위치가 진짜 좋아요. 벤투 역과도 가깝고 동 루이스 다리도 도보거리입니다. 아파트형 숙소여서 호텔처럼 청소가 되는 건 아니지만 수건도 넉넉해서 굳이 턴다운 서비스가 필요하진 않았어요. 방도 널찍하고 조리기구도 완벽하게 갖춰져있어요. 단점은 체크인하는 리셉션과 실제 숙소가 다른 곳에 있어서 체크인 후에 다른 곳으로 옮겨야한다는 점이예요. 그래도 스탭도 친절하고 가격대비 숙소가 좋아서 포르투에 또 방문한다면 이곳에서 숙박하고싶어요

Relação preço e conforto muito boa. Bem localizado e com ótimo atendimento. Limpeza e infraestrutura impecável. O apartamento com 3 quartos acomoda 6 pessoas com bastante conforto.

Wir waren fünf Gäste und hatten eine moderne Wohnung. Die Erklärungen in der Rezeption waren überragend. So viele brauchbare Informationen und Vorschläge hatte ich in so einer guten Art und Weise selten erlebt. Die Lage ist hervorragend in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Bento. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Beware!! Our apartment had bedbugs! The management refused to refund our stay and had the nerve to try and blame the bugs on us (we had just barely checked in). Stay clear!!

Outstanding and helpful staff in the office.Our cleaning person was superb.No laundry facilities meant an UPHILLhike to wash clothes. Neighborhood is friendly with all types of businesses.Insulated glass kept things quiet. (Even the obnoxious Scottish soccer hooligans were really muffled)

The location of this property was excellent. The people at the front desk were over and above helpful and nice. Gave us many suggestions and showed us on the map they gave us favorite places, etc. Spacious and clean. Great place to stay!

The apartment is without a doubt very well located being a stone’s throw away from the train station and dining/shopping areas. It is also walkable to most locations unless you are mindful of slopes but then Porto is a pretty town partly because it is built on undulating grounds so visitors must be prepared for the slopes. The Apartment itself is modern but the toilet side spray was leaking during our stay and could not be fixed as it was the holiday period. The downside was both the bedrooms were a floor above the toilet and bathroom and this makes it most inconvenient and dangerous especially for kids/older folks in the night. The other issue we had whilst staying there was the air condition/heating was not working properly in the living room. It kept shutting off after 5 mins.& we were told it works when we brought it to the notice if the staff. There was also no extra blankets in the apartment in case one feels the need for some. We had to request for it but I must say they did provide promptly thereafter. Overall the stay was pleasant.

The flat is perfectly located - walk down the hill, you are at the river. Walk up the hill, you are at the train station or the Cathedral. The flat was nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms upstairs and kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom downstairs. We were on the 4th floor, so it was very quiet. And, there was an elevator, so getting up and down even with luggage was easy. However, even better than the flat itself was the staff that worked in the office. All were very helpful giving us information about what to see when we checked in as well as helping us book day trips with Living Tours. (Even helping one of us get on a tour that was originally all booked up.) Anna at reception went above and beyond to help us deal with a problem that we encountered when our taxi arrived at the office. We booked the taxi through the property. He met us at the airport arrivals hall as scheduled. However, when he parked at the office, the taxi was slanted up hill and my suitcase fell out when he opened the back. I was too busy getting out the money to pay for the taxi to notice that the fall dented my suitcase. When we checked in and the dent was pointed out to me, Anna immediately got on the phone and talked to the driver. He did not admit that the dent happened due to the fall, blaming it on the airline. He refused to refund the taxi ride. Anna, however, made sure we had a free taxi ride back to the airport at the end of our 4 night stay. Thanks, Anna for your help!

Lugar ideal si vas a visitar oporto. Espacioso, acogedor el único “pero” el chorro de escaleras para subir o bajar. Todo cuidado y un recibimiento estupendo. Volvería!

Just two inconvenience : 1) Wifi is heavy unstable! Now, I've been staying at this apart hotel for four days. 2) absence of tea-bag or coffee stick. Even for the future guests, I wish the hotel manager would look at my review. I have to stay in this hotel for many days to come...... Hoping to stay happy!

Very good location near Sao Bento station. We stayed in a loft and the layout was a bit odd - the first thing you see when you come in the door is one of the beds. Overall the apartment was very clean, the wifi and air conditioning are good and it has what you need. I would definitely stay there again but would probably get the one bedroom instead of the loft.

No me gustó que en la reserva se me diese la opción de cama de matrimonio y al llegar allí me dijeron que no era posible. Que la habitación con cama de matrimonio estaba ya reservada. Me parece de poca formalidad dar la opción de una cosa y después que te digan que no puede ser.

Loved the place. Very clean and in the center of city. Close to everything ( restaurants, shops, etc)The only thing that I would recommend to improve is the toilet in the first floor.

This is an apartment with a small kitchen and two twin beds. (They pushed together for us.) Loads of space. CLEAN. Elevator to rooms. FABULOUS location. Hop and skip to main streets and coffee/restaurants; adjacent to the Sao Bento train station; an enjoyable walk down to river. While located on a busy street, there was no noise at all due to thick stone walls typical of Porto. We took a taxi from the Campanha train station rather than change trains, but local trains will stop at Sao Bento. Either way is easy. Reception is just a block away so we only had to wait a few minutes for the property manager to arrive. She kindly spent time to get us oriented and recommend restaurants and activities. We felt welcomed.It was great to have so much space as we stayed 4 nights. Highly recommend due to cleanliness, space, and location. Only complaint was that we needed more pillows. Housekeeping staff only there in the mornings so if you need something, dont wait to ask for it.

Das Appartement befindet sich in bester Lage in der Altstadt in der Nähe des Flusses Douro. Es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden,was man braucht.Eine späte Anreise wurde uns ermöglicht und wir fühlten uns bei unserer Ankunft sofort willkommen. Das Einchecken am nächsten Tag in der Rezeption war unkompliziert und das Personal sehr freundlich.Wir würden dieses Appartement wieder wählen und können es nur weiter empfehlen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen!

Porto is a wonderful town, and the location of the flat close to São Bento station ideal!!! We enjoyed the stay in that flat!!!

Personal muy atencioso, nos explicaron acerca de la ciudad, check-in y checa-out muy sencillos y rápidos.Muy conveniente, ubicado en la parte central que se puede hacer todo en pie, ya estaba todo listo y limpio antes de la hora programada por lo que pudimos acceder a dejar nuestras cosas cuando llegamos de viaje antes de salir a visitar la ciudad.

Nice and comfortable place to stay. Good bathroom and kitchen. Close to ribeiro district and shops. Quiet location but yet close to the action. The explanation and overview given at the desk was really very helpful and appreciated.

This listing was spot on. The location was perfect, the apartment was clean, nicely set up and had everything we required. The office staff were responsive and easy to reach. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Porto.

Positiva: Nos gustó todo. La ubicación, muy cerca del centro monumental y de la ribera y en una zona muy pintoresca, las instalaciones (está todo limpio, nuevo y decorado con mucho gusto), los servicios adicionales que ofrecen (recomendaciones de restaurantes, traslado al aeropuerto).. Negativa: Todo estupendo. No se puede pedir más. Muchas gracias.

Positiva: El apartamento es muy nuevo y estaba muy limpio. Dispone de ascensor y la cama era muy grande y cómoda. La oficina donde te entregan las llaves y te explican el funcionamiento, claves, etc. está a 50 metros y abierta durante todo el día, por lo que todo es muy fácil. La ubicación es perfecta, al lado del metro Sao Bento. Bien insonorizado, por lo que no se oyen apenas ruidos. Además la chica que nos atendió en la agencia donde te entregan las llaves es amabilísima y nos indicó los sitios a visitar, nos recomendó unos magníficos restaurantes y nos resolvió las dudas sobre los transportes, etc. De 10!!!. Negativa: Nada. Todo perfecto!

Positiv: Das Appartement für 7 Personen geht über zwei Stockwerke Es liegt unter dem Dach/ 4. Stock ( Aufzug) , also etwas weg von der Strasse. Laut wird es im Wohnzimmer nur wenn die Fenster offen sind. Keine Ruhestörung durch angrenzende App.- nur durch Möwen ;-) Die zwei Bäder sind sehr schön--mit toller Dusche. Die Ausstattung neu. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Also perfekt :-) Zentrale Lage--zu Fuß das meiste in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen ( Fluss, Brücke, Bauten, Supermärkte , nette Kaffees,.....). Negativ: Keine negativen Anmerkungen

Positivo: instalações do flat são novas e funcionais. Localização excepcional para turismo na parte histórica. Confortável para esta categoria.. Negativo: A recepção poderia ser facilitada. Nao conseguimos contato ao chegar.... se não fossem amigos lá hospedados não teríamos conseguido entrar no flat no momento da chegada pois não há portaria e a porta do prédio fica fechada.

긍정적: 포르투를 전부 걸어 다닐 수 있을 정도로 위치가 좋았습니다. 리모델링을 했는지 시설도 거의 새것처럼 깨끗했고 립셉션 직원도 매우 친절하였습니다. 가격대비 매우 만족합니다.

Positief: de plek is super centraal, goede service van de receptie dames en uitleg over mogelijkheden. Negatief: in de accommodatie is een immense trap met grote treden achter een muur, slecht verlicht en geen trapleuning . Wij vonden dit echt levensgevaarlijk. De verwarming cq airconditioning deed het prima maar alleen daar waar hij uitkwam dus rest kamer koud. Geen uitleg aanwezig voor radio of tv dus wij hebben alles laten lopen via mobiele telefoon. Lift begint pas op eerste verdieping, voor ons geen probleem maar indien mensen ouder zijn is dit best een zware trap.

Положительный: Расположение отличное, вход в апартаменты с широкой центральной улицы, вдоль дороги можно припарковать машину, днем парковка платная, не дорого. Жили в 2 уровневых апартаментах с 3 спальнями. В гостиной и одной из спален огромные окна. Стильные, новые, кровати удобные, белье чистое, на кухне было все необходимое. Отдыхали зимой, было тепло, отопление происходило кондиционерами.. Негативный: На такой большой оборудованной кухне не хватало посудомойки, ну и стиральная машина в апартаментах не помешала бы. Все-таки апартаменты рассчитаны на большое количество гостей и отсутствие посудомойки удивило. В таких чистых апартаментах выделялись кресла в гостиной, в пятнах и совсем несвежего вида, приходилось накрывать их пледами.

Olumlu: Lokasyon harika olduğundan şehir içi metro hiç kullanmadık, nehir tarafına ve diğer görülmesi gereken yerlere yürüme mesafesinde ve eşit uzaklıkta, market yakın, metro ve tren istasyonu çok çok yakın, havaalanından metro ile Sao Bento istasyonunda indiğinizde tesise 50 m. mesafedesiniz.. Olumsuz: Oda soğuktu , biraz zor ısındı. Kalorifer tesisatı olmadığından, klima ile ısınılıyor.

חיובי: We stayed on the top floor. There is an evaluator (few steps to reach it). Very nice and comfortable apartment. The two bedrooms are on the second floor. Kitchen bathroom and living room on the entrance level. WiFi was problematic – on night there was none. The is a parking few minutes walk (but like all Porto one way is downhill and the other is up!) for 14 Euro per 24h or a cheaper one about 30 minutes walk (on the other side of the bridge). Over all I recommend it very much and will like to stay there again. אחלה דירה הן מבחינת מיקום, גודל, נוחות ומחיר. ממליץ מאד.. שלילי: WiFi, parking, bathroom on the bedrooms floor, ability to lock the door from inside - but all are minor things. הכול זניח יחסית לדברים הטובים

Positiv: Sentral beliggenhet, moderne og nytt, gode senger, air condition bra, god plass til 4, kjøkken bra, heis bra, håndkler og det som trengtes. Vi laget ikke mat der imidlertid.. Negativ: Det var litt kranglete å få varmt vann i dusjen, batteriet noe fiklete, men fant ut av det. Det er trafikkstøy utenfor om man åpner vinduet, men stille om det er lukket.

Positiv: Lige midt i byen. Stille på trods af central beliggenhed. God lejlighed med køkken, stue, sofa osv. Gode men lidt hårde senge. Ok plads til os 5 (tre dobbeltsenge). Negativ: Nærmeste parkering er lige om hjørnet men er lidt dyrt(ca. 30 Euro pr. døgn) men det er vel forventeligt.

Kladný: Perfektní lokace, přímo v centru. Vše v dochozí vzdálenosti. Prostorný pokoj, pohodlné postele.. Záporný: Špatně šly zavírat dveře na wc.

Positiu: Situació inmillorable, apartament molt còmode, net i tot i estar situat enmig de la ciutat, no se sentia cap soroll.

Pozitív: Minden rendben volt, egy kisgyerekes család és egy pár, azaz összes 5-en használtuk az apartmant, a szobák ( lévén galéria ) kicsit levegőtlenek, de mindkettőben van külön klíma, ez megoldja a problámát, maga a szállás szép, jó helyen van és minden tökéletesen működött.

Positiv: Super hyggelig personal,perfekt beliggenhet,veldig romslig leilighet.. Negativ: Kjedelig med byggearbeid rett over gaten men, heldigvis er dette sikkert ikke langvarig.

Appart'Hotel (de 2 à 7 personnes). Idéalement placé, dans le centre historique de Porto, à 5 minutes des quais du Rio Douro. Personnel très disponible et agréable. Les appartements proposés sont très bien aménagés. Ascenseur. C'est propre, c'est fonctionnel, c'est beau. Juste derrière, la rua das flores est une agréable rue piétonne avec de nombreuses terrasses pour petit déjeuner ou dîner. Une excellente adresse pour un court séjour à Porto.

Apreciem fidelitatea si adevarul parerilor de pe site-ul de rezervari Boocking.Am primit un apartament curat, aerisit, generos cu utilitati de buna calitate si bine amplasat in centru aproape de minunata zona a raului. Multumim in mod special Sarei si colegelor ei pentru informatii pretioase, amabilitate si disponibilitate. Sara a facut acest serviciu de nota 11, foarte atenta la detalii si oferind oricand cu rabdare un sfat sau o indicatie... Negativ: Nu avem comentarii negative.
