A loja até tem boas opções de bicicletas, sobretudo das marcas Scott e Cannondale, Mas o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. A variedade de produtos realmente impreciona aos que gostam de bikes.

The personnel are very friendly, and I wish I could give a better rating. However, they have an unfortunate habit of over-promising and under-delivering. I ordered a Scott Scale 940 mountain-bike in October 2018 and was told a two weeks delivery time. I got the bike after 6 weeks. When I brought it in for a warranty repair and for the after-sales service, I was told it would be ready after three days. It took 4 weeks – and when I inquired whether they had remembered to do the after-sales service, I got an evasive reply. What made the broken deadlines really exasperating was that they didn't pick up the phone or answer messages - so I had to make the 30 minute drive to the store to find out what was going on.

I have to change my review, everything was a big mistake from my side! Very good service , and the equipment I ordered was like the description! I ordered a role in the webshop almost 4 Weeks ago. Unfortunately till today no update of my order. The request of my email today was, the order has been cancelled, cause they didn't get the tranfer. I transfered directly the day aftre my order. There is no communication between the customer and the shop. This isn't how buisness works. If I should forget the transfer of the money, they should send a reminder. But I transfered. An update of the status of ordered equipment would be also nice, specialy cause of parcel delays etc. It's not a big deal, by the way, you can turn of your "Whats app support" as well! Cause nobody answers, after hours! Never again! Unfortunately I have to mark one star.
