très bon emplacement, pour les restos, la découverte de la ville, des caves etc...Un logement spacieux parfait pour 2 pers. Très bien équipé. Le seul bémol cest le bruit de la circulation (on est en plein de Porto tout de même). Apportez des boules quies si vous êtes sensibles au bruit de dehors. Limmeuble est très tranquille. Bref, je recommande complètement.

Un buen apartamento La zona es perfecta: céntrica, con muchísimos servicios y bien comunicada. Tienes paradas de autobús y tranvía a 100 metros, la ribera Del Río al lado, zona de bares, tiendas y restaurantes, a escasos 200 metros o menos. El acceso al apartamento es muy cómodo: y directamente desde la Plaza del Infante D. Henrique con una puerta de seguridad. El portal cómodo y limpio. Tiene ascensor, por si tu apartamento no está en las primeras plantas Ya la puerta del mismo apartamento es blindada, de seguridad. Posee un portero automático con cámara de seguridad. Las vistas del apartamento son geniales, además de estar orientadas al sur prácticamente (que hace que sea muy luminoso) dan directamente a la plaza, y se ve un tramo del Douro (Duero) Aunque la zona es muy bulliciosa, queda en silencio rápidamente porque no es zona de fiesta ni bares. El apartamento, aunque caben 4 personas, está diseñado para dos. Es una habitación y un sofá cama. Tiene calefacción individual por lo que, si hace frío, puedes encenderla Televisión plana, wifi que funciona muy bien Tiene vitrocerámica para cocinar, lavavajillas, lavadora, secador, etc. Todo funciona bien A escasos 100 metros hay una comisaría de policía. Está situado en una zona turística, con supermercados, bares, restaurantes a buen precio... Una buena opción Problema?????? Como todo Oporto, no hay aparcamiento para vehículos. Yo te recomiendo reservar una plaza en cualquier parking cercano, además que dejar un vehículo, con matrícula no portuguesa en la calle, es un reclamo para el robo En general, recomiendo el apartamento

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt von Porto. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Apartment ist sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent location Small rooms but perfectly adequate for short stay. Nice view. Fridge never got cold, hairdryer never got hot, TV picked up channel ID from sat box but didn’t display a picture. Needs better quality control to ensure that things are working before flat is let.

Positiva: Las vistas y ubicación. Se puede recorrer la ciudad a pie.. Negativa: No está bien aislado acústicamente. Al abrir el sofá/cama, no se puede acceder a la cocina.

Positiva: La ubicación. Negativa: Muchísimo ruido, las ventanas tienen cristales que parecen papel. Lleva tapones para poder dormir. Pedimos una cuna, y no estaba cuando llegamos. La reclamamos y dijeron que nos la traerían en un par de horas. Finalmente nos la encontramos sin montar en la puerta de la casa, ni siquiera la habían metido dentro del piso y tuvimos que montarla nosotros. Fatal.

A tulaj kedves volt, átadta a kulcsokat, elmondta az információkat, és utána nem is zavart minket.. Negatív: 4 fő esetén a kinyitható kanapé nem túl széles, de ezzel számoltunk

Положительный: Отличные апартаменты в центре Порту.. Негативный: Запросили заезд на два часа раньше. Компания подтвердила. По прибытию на место поняли, что нас никто не ждёт. Пытались дозвониться, это тоже оказалось проблемой. После полутора часового ожидания, мы наконец-то дозвонились. В общем с ранним заселением ничего не получилось.

Положительный: Очень рекомендую. Отличная квартира в хорошем доме. Чистая, довольно просторная, хорошо обставленная, с отличным видом из окон. Великолепное расположение - совсем рядом набережная, самый центр в пяти минутах ходьбы. Дружелюбный хозяин. . Негативный: Минусов не обнаружил. Разве что бесплатного или очень дешевого паркинга рядом нет (это для Порту абсолютно нормально), но за 10-12 евро в сутки есть варианты сразу за мостом.

Positive: Well, the location is just amazing !! The apartment although is very small is cleverly furnished and was very clean ! Bright with a great view. Spacious kitchen and bathroom. The host gave us a few tips on how to move around and what to see and he also suggested we move the car to the parking on the other side of the bridge which was super cheap !!. Negative: Very small apartment and although the sofa was super easy to transform it into a bed, it was very uncomfortable for me to sleep. No dishwasher.

Positive: This apartment has fantastic location. Close to everything and Douro River is just next road. Philip is excellent host, met us at the apartment with a welcome drink of port wine Ruby and gave us all needed information and advises. The apartment had everything you could need. Apartment is perfect for couple.

This is a one bedroom apartment one block up from the river where there are tons of restaurants and a wonderful view. There is also a futon for extra bedding, full modern kitchen, good sized bathroom & a washing machine which we definitely needed after 2 weeks of travel. Location is excellent with a taxi stop right around the corner. Wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Positiv: Schnelle Übergabe des Schlüssels, obwohl wir zu früh da waren. Tolle Lage. Blick auf den Douro. 2 Min an der Ribeira. Grosse Küche und Bad.. Negativ: Zimmer zu klein für 4 Personen. 20€ mussten wir zusätzlich zahlen für die Reinigung, obwohl das Zimmer bereits überteuert war. Schade.

Good location with a bit of noise but nothing too hard to handle. Was meant for only 2 but our oldest son joined us. Needs a few more utensils, pan, but close to everything. Was happy with our stay.

This well fitted out and modern clean apartment is well situated to see as much of Porta that you want to.We spent three nights there in early April, boy was it hot. The apartment itself is well fitted out with everything you may require, even a washing machine. You could live there no problem. Good shower, big bathroom, great views out of the windows and theres even a lift to ease your legs after marching up and down the hills of PortoCouple of things to remember.Contact your hosts before you get there to make sure they are there to show you around on your arrival.Found a number of the bars and restaurants only to happy to short change/over charge you, like most big cities I suppose. Also remember if your eating out if you didnt ask for it and it ends on your table youll be expected to pay for it!
