No llegamos a ir, teníamos reserva del 14 al 18 de Marzo y anulamos por Alarma del Covid-19. Pasamos la solicitud de cancelación sin penalización y el establecimiento se ha desentendido, no contestaba a los correos y finalmente atraves de Booking pude obtener su respuesta, que no fue otra que no devolvían el dinero. Quedarse el dinero es una opción que respetamos, pero no responder a los correos desentendiendose del tema da una muestra de su seriedad. No lo recomendaría nunca.

Positive: The location for me was unbeatable - the very centre, very close to all sights and to Sao Bento station from where you can go to nearby towns, and to the Metro to go the airport. Very warm. Comfy bed, very good bed linen and towels, the kitchen had everything I needed, enough space, adequate price. Negative: My apartment viewed an unatractive courtyard I was prepared to put up with for the sake of less noise. But after Claudia let me in (special thanks to her for helping me with the luggage) and left me, I experienced a shock when I heard some invisable traffic noise, voices from the cortyard and extremely loud shouting from the landing. I was horrified it would be like this all the time. The common balcony door opened from the outside, there was no key to lock it. Positiv: Das einzige was bei der Unterkunft uns gefallen hat war die zentrale Lage, was leider auch einige Nachteile hatte wie z.B. man hörte in der Wohnung alles was auf der lebendigen Straße passierte . Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stockwerk. Zum Glück hatten wir nur kleine Koffer. Das Eingangstor aus Eisen ist wirklich schwer zu öffnen. Aus den Fenstern hat man einen Blick auf einen Hinterhof, dadurch ist die Wohnung dunkel. Es gibt Ecken in der Unterkunft, die renovierungsbedürftig sind.Das Café unten ist schön aber echt teuer.. Negativ: Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles was der Nachbar macht. Sehr ärgerlich war, dass das Internet nur kurz funktioniert hat. TV hat sehr schlechte Qualität..

A savoir pour ceux et celles qui recherchent la tranquillité que la rue est un peu animée jusqu'à tard dans la nuit.. Gostei da estadia, apartamento planejado, limpo, moderno, numa rua que dá acesso aos pontos turísticos de Porto! Recomendo.

Положительный: Расположение в самом центре, улица Флорес пешеходная и всегда заполненная туристами. Но на качество проживания это не влияло. Хозяйка предоставила нам комнату на верхнем этаже и с окнами на внутренний дворик, поэтому всегда было тихо. Сами апартаменты очень большие, всё необходимое есть. В кухне плита, холодильник, чайник, набор посуды, в общем, чтобы нормально отдыхать. Совсем недалеко вокзал Сау Бенту, откуда мы съездили в Гимарайш. Набережная в пяти минутах ходьбы, остановка фирменного трамвая там же. В общем, всё отлично, спасибо Клаудия!.

Négatif: conseil: ne jamais laisser la clé sur la porte à intérieur de l'appartement. car en claquant la porte on se retrouve enfermés à l'extérieur. Seule solution est l'appel d'un professionnel pour ouvrir la porte (1,5H d'attente et 50€).

Pozytywna: Fajny apartament w samym centrum przy deptaku, wszędzie blisko, pomimo przylotu i przyjazdu nocą o godz.24 wszystko dobrze zorganizowane- odbiór z lotniska, przekazanie kluczy, obok dużo dobrych klimatycznych barów, restauracji na śniadania i kolacje, super lokalizacja, polecam.

Положительный: Понравилось расположение, 5 минут до ж/д вокзала, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, рядом магазин mini preco до 23.00, лавка с дешевыми фруктами и овощами, внизу неплохое популярное кафе Mercador, где всегда очень много людей. Так же очень рекомендую кафе Petisqueira Voltaria в соседнем переулке, где на стене большое графити с котом, очень вкусно готовят. Сами апартаменты уютные, очень просторные. На кухне есть необходимая посуда, чтобы приготовить еду самостоятельно. Есть холодильник и духовка (но нет микроволновки). Хозяйка была всегда на связи по вотсапу. Гостеприимно встретила в оговоренное по вотсапу время, ответила на вопросы, дала карту города. Заселение в 20.30 - доплату не брали. Хороший напор воды, много полотенец. Хозяйка предупредила, что в день нашего заселения вай-фай сломался, но дала пароль вай фая соседей, работал нормально. На следующий день починили наш.. Негативный: Вид на заброшенное здание и внутренний "двор", можно считать вида никакого нет. Несмотря на то, что окна не выходили на главную улицу, все равно было достаточно шумно, ночью болельщики и просто нетрезвые туристы кричали во все горло. В принципе, если закрывать все раздвижные двери, то спать не мешало. Нет кондиционера, утюга и микроволновки. В ванной не хватало крючков и хотя бы одной полочки в душе для геля и шампуня, приходилось ставить все на пол. В окнах между рамой и стеной большие щели, так что когда был сильный ветер, в них прям задувало. На кровати одно большое одеяло, но я бы предпочла 2 отдельных..

Positiv: Fabelhafte Lage im Stadtzentrum. Die Gastgeberin hat uns super Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt in Porto gegeben.. Negativ: Das Bett war leider nichts für uns, hatten beide Rückenschmerzen, aber das ist ja sehr individuell.

Positive: Appartamento bellissimo in posizione centralissima, pulizia impeccabile, materasso del letto comodissimo e divano altrettanto comodo! Claudia è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Positivo: Localização, aquecimento, 1 no quarto outro na sala. Casa bem equipada; pequeno frigorífico, pratos, talheres, copos, guarda-fatos espaçoso, 4 almofadas, sabonete líquido na casa de banho, toalhas em número suficiente. Realço também o acompanhamento prestado pela Dona Claudia, que nos acolheu com muita simpatia e mostrou-se sempre disponível. Recomendo sem reservas.. Negativo: A habitação poderia estar equipada com um microondas, ainda assim tinha forno e fogão eléctrico.

Negativa: La anfitriona no nos permitió hacer el check-in antes de las 15:00 e insistió con mensajes para no llegar antes. Me envío muchos mensajes por teléfono insistiendo en llegar y salir a las horas indicadas en booking. Muy mala educación. El check-out antes de las 11:00 am obligados. No tienes servicios ( no hay microondas, no hay apenas utensilios de cocina, no hay gel de baño,etc.) y mucho ruido exterior.Desastre. No permitió dejar las maletas en consigna y solicitó 5 euros para dejarlas en un hostal cercano de unos amigos de ella. Eso sí, la cama era muy cómoda y el apartamento muy grande. Quizás algo frío y desangelado.

Positiva: Fue un apartamento, en mi experiencia y opinión, de 10 : limpio, ubicación excelente, y muy nuevo. Si volviera, repetiría sin pensármelo!. Negativa: Nada.

Positivo: Boa localização, limpo, foram simpáticos na chegada e na saída, confortável, moderno . Negativo: Poderia ter melhor isolamento acústico, ouve se bastante os ruídos da rua. Não tem a ver com o apartamento, mas convém ter atenção à noite, pois a rua fica um pouco perigosa.

Appartamento in zona centrale, abbastanza nuovo e tenuto bene. Comodo per vicinanza con linea metro e ferroviaria. Accessibile solo tramite rampa di scale. Unica pecca solo tre finestre che danno su un retro fatiscente.

Положительный: Очень удачное расположение аппартаментов: рядом вокзал, остановки метро и автобусов, центральная площадь. Сама улица, на которой расположены аппартаменты, со множеством сувенирных и других полезных для туристов магазинчиков. На первом этаже уютное кафе со вкусными кофе и выпечкой (можно позавтракать и перекусить в обед, работает до 8 вечера). Сами аппартаменты стильно оформлены, очень чисто, удобная кровать, хорошие постельные принадлежности, оборудование не кухне. Есть отопление - две электробатареи, что очень актуально, если путешествуете в межсезонье или зимой. При принятии решения о выборе аппартаментов учитывайте расположение в старинном доме в историческом центре: окна не дают хорошую звукоизоляцию: веселые туристы, уличные музыканты, чайки, колокольный звон - все будет слышно. Но беруши спасают!. Негативный: Не очень удобно отсутствие лифта, надо подниматься по крутой лесенке (с чемоданами тяжеловато), в день отъезда почему-то не было горячей воды, наверное персонал отключил бойлер на ночь, но с кем не бывает.

Positive: This is a big apartment for us. The bed is so comfortable wz hitter. The location is near train station which is so convenient, you can walk to everywhere, for traveler who have luggage is more convenient coz you don't need to drag your luggage on the stone road.

Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt in zentrale Lage in einer der Fußgängerzonen Portos. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich innerhalb von 10 min Fußweg erreichen. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Stadterkundung.. Negativ: Bedingt durch die zentrale Lage ist es nachts auch mal etwas laut.

Positiv: Die ideale Lage und die tolle Ausstattung des Apartments. Negativ: Die tolle Stadt, die Altstadt, das Leben und Treiben. Porto ist einfach toll für einen Kurztrip

Positiu: El llit es molt comode. Negatiu: Que feien obres al edifici del costat i d,enfront i ales 8 del mati ja no es odia dormir.

Positief: ruim appartement en alles functioneel en netjes. Negatief: Porto heeft momenteel veel bouwwerkzaamheden dus voor mensen die rustig willen uitslapen is het momenteel wat aan de rumoerige kant

Positief: Zeer ruim appartement op een prima locatie. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door de broer van Joana, die ons een heerlijke kop koffie aan bood in hun restaurant . Het appartement ligt in een wandelgebied, geen verkeersgeluiden. Alles is goed verzorgd, uitstekend matras. Het station Sao Bento ligt op 5 min. lopen. Veel restaurants en winkels in de buurt en de rivier ligt op 10 min. afstand.. Negatief: De inrichting is nog wat kaal, kan wat gezelliger. S Avonds wel wat geluidsoverlast van voorbijgangers.
