Needs some renovation and check-in is awful: 1. The host doesn't provide you any guidance on a special check-in process, so you would assume he will be at the place. 2. At the day of arrival, she suddenly writes that she won't be at the place so needs to know expected arrival time. 3. I said that we will be there from 2pm to 3pm. At 2:55 we arrive, there are no signs and there's nobody. 4. Without any local sim-cards, we started to look for internet in a non-touristic area. The process of calling and waiting for host took about an hour at +33 degrees. 5. The host didn't apologize in any way. Probably because it was a typical story - just have a look at reviews in g00gle 6. (the funniest thing) The next day we found the new people on the same stairs waiting for host to get there :)

Worst booking experience ever. Hemos perdido un día de nuestras vacaciones por culpa de esta gentuza. Nos cobran 73€, se niegan a recibirnos haciéndonos perder nuestra primera noche y quedando al día siguiente. Nos presentamos allí según lo acordado y no hay nadie ni contestan al teléfono. Al rato la chica nos contesta diciendo que no hay ninguna reserva y dejándonos en la calle y sin dinero. Son unos estafadores mucho cuidado con ellos. Cuando volvamos a casa empezaré acciones legales contra ellos. Son unos ladrones. Mucho cuidado. No reservar aqui!!! CAUTION!!!! Dont book here!!!

Gente que trabaja aquí es impresentable. Teníamos la reserva para 3 días. El día antes de llegar me avisaron que no se podia entrar después de las 10 de la noche. Luego sin avisar cancelaron la reserva. Cuando llegamos el día siguiente en el horario al que supuestamente se puede hacer chech in, no había nadie, al teléfono tampoco responden. Cuando al final respondieron, una actitud fría e indiferente.

O quarto é bom e espaçoso até para duas pessoas, o enxoval estava limpo. A cama é um pouco baixa, mas é confortável. Tinha pequenos bichos na casa de banho.

Não recomendo de todo, para além da proprietária não ter avisado que não estavam disponíveis para nos receber a qualquer momento, uma vez que só avisou posteriormente que não estava a tempo inteiro no alojamento, fazendo-nos esperar na rua mais de 2 horas, tratou - nos de forma incorreta e com uma postura arrogante, indelicada e sobretudo mal educada, expulsando nos do alojamento porque se fumou na Janela do quarto. (Não havia qualquer aviso de que não o podíamos fazer, somente havia aviso na parte geral da casa). Uma completa desilusão, finalizando assim, não recomendo DE TODO !!!!!!!

Não recomendo, falta de bom senso da proprietária.. muito mal educada.

They were completely rude without humanity... They just want your money and dont care about you...They weren't clear with the hour of check in. They sent a message saying that we were not able to check in past 22:00, but they notify it 1 hour before... and we were in the plane... If they were more specific... anyway... We tried to explain the situation by telephone... and we were just 10 minutes (in subway) to arrive there and they only said.. NO.... and they left us alone in a new country for us.... it was late and cold.. we have already a booking and we paid and they just said "NO" ... so we almost slept on the street... I know "Lima House" will search any excuse beacuse of course... they just want money... but it is simple... just for humanity... you can not leave someone to sleep in the street when you already know that the client already paid!... Awful experience to be the first time in Portugal... take care of you people!... beacuse if you are in trouble... they just dont care...and obviously...they don't give your money back...

The worst experience travelling ever, consider no to stay here if you arrive at 10 pm, nobody were in the place to make the check in, so the resposable of the place didn't want to help us. We had paid two nights and she didn't allowed us to come for the second night, we had to pay a really expensive hotel in the last minute in the night. Definitely not recommend it

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce, gospodarze przygotowali je z rozmysłem- w dobrze wyposażonej w sprzęt kuchni niezbędne podstawowe produkty spożywcze jak olej, cukier, sól itd. Całość pachnie nowością, jest czysto.

Joli appartement partagé. Par contre nous avons eu un peu chaud

Kellemes kis lakás. Modern, konfortos, a metró 2 perc, mindenhova könnyen el lehet jutni.

*aviso para os próximos visitantes* Este lugar nao tem talheres, pelo menos eu nao os encontrei. Se quiserem cozinhar aqui levem os vossos próprios talheres.

No reception area so be sure to call ahead! The apartment is a very good value, and Ines is kind and helpful.

Не погане місце, якщо потрібно не дорого і не на довго спинитись. Є міні кухня (плита, холодильник, дивний чайник, посуд) і душ. Квартира на три окремих кімнати під ключ. Якщо заповнено на максимум то доволі людно і не камерно. Не дуже чисто місцями. Прохолодно і сиро (були весною), немає обігрівача і місця для просушки. Але спати тепло. Тому на пару ночей ОК, не більше. Пішки далековато від пам'яток.

The place is amazing! Very clean, nice, good located and the owner is very kind and helped us in many ways. Totally recommended.
