This is a well fitted out weekend place for two. All you need but squashed into to maximize the rental return. I couldn't stand up in the loft bedroom, and I'm not tall. Great view and location and quality fit out but falls short on the detail like decent mattress and pillows. Not practical to carry a suitcase up the stairs to the loft. The bathroom was tiny. Stay for a weekend only.

It was easy check-in with door codes, decor is really clean and neat, great location right in front of Duoro river, just the washroom was a bit tight with creaky floors/sometimes unstable wifi, but still highly recommend the apartment.

We were in the top floor apartment facing the river Douro. It's a lovely apartment in a great location, with a fantastic view of the river and beyond. Five minutes walk from the main tourist area, Ribeira, and 10-15 minutes walk from the main train /metro station, Sao Bento. The apartment was up three fairly steep flights of stairs which might be an issue for some people, but was fine for us. The accommodation itself was spacious, smart and modern, although the bathroom was a little on the small side (but with a very good shower). There was a comfy sleeping area on a mezzanine level. Cooking facilities were clean and adequate - however some instructions on how to use the microwave/oven would have been useful. We couldn't get the television to work, again instructions would have been helpful. One minor point, we found the sofa somewhat uncomfortable but not a major issue as we were out most of the time.

Description was misleading. Yes, "stairs" was listed, however it is 68 steps to the flat and another more than 11 more to get to the bedroom. No parking came with the rental, and contact did not seem to want to help beyond saying "don't bring a car".

Superbe appart avec terrasse donnant sur le Douro.

Positive: Location great. Close to everything. Room a good size. Really comfy bed. Very modern. Negative: Didn't bother us but there is no lift to upper floors

Positiv: Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll.. Negativ: Überhaupt kein persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Alles nur per Mail oder Whatsapp. Keine vernünftige Möglichkeit Gepäck für ein paar Stunden unterzubringen. Geht nur unbewacht im Treppenhaus.

Positive: excellent apartment near hot spot. interior is trendy, scenary is beautiful. do not hesitate to stay.

Positif: Logement très récent, très propre. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville à pieds ou avoir rapidement accès aux quartiers animés.

Positive: Good location, clean . Comfortable bed .. Negative: We booked Standard apartment for four nights, bathroom was very small. No place to hang used towels. Only two towels provided for four night stay, not sufficient. Very noisy from top floor can hear people moving around.

Positiva: La ubicación y que el apartamento era tal cual aparecía en las fotos. Negativa: Todos los parkings que hay alrededor son muy caros y las ventanas de la habitación no aíslan del todo el ruido de la calle.

Great location, fantastic updated space. Prepare to climb steps, but considering Porto is mostly steep inclines it shouldn't be a problem.

Positiva: Un par de días antes de la llegada me enviaron un correo con la clave para entrar a el portal y a la habitación, algo para mi muy cómodo. Esta situado a pleno pie del Duero, y la zona es tranquila y bonita. Está ademas a 5 min de Sao Bento y al no ser Oporto muy grande, todo lo tienes cerca. El apartamento parece muy nuevo, tiene una especie de terracita ideal para desayunar en verano, una cocina y baño muy bien equipados, y canales de pago. Recomendaría este apartamento a gente tanto joven con un más adulta.. Negativa: Si bien es cierto que el apartamento dispone de equipo de aire acondicionado y un calefactor, pero al ser doble piso abuhardillado se queda un poco corto en cuanto a calor, ya que en la estación que he ido todavía las lluvias y el frío están presente. Pero por todo lo demás a mi me encantó.

Positif: L'appartement du 3e étage avec vue sur le Douro est calme et très agréable (lumineux + mezzanine sous le toit). Le lit est très confortable et n'est pas mou. Le linge de maison sentait très bon ! Tout le confort nécessaire se trouve à disposition (couverture et radiateur d'appoint ; bouilloire ; savon...). La localisation est parfaite pour visiter la ville à pieds.

Positif: La décoration intérieure et la terrasse.. Négatif: La moisissure dans la douche, les serviettes humides et le manque de chauffage.

The room we had was clean and modern, facing the river. Access to the room and building were done via a passcode sent to our email when we confirmes our reservation. The owner was directly contactable via IM or calls. Transacations were fast and efficient, and place was exactly as advertised.

Positivo: Muito barulho por parte da equipa de limpeza as 8h da manha. falta de isolamento entre andares ouvia-se tudo do andar de cima. pessoas a andar.. Negativo: o barulho dentro do prédio. não se conseguia descansar de manha.

Positivo: Proximidade do Centro Historico.... Negativo: As portas do duche nao fecham completamente. o que obriga a quem tomar banho ter cuidado para que a agua nao inunde o chao de madeira da quarto de banho. Alem disso deveria haver dentro do duche um apoio para o sabonette / frasco champo. Corrente de ar proveniente da frincha debaixo da porta de entrada. nao muito agradavel para quem esta sentado no sofa. Como nao tem elevador, o acesso para os flats do 2 +3. andar, para quem viaja com malas pesadas, podem ser um "tormento".

Positive: colazione assente. pulizia in due giorni assente. offerta diversa dalla prenotazione effettuata.. Negazione: cambierei il proprietario.

Óptima localuzação, prédio totalmente renovado e a 200 metros da ribeira. O apartamento onde fiquei tem as comodidades essenciais para um fim de semana, não tem elevador nem estacionamento o que poderá ser um aspeto negativo. Ideal para estrangeiros que cheguem ap Porto de avião pois pelo mesmo preço é melhor opção ficar num hotel. Uma diária de cerca de 100€ juntar 28€ de estacionamento mais pequeno almoço, é sô fazer contas.

Положительный: Аппартаменты с отличным видом и месторасположением, очень светлые аппарты, 4 окна, на ночь можно закрыть ставни. Отлично укомплектован кухонный уголок, все необходимое было в наличие. Отличный вайфай. Красивый интерьер, сделали много фоток))) Однозначно хорошо, что нет ключей, а вход с улицы и в сами аппарты с кодами, нет риска потерять. Заселились намного раньше, спасибо хозяину. В день выезда оставили чемоданы на лестничной клетке, без проблем.. Негативный: Слышимость, заехали соседи сверху, были очень шумные.

Pozitív: A szálláson egy kis bekeszitett gyümölcs várt bennünket. Kávé, tea elkészítéséhez minden megvolt a reggeli mellé.. Negatív: A nagyon szorgalmas takarítók az utolsó reggel már 8-kor nekiláttak, hogy gyönyörű tisztaságot varázsoljanak a lépcsőházban és a szomszéd lakásban

Positive: La posizione dell'appartamento rende facile gli spostamenti, in circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la stazione di Sao Bento. L'appartamento è pulito ed il gestore è totalmente disponibile, l'appartamento era pronto già dal mattino il che ci ha permesso di fare il check-in intorno alle 9.00. La vista è davvero ottima

Positief: Mooi, modern, licht appartement, goed bed, fijne stoeltjes en leuk uitzicht op de trap aan de achterzijde. Badkamer prima, lekkere douche. Negatief: Door de houten vloer heel erg gehorig. Erg vroeg wakker door heen en weer hollende kinderen op de verdieping boven ons. Andere ochtend vroeg wakker door de schoonmaakster die op de verdieping boven ons al aan het schoonmaken en stofzuigen was en er totaal geen erg in heeft hoe gehorig dit dus is.

La situación es lo mejor del apartamento. Es moderno y cómodo como se puede ver en las fotos. Lo único malo, no hay aparcamiento y el de justo enfrente es un poco caro, 25€ al día. Nos tocó el apartamento del 3° piso con vistas al río, precioso. Si es indispensable para ti que tenga vistas al río sería bueno ponerte en contacto con el propietario primero, aunque los otros apartamentos son también muy bonitos.

Schäbig - shabby Schäbige Unterkunft die mit Hochglanzfotos und positiven Bewertungen über die Tatsache hinweg täuscht das ein Großteil der Zimmer im Keller sind. In der Unterkunft reicht es nach Abwasser, die Teppiche sind schön grau so speckig sind diese und überall bröckelt der Putz. FINGER WEG VON DIESER UNTERKUNFT!

Positive: posizione vista fiume, fantastica! appartamento molto accogliente. Negazione: le scale, troppo ripide

Pozitívne: Moderne a vkusne vybavený apartmán s výborným vybavením a skvelou polohou! Vynikajúce wifi pripojenie.. Negatívne: Skutočne nemôžem povedať nič, čo by sa mi nepáčilo. Snáď skôr poznámku ako príležitosť na zlepšenie . Doplnil by som šálky na kávu.

Muito bom. Só é preciso ter em atenção que não têm elevador. O terceiro andar não é aconselhável para famílias com bebés.

Clean, modern airbnb apartments just a short walk (about 5 minutes) from Cais da Ribeira. The only negative is that the hallway stairs are wood and can be a bit noisy. A good place to stay.

Positiu: Es troba just davant del riu Duero, es un apartament fantàstic, molt ben equipat, i molt comfortable. La veritat, si torno a Porto, no dubtaria en tornar a reservar aquest apartament. Excelent!!!. Negatiu: No hi ha res en contra.

负面: 没有见到员工，全程自助，但每次邮件中提到的任何要求，总是及时予以了帮助，相比较更喜欢这种不被打扰的方式。酒店位置极佳，面对美丽的杜罗河。是个跃式房间，附带小厨房，小餐厅，小客厅，里面设备一应俱全，入住时还贴心地送了品种多样的水果，真正宾至如归，家的感觉满满。极为推至！！
