I loved this place. The staff are a joy to deal with. The room was large and bright. The adjacent restaurant was quite good too. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We had such a lovely stay at Cocorico. They were kind enough to give us a room upgrade and it was AMAZING! We ended up extending our stay by 3 nights because it was so lovely. Small, boutiquey hotel. Personalized help. Highly recommend!

I would give more stars if I could! Amazing hotel in Porto! We found this online looking for a last minute booking and we could not be happier! The rooms are unique and gorgeous! Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is charged separately but worth it!

I had a wonderful stay in a lovely stylish room. You could feel the thought and attention to detail that was put into the decoration and layout. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was elegant and drinks at the bar were expertly mixed.

Very nice place! Probably the nicest staff possible. The room was tidy, the breakfast wonderful. Real good service. Ok, the rooms to look onto the road are a bit noisy, but from our point of view acceptable. The location is perfect to reach everything by foot. We loved it. If you go to Porto, book your room in Cocorico!

Pontos positivos: Ótima localização, atendimento dos funcionários, decoração, o café da manhã não é buffet... é de boa qualidade. Pontos negativos: no quarto tinha um duto de ventilação do restaurante à 40cm da cabeceira da cama! (a única solicitação feita na reserva foi de um quarto silencioso). Não foi dada outra opção de quarto. Para compensar esse desconforto, foi feito um desconto nas diárias (esse quarto não poderia ser disponibilizado para hospedagem!). Os amenities eram muito básicos para o padrão do hotel. Os travesseiros eram duros e não havia opção de troca. As cortinas não vedavam as janelas adequadamente. Por fim, o que o hotel oferece não corresponde à sua propaganda e custo!

Doesn't look much on the outside, but this old building is 10 min from Porto's old centre (eg cathedral) & is a gorgeous boutique guesthouse inside. Only 10 bedrooms and each one is large with a huge bathroom and 4m high ceilings. Stunning, monochrome decor with one accent colour in curtains and window shutters. Very comfy lge bed and cotton linen. Bistro restaurant serves an excellent breakfast (fresh OJ, bread, boiled eggs, Portuguese custard tarts & croissants) and has a set price menu in the evening (all locally sourced). Very helpful staff too. Highly recommended

Lovely place to stay in Porto. A nice, clean and comfortable room with a lovely continental breakfast, would certainly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Cocorico a couple of days before Christmas. After a difficult journey it was a wonderful haven. Everything was easy and beautiful. Dinner and breakfast were a delight. Its easy to walk to the river and other sites. Wed definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful property in the heart of Porto, very well maintained, chic and unique.Although we stayed for a night, our stay will be remembered because of the friendly staff and a cozy place. Highly recommend

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! Everything about it was charming and lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was unique and one of our favorites. Location was great too. We could walk most places from it! Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cocorico Luxury GuestHouse. Our room was well appointment and so large! The location was nice, a little off the main section, but close to everything we wanted to see on foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we had two very early mornings and they set us up with breakfast to go on the day we left. I would definitely stay here again!

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre tres spacieuses et joliment décorées. Seul bémol, j'ai demandé à l'hôtel de me réserver un taxi, ils ont fait appel à une compagnie privée qui m'a coûté le double.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cocorico - a beautiful building filled with charm close to all sites and the city centre. Our room was enormous and a refuge from the filthy weather! The staff were so hospitable and made our stay v relaxing.

Our stay at Cocorico was amazing. The room we had was large, very nicely designed and had everything we wanted. The bathrooms are especially nice with large double shower. We ended up staying a few extra days and forgot a set of keys there. They were nice enough to ship them back to Canada and were great to deal with. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you are staying over a Sunday and Monday, the restaurant we were excited about trying is closed those nights. We highly recommend staying here.

Excellent séjour .. 10/10 équipe extrêmement sympathique, tout était parfait, le restait est génial et la cuisine fait de vrai miracle (je vous conseil l’oeuf Poche en entrée) les chambres sont juste magnifiques et très belles jadore Cet endroit c’est définitivement notre adresse à Porto. Had a great stay here. We would definitely recommend it to someone who wanted to stay near the old town. Service is really great and the restaurant is fabulous.

The guesthouse has 10 rooms all of which are beautifully designed. Comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay and would love to come back.

The staff working here are amazing. Welcoming, helpful and fun. The breakfast was wonderful every morning. The back patio was enjoyable and the restaurant was beautiful. The two best restaurants we ate at were recommendations from Katia! We would definitely recommend and plan to return.
