localizado, espaçoso e ainda é bem decorado, equipe simpática. Além disso, me convidaram a uma degustação de vinho do Porto em uma cava (já economiza €7,5).

Acabo de estar 4 días allí, y el sitio muy bonito pero ojo como tengas un problema. Las chicas encantadores pero muy poco profesionales ni resolutivas. 4 noche he estado y 3 sin poder dormir. Por las noches no hay recepcionista y como haya algún grupo que se monte la fiesta tanto en habitaciones como en espacios compartidos flipas. Se lo comentamos desde el primer día, y lo advirtieron al grupo en cuestión pero no caso. En las normas pone" prohibido fiestas" y hay camas en las q podían comprobar lo que allí ocurría. Íbamos con dos niñas y nos han amargado la estancia. Deberían haber tomado medidas o en su excepción habernos dado una solución a nosotros Una lástima

Hemos estado hospedados y sin duda alguna ha sido de los mejores tratos que he tenido nunca en un sitio, las chicas de recepción encantadoras, las habitaciones increíbles y todo muy céntrico. Recomendable y para repetir.

Un gran sitio! El trato del personal es excelente. Se preocupan por todo. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y buenas. Hay de todo: nevera, microondas, cocina de dos fuegos, sartenes, cazos.... Decorado con muy buen gusto. Se nota que en la dirección y ejecución son todo chicas: buen gusto, trato exquisito, buenas recomendaciones, gran decoración, todo limpísimo,... La zona es céntrica total. No necesitas coche para nada. Volveré!!!

Idéalement placé à 1 minute à pied du métro. Dans la rue commerçante sainte Catherine. Entièrement neuf, beaucoup de goût, studio spacieux et parfaitement bien équipé, propreté irréprochable et prix des plus intéressant, proche de tout, acceuil et conseil sur les visites au top, juste parfait

Wat een fantastisch verblijf op een top locatie. Midden in het centrum. Pas in december 2018 geopend. Prachtige ruime kamers en buitengewoon vriendelijke medewerkers. Ze doen er gemeend alles aan om je verblijf nog plezieriger te maken. Zelfs een stadsgids op de kamer aanwezig om mee te nemen. Nog nooit meegemaakt. Fijne ontvangst met dito Port als welkom op de kamer. 60mb WiFi op de kamer. Bloomhouse is een echte aanrader!

Bons espaços. Porém tivemos diversos problemas, como falta de agua quente em pleno inverno, quartos muitos sujos mesmo após a "limpeza" e o telefone da recepção nunca atendia. A pior parte foi no check-out, a recepcionista foi até o nosso quarto, bateu em nossa porta e nos acordou, dizendo que estaria fora no horario combinado do check-out, e que deveríamos deixar a chave do apartamento e ir embora. Não nos ajudaram nem a colocar as malas no taxi.

Although our stay at the Bloom House was a year ago, in April 2019, we still remember the great experience we had and the excellent staff we dealt with. The place is clean and comfortable, within walking distance to the shops and attractions Porto has to offer. The best part of our stay was the helpful and efficient staff - Mafalda, Carla, Patricia, Ana, Renata, Rute and Jessica. You are all wonderful! Not only did we get an excellent service, you went above and beyond by assisting us with renting a car, calling the taxi, calling the cruise ship to inquire about check in time, providing help with our luggage etc. etc. You all deserve a 5 star rating! I would also add that the in-house breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Sehr gute Wahl für eine Städtereise nach Porto! Das Bloom House liegt am Ende der sehr belebten Shoppingmeile Rua de Santa Catarina, 120 Meter von der Metrostation Bolhao entfernt. Man kommt vom Flughafen mit einem Vier-Zonen-Andante-Ticket für ca. 2,50 € zum Hotel. Bei der Station Trindade muss man umsteigen auf Gleis 2. Von dort halten alle Züge am Bolhao. Der Markt Bolhao ist dementsprechend auch sehr nah am Hotel. Zur Capela das Almas/Chapel of Souls sind es nur 100 Meter. In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es viele Restaurants (das Bulha ist sehr zu empfehlen!) und Bäckereien. Alle Highlights der Innenstadt waren fußläufig zu erreichen, allerdings ist Porto eine sehr hügelige Stadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Studio mit Gartenblick, wobei es eigentlich keinen Garten gibt, sondern nur einen Innenhof. Das Badezimmer ist groß und geräumig, wird allerdings nur mit einer Schiebetür verschlossen. Man sollte sich also schon besser kennen, bevor man gemeinsam ein Zimmer belegt. Die Küchenzeile bietet u.a. einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle, ein kleines Kochfeld und sogar einen Pürierstab. Das Bett war bequem, allerdings Queensize mit einer großen Bettdecke für zwei Personen. Am Zimmer haben uns nur zwei Dinge gestört: Das Bio-Toilettenpapier und die Hellhörigkeit des Raumes (zum Bad und zum Nebenzimmer, laute Gespräche der temperamentvollen Nachbarn waren zu hören). Das Frühstück wird zu einer frei wählbaren Uhrzeit in einem Korb aufs Zimmer gebracht, man isst in seiner Küchenecke. Es war gut (frisch gepresster O-Saft etc.) und mehr als ausreichend, wir hatten immer noch einiges übrig für den Tag. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett, sprechen gutes Englisch und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben. Am Abreisetag durften wir unsere Koffer bis zur Fahrt zum Flughafen unterstellen. Es gab u.a. Regenschirme zur kostenlosen Leihe und zur Begrüßung eine gute Flasche Wein auf dem Zimmer. Sehr nett. Alles in allem würden wir hier für ein paar Tage defintiv wieder einchecken.

Our rooms were beautiful! Full and well equipped kitchen, great area for sitting and dining plus a wonderful bed!! The staff was courteous and helpful. A bonus was the free port tasting at Churchill’s a small but excellent wine lodge. Sweet Porto is the perfect place to stay while in Porto!

The stay was very good. The place was very clean and very comfortable. Although they are located in the city centre, the apartment was very quiet and a short walking distance to the main tourist attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.

The location is perfectly convenient and only one metro station away from Rede bus terminus. The apartment is just 3~5 minutes away from metro station. There are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby and you can choose to cook in house or eat outside. The room is comfortable and equipped with bed, sofa, TV, dinning table / chairs and all sorts of cooking facilities. The service is also nice.

Front desk is very helpful. She recommended several good restaurants nearby and how to get around the city. Really love the atmosphere and color tone of the furniture which makes me feel like home away from home. It’s also conveniently located and walking distance to all the famous landmarks and station. Likely to stay here one more time if I ever come to Porto again!

Excellent accommodation at a goo price. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well equipped with coffee machine, fridge and small hob. Only slight grumble was the beds were very firm.

너무나 아름다운 구조와 인테리어. 포르투가 아주 작은 도시이기에 너무 도심도 아니고, 아주 외곽도 아닌 위치 또한 매우 만족스럽다. 침구류는 매우 포근하고 편안하며, 주방 기구들은 정갈하고 잘 갖춰져 있다. 대신 올리브유, 소금 등 모든 식재료들은 따로 구비되어 있지 않다. 욕실은 아주 넓고 쾌적하다. 엘리베이터가 있으며, 건물 뒷편에 위치한 정원이 아주 아름답다. 날이 좋으면 커피나 식사를 그 곳에서 해도 좋을 것 같다. 안타깝게도 우리가 들렀던 때에는 이틀 내내 구름이 끼고 비가 내려 사용 할 수 없었다. 단점은 19-20시 사이에 자동으로 주방에 위치한 환풍기가 켜진다는 점? 그리고 살짝 춥다.

Loved it ! Amazing location, very clean, modern, spacious rooms, very kind staff. I get to see a Fado show thanks to Beatrice, she was very helpful. The room has a kitchen and a big sofa, and a small bottle of red port wine welcomes you to the room. Definitely worth to stay there :)

Sehr geräumiges Apartment mit Stil eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Ruhige Umgebung und super zentrale Lage im Zentrum von Porto, direkt an der U-Bahn gelegen. Für 3 Nächte Städteurlaub perfekt.

The staff there is incredible. The lady that showed us our apartment was informative and it was a nice surprise to have a bottle of port in our room on arrival. Somehow we missed the explanation on room cleaning - you have to put a magnetic cork sign on the outside of your door that will indicate cleaning is needed... oh well. It was a lovely experience 100% great.

Un apartamento impresionante!!! Fuimos 3 días y nos encantó. La zona muy buena en una de las calles principales de compras, las chicas súper amables y que te ayudaban en todo lo que preguntabas. Todo muy nuevo, con todos los servicios. Muy limpio, nosotros estuvimos en el apartamento 202, con vistas a la calle. Televisión con Netflix, wifi, te dejan un móvil para disfrutar de el durante la estancia y una botellita de vino de oporto. Con la reserva también te regalan una visita a una bodega de vino de oporto que estuvo muy entretenida y con cata final de los 3 vinos más populares. Para repetir y para recomendar un sitio de 10!!!!

Staff helpful and friendly. Room compact but had all you would need. Nicely decorated and have put a lot of thought into those small details in the apartment etc small tables next to your bed, little storage boxes on the shelf, would book again if visited Porto and would recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at bloom house. The only flaw is that you are unable to access the road the hotel is on with a car so if you have lots of luggage and or traveling with kids it maybe difficult; however I’d still give them 5 stars, Jessica the receptionist was so kind, she came to help us with the luggage’s and for that we were super appreciative. Even with that little flaw I’d gladly go back.
