Privately owned by a wonderful family, luckily we had the chance to chit chat with them, their son Paul was very helpful and spoke fluent English (for anyone looking to stay there that does not know Portuguese) When you drive up to the location you are greeted with a stone wrapped gate as you drive down the long road you're surrounded by a vineyard, fruit trees, to your right is an acre of well maintained land a little further right is where their beloved animals are horses, sheep, geese, and a few others) as you get to the end there's parking for your vehicle, the main check in building and breakfast house. They have beautifully decorated rooms attention to detail, very traditional and a walk into history, but trust me you're not there for the rooms with all that this place has to offer!!!!! A piece of mind and a getaway in the countryside, there's a museum type of area with details about the making process of wine, a beautiful garden with fountain, a pool that overlooks mountains at night as you lay on the recliners you can see all the stars in the universe it's so romantic and beautiful no words to describe how a perfect night we spent just watching the stars and meteors fly by together. They serve breakfast but you will need to bring food there, there's a restaurant around the corner and just a walk or by car are the markets where you can by a few things and bring them back. I loved it here absolutely loved everything about it!!!!! and it's under $100 per night here.

Este local tem turismo de habitação e é do melhor que se pode exigir.a vista é totalmente verdejante e o edifício remonta talvez a 2 séculos atrás,com muita história e uma capela inserida.para os amantes dos animais, podem ver como se treina os caninos,tendo a quinta belos exemplares de cavalos e outros animais.muito bom

Una preciosidad de sitio, el conjunto del alojamiento es una preciosidad y si vas con perros, maravilloso. La habitación muy bonita y la atención estupenda.

A 10 minutos de la ciudad de Barcelos. Esta quinta te va a proporcinonar un remanso de paz. Cuenta con piscina, lo que es todo un lujo durante los meses de verano. La quinta cuenta con su propia iglesia, no dejar de visitarla. Respecto a las habitaciones: Son sencillas de ambiente romántico, el baño tiene taza y el lavamanos provisionalmente grandes. Lo que resulta un pelín incómodo. El desayuno es sencillo; zumo de bote, pastelería sencilla... Pero suficiente.

Lugar muy tranquilo y con encanto. Bonito sitio para relajarse en la piscina. Las habitaciones están bien, PERO en plena ola de calor sería necesario un ventilador de techo y una mosquitera en la ventana para poder abrir la ventana... o instalar aire acondicionado... El baño necesita una limpieza en profundidad! la cortina estaba muy sucia! El desayuno bastante justo.

Great experience. Super laid back owner, bestowing the place with a family-like atmosphere that makes you want to stay forever. The premises are beautiful, swimming pool is great, extremely pleasant stay. Very peaceful location. Spacious rooms. Average breakfast. Too weak wi-fi in some rooms.

La casa es expectacular, muy bien cuidada y muy tranquila, ideal para una escapada en familia. Tiene una gran piscina en la que pasar una tarde divertida sin moverse del lugar y si quieres salir, el pueblo de Barcelos esta muy cerca. Los dueños son muy amables y el precio inmejorable.
