Boa localização, limpo, bem organizado com boa decoração e uma boa recepção pelo responsável do local, apenas uma ressalva ,não há ar condicionado tendo apenas ventiladores e se estiver fazendo calor acaba fazendo falta.

Apartamento precioso,todo muy moderno y muy limpio, con unas vistas excepcionales. Teresa, la anfitriona muy amable y detallista. Muy recomendable, volveremos sin duda.

Positive: It was my first time in Porto and Teresa and Ricardo were excellent in terms of their attentiveness, availability to respond to queries and the help and information they provided. The location is great and the apartment was clean, spacious, adequately furnished and very well equipped. It also had an superb shower which is important to a lot of travellers.. Negative: I stayed in the first floor apartment and there is quite a bit of noise that comes from the apartment above. I'm not sure what can be done about this as it was really just the occupants walking around etc. Having said this though; it didn't keep me awake or spoil my stay at Monchique´s Balcony.

Positif: Excellent accueil les hôtes ont pour objectif de nous faire passer un agréable séjour du début à la fin
L’appartement du haut est superbe très bien aménagé
La localisation est parfaite on peut garer la voiture dans la rue(attention petite rue en pente). Négatif: Attention beaucoup de marches à monter pour le duplex

Positive: - The hosts Teresa and Ricardo were incredibly nice and welcoming
- even though the apartments are pretty close to a busy street it’s really quite
- amazing view from the balcony
- city center / historical district in walking distance

Positif: Appartement très confortable et fonctionnel, voiture garée au pied de la location, remise des clefs par les propriétaires très accueillant.
Délicate attention de Thérèsa, tarte aux pommes et petit Flacon d'un excellent Porto à l'Arrivée.
Explication des différents éléments composant ce lieu. Lit hyper confortable. Super séjour. Bravo........ Négatif: Rien.

Positiv: Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Ich habe mich direkt wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles gut erreichbar, entweder zu Fuß z.b. am Fluß entlang in die Innenstadt oder zum großen Supermarkt in die andere Richtung. Diese Strecke lässt sich auch optimal mit der 500 (Bus) oder alten Tram befahren. Es ist rundum gelungen und ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.. Negativ: Ein Punkt, der aber eigentlich tatsächlich kein Problem darstellte, waren die Baustellen, die gerade in der Gegend sind. Da es sehr gut isoliert ist und der Besucher wahrscheinlich zur Arbeitszeit eh nicht im Haus ist, sondern auf Sightseeingtour also kein echter Störfaktor.

Positivo: Excelente localização, o apartamento tem vista para o Rio Douro, perto da zona da Ribeira e do centro histórico.
Apartamento bastante prático e super confortável.
Anfitriã muito simpática e disponível.
Gostámos dos "miminhos", do vinho do Porto, do pão fresquinho e dos queques de chocotate! Tudo uma delícia.
A repetir sem dúvida.

Positive: Straordinario! posto incntevole a pochi passi dal centro di Porto. Vista magnifica sul fiume. Casa bellissima e con ogni comfort. Io solitamente dormo in hotel 5 stelle, ma devo dirvi che questa struttura ha ben poco da invidiare ad un hotel come pulizia, design, comfort e posizione. Super consigliato!. Negazione: nulla

Positiva: Los anfitriones fueron súper atentos. Llegamos antes de la hora prevista y rápidamente vinieron a traernos las llaves. Nos recomendaron dónde ir y comer, nos dejaron planos de la cuidad e incluso nos trajeron un vinito de oporto y una tartaleta de manzana casera. Gente simpática, cercana y atenta.. Negativa: El único "pero" es que hay que subir unas 30 escaleras hasta el apartamento, todo lo demás fenomenal.

Positiva: Es increíble la hospitalidad con la que nos trataron, tanto Teresa, la dueña, como su padre. Teresa tuvo una atención excelente a lo largo de toda nuestra estancia, preocupándose en todo momento de que estuviésemos bien. El apartamento es una maravilla a la altura de su dueña.

Il migliore b&b dove abbia alloggiato!!
La prorietaria più simpatica e disponibile che abbia mai incontrato,un appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort con una veduta stupenda sulla città . Si può arrivare nel centro storico a piedi ,inoltre è abbastanza semplice parcheggiare gratuitamente. Non si può chiedere di meglio!

Positiv: Kostenlose Parkplätze, nah zur Innenstadt, direkt am Fluss, gutes WLAN, herzlicher Empfan mit leckerer Überraschung, saubere Unterkunft. Negativ: leider ist eine Baustelle neben an, dafür kann aber der Vermieter nicht :)

Positive: La location è centrata,sta giusto al confine tra la Porto genuina e quella turistica,facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o in bus. L'appartamento è davvero delizioso, così come i proprietari. Non manca nulla ed è nuovissimo!
Nei paraggi è abbastanza semplice trovare parcheggio ( gratuito).
Insomma: tutto perfetto!!. Negazione: Alcuni vicoletti nei paraggi non erano proprio puliti....

Положительный: Только близость реки. . Негативный: В соседней квартире шел ремонт, было очень шумно(надо предупреждать), из_за пыли невозможно было открыть окна. Проблемный подъезд и парковка на автомобиле. Стены с соседней квартирой гипсокартонные, ни какой звукоизоляции. Нет стиральной машины и места сушки белья. Квартира на одну ночь.

What a beutiful apartment, fresh, efficient - close enough to the action of Porto when you want it or far enough to live like your a local. Teresa and Ricardo are excellent hosts. This place is as described - any suprises were of the pleasant variety

Положительный: Все! Абсолютно! Тереза и Ее мама встретили нас как родных! В апартаменте есть абсолютно все для долгой и счастливой жизни) все вплоть до кофе чая и сахара) чудесный вид из окна на реку. Приветственный порто, крекеры и шоколад, и испечённый мамой Терезы банановый пирог) До центра 1 остановка трамвая или 10 минут пешком. Прекрасная постель, чистейшее белье. Все, абсолютно все прекрасно!!! Тереза помогала решать все наши хотелки - здорово помогла с прачечной (Ее хозяйка лично забрала у нас белье и принесла точно по времени чистое и выглаженое), нашла нам чудесную русскоязычную дегустацию Порто. В общем, мы счастливы и надеемся вернуться! Тереза, спасибо! Ну и сам город конечно супер!

Положительный: Приветливые хозяева, приготовили приветственный яблочный пирог) отличное расположение, прекрасный вид из окна, маленький балкончик.. Негативный: Чемоданы придется поднимать на второй этаж по крутой лестнице.

Positivo: Gostei da localização na margem do rio, sem ruído e com estacionamento gratuito.
O apartamento é muito espaçoso, bem equipado, com kitchenette, com três grandes janelas com vista para o Douro.
A simpatia e disponibilidade dos proprietários na chegada e na partida.. Negativo: Estava tudo bem.
