Un lugar ideal para descansar disfrutando de la naturaleza en un recinto especialmente cuidado. Habitaciones, baños, salón/cocina sumamente amplias y cómodas. Piscina, canchas múltiples, ( baloncesto, tenis, balonmano, mesa ping pong, mesa billar, variedad de juegos y también unas docenas de libros. Edificios que conservan su valor de antigüedad al tiempo que ofrecen los servicios y comodidades acordes a las exigencias actuales. Para los amantes de los animales un perro mastín tan grande como grande es también su cariñosa respuesta a quien le ofrece confianza. Una gatita siamesa dulce y mimosa. Y una preciosa pajarera, escrupulosamente limpia. Sus pájaros de amplia variedad de colorido cuidados con todo celo por el propietario, mañana y tarde. Un lugar para no olvidar nunca, porque si el lugar está lleno de encantos, sus propietarios lo llenan de simpatía, cordialidad, información y amabilidad. Servicios a escasos metros: Gasolineras, Hospitales, supermercados, parque con pistas para caminar o correr, restaurantes. Difícilmente se encuentra un lugar tan confortable dotado de tantos y tan cercanos servicios. ¡ inolvidable estancia de cinco días !. Semana Santa 2019.

Impresionante en todos los sentidos, tanto la casa, equipamiento y sobre todo la amabilidad de su dueños.

I just returned from a week holiday in this beautiful estate. We rented the home with friends of ours so in total we were 4 adults and 3 children under 5 years. The pool was excellent and between the tennis court, ping-pong table and pool table we were never bored. The grounds were lovely and our girls (almost 5 yrs old) had a great time running around and exploring. There are two grocery stores and a bakery within 5 minutes walk away. I would not recommend renting this property without also renting a car as the public transport isn't super handy. We drove into the nearest train station (10 min drive) and took the train into Porto a few times. Driving into the city is also pretty easy but parking can be a pain. Parking is not insanely expensive but the garages and streets are very narrow and can be tricky to maneuver. Overall, we all loved it and hope to return someday!

Our second stay in this wonderful, spacious villa with its magnificent grounds and facilities! We (couple with accompanying kids in their 20's and their partners) love the place.The owner, Hélder, and his father, Sebastian, could not be kinder or more solicitous. The location is convenient with easy access to Porto city & airport. You can choose to relax within the walled surroundings (with the pool, tennis courts, table tennis, billiard table) or visit the lovely city Porto and its environs. We took an adventure trip to the Gerês National Park (with Oporto Adventure Tours - 5-star!) and a boat trip up the scenic Douro to Regua (BarcaDouro). The Pão Quente bakery round the corner supplied our breakfasts. Marvellous restaurants are Jimão, Vinhas D'Alho and O Retrato in Porto and (best of all) Dom Peixe in Matasinhos. Book your holiday here - I guarantee you won't regret it!!!

Vi hyrde huset i en vecka och det blev en underbar upplevelse. Huset är otroligt vacker, tennisbanan, poolen och pingisbordet gjorde att ungdomarna sysselsatte sig och hade roligt. Huset låg nära två livsmedelsbutiker och restauranger. Helder och hans familj var så hjälpsamma och trevliga❤️ Vi kommer gärna tillbaka! Great place! My friends and I stayed at Our Lady of Mercy Villa to spend New years Eve. We all (12 people) enjoyed there, Helder and his family helped us in everything we needed...a cable, a taxi, a restaurant number. The house is really decorated, outside the gardens and inside in each room.
