영어 투어도 영어듣기평가 하듯이 열심히 들으면 그래도 좀 들려요!!
무엇보다 엄청 친절하고 자세히 알려주고,
내부도 되게 고풍스러우면서도 또 현대적으로 이루어져 있어서
집중하기 좋습니다!

택시나 우버로 오시는 걸 추천합니다 ㅎㅎ 꽤나 언덕 위에 있습니다.
오디오 가이드가 아니라 사람이 직접 영어로 이야기해주는데 첨엔 집중해서 듣다가 나중엔 대충... ㅠ 전날 타일러스 와이너리에서 한글 오디오 가이드를 듣고 와서 그래도 지식이 있어서 재밌게 들었습니다. 가이드 시간은 그리 길진 않아요.
시음 메뉴는 한 사람이 여러개 신청해도 됩니다. 저희는 몰라서 둘이서 각각 다른걸로 하나씩 했는데 어떤 사람은 혼자서 2~3개씩 신청해서 혼자 6잔, 9잔씩 마시더군요 ㅎㅎ 술 쌔고 돈 여유 있으면 혼자서 2~3개 신청하시는 것도 좋습니다.
시음 하는 장소가 꽤 분위기가 좋습니다 :)
포르투 와인 마셨던 것중에 가장 맛있게 먹었던 곳이네요.

Es lohnt sich, den Weg bis hierher auf sich zu nehmen. Das Gebäude ist wunderschön, und die Führung war informativ und sehr interessant. Auch das anschliessende Tasting in der Bibliothek war wunderbar. Was den guten Gesamteindruck allerdings minderte war die Behandlung, die wir dann anschliessend im Restaurant erfahren mussten. Wir hatten spontan beschlossen, doch noch im Restaurant zu essen und warteten am Eingang darauf, dass man uns einen Tisch im spärlich besuchten Lokal zuwies. Stattdessen kam eine resolute Dame auf uns zu und verkündete, dass wir hier nicht essen könnten, wir sollte doch stattdessen in der Bar essen. Wir waren so perplex, dass wir gar nicht antworten konnten und gingen zur Bar, wo wir feststellen mussten, dass es da nur Sardinen aus der Büchse zu essen gab. Sehr enttäuscht verliessen wir daraufhin das Lokal. Wenn man schon mehrere hundert Euro für Weinproben und weitere Käufe im Shop ausgegeben hat, darf man schon eine andere Behandlung erwarten! Dieser Vorfall wird für uns immer mit dem Namen Graham's in Verbindung belieben, und er wird sicher bei zukünfigen Käufen von Portwein eine Rolle spielen. Schade, es hätte ein schöner Besuch sein können.

We haven't done the full tour but the grounds are beautiful and the view over Porto is awesome. Would definitely recommend the per glass tastings directly in the tasting area as it's the cheapest of the whole place and really worth it. If someone has tried the Ne Oublie let me know I'm curious

This is the best and only port tasting you need to do in Porto. However, you should definitely give yourself about 2 hours to really enjoy the tour, tasting shop, having an extra glass in the tasting room, etc. I went for the Graham’s tasting as I wanted to try some ports that were more rare and could not be found in a shop. The room was beautiful and the ports great, staff were knowledgable. Unfortunately, the star off is because I was the only one in my group to have a special tasting, my guide was not available to answer any questions and the tour started late so I didn’t really have time to sit and enjoy. There was also a small bit of foul at the bottom of the glass of my 30 year port - not a huge miss, but I wasn’t able to inform anyone because there was no one around to inform! All in all, it’s still 10 times better than any of the other mass, generic commercial tourist tours you’ll do if the other port producers so highly recommend. Just reserve your spot in advance and give yourself ample time to enjoy the tasting room only glasses of port.

I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful place, went on a guided tour with an excellent guide who had so much knowledge and eager to tell and explain, just wish I could have spend an hour alone with him taking about port wines. After the tour it was time to do a tasting in a nicely decorated room. The only problem with this place is that it seems very popular to visit and that's understandable but can feel a bit busy, still you should go and maybe have lunch in the restaurant, sitting out side and enjoying the fantastic view.

Very good!!! 타일러스를 전날 갔었고 여기를 둘째날 왔어요. 추천합니다 꼭 한군데만 가야한다면 여기가세요! 둘이 같이 가서 다른 와인을 마시고 싶어서 22유로와 35유로 메뉴를 선택했어요. 코스와 상관없이 추가 테이스팅 주문도 가능했습니다.

This tour/tasting/restaurant was amazing. The restaurant has an AMAZING view and is worth the trek in and of itself. But the tour was wonderful and we felt very worth the price as well. We really enjoyed our tour guide and felt like the Graham’s history was incredibly interesting. We were also able to taste on of their best Ports using what they call their “Vintage of the Day” for 10 euro.

Tour was informative and tasting was also good.
Lodge location is good to see whole views of Porto and you can drink wine outside in the afternoon. We also used restaurants called vinum. Good taste!

Hemos venido sin reserva y nos han hecho problema para entrar. Ni en el hotel, ni en las reseñas de Google ni en su propia web indican la necesidad de venir con reserva. Ser claros por favor o por lo menos más amables con los visitantes.
Además, te cobran 17 euros por ver 4 barriles y 4 botellas de vino. Vaya atraco a mano armada. Por favor, no vengáis. Gastaros el dinero en otros sitios pero no aquí.

Visite très intéressante. Prix tres correct vu la dégustation à la fin (22€ pour la visite + 3 verre de Porto premium)
Ne oas hésiter à se faire plaisir au restaurant bar à la fin, les prix sont tout a fait en accords avec la qualité des vins.

Der steinige Gang zu Fuß von der Dom Luis I Brücke dauert ca. 20-25 min. Er lohnt sich aber! Wunderschöne enge und steile Gassen führen zur Grahams Lodge. Es gibt verschiedene tastings, die man vorher aussuchen musst. Der Portwein ist erste Klasse und die Örtlichkeit wunderschön. Mit dem nötigen Kleingeld kann ich es nur empfehlen.

Very interesting guided tour, totally worth the visit. It’s necessary to book it first, and there are available tours in many languages. After the tour, there is a tasting of Graham’s port wines. The price of the tour will depend on the tasting you will choose. I chose the premium port for €22, and my wife the premium tawny for another €22 (as of April 2019) so we got to taste 6 different wines. There are appetizers and many options more of wine to order for the tasting if you’d like it. Total time of the visit: about 1:30 hour.

Шла сюда с очень скептическим настроением,из разряда "раз я в Порту,то надо сходить на дегустацию".Читала в интернете разные отзывы,в итоге решила зайти сюда и не прогодала!Как только я сюда заехала,поняла насколько хорошо все сделано.Запах дерева, который стоит в данном заведении не передать словами,его хочется вдыхать бесконечно долго.Все оформлено с отменным вкусом,начиная от входа,заканчивая,простите туалетом.Вид, который открывается просто потрясающий!Не хочется отсюда уходить.Наш гид Анна рассказала нам все очень доходчиво и отвечала на наши вопросы, спасибо ей за это большое.Резюмируя,если вы теряетесь в количестве фирм,производящих портвейн и не знаете куда идти,то идите сюда.Это место вас действительно удивит.

Excellent tour. If you are doing it as a pair get different tastings so you can try the most varieties. If you ask nicely they may even include a tasting of the white port. Buy your generic Graham ports like a 10 or 20 year Tawny elsewhere cheaper, only buy specific vintages at the lodge.

The Vintage tour (€35)was absolutely amazing. If you do one port tour in Porto trip, do Graham’s. The experience was unforgettable. Though they indicate a 30 min tour, the guide, Mario, took the time to answer questions of the group - lasting approximately 45 min. Then during the tasting, he was there to describe the flavours in the port. The 30 year old Tawny port was heaven in a bottle: the nose, colour, taste, and the overall ambience in the vintage room. OMG, I had to buy myself this bottle. Absolutely amazing!!
La visite « vintage » était absolument étonnante! Si vous faites une visite du port à Porto, faites la maison Graham. L’expérience était inoubliable. Il est indiqué que la visite dure 30 minutes mais le guide, Mario, a pris le temps pour répondre à mes questions et les du groupe. En totale, la visite à duré 45 min approximativement. Alors, pendant la dégustation, il était là pour décrire les goutes, les sens du port. Le couleur, le « nez » et la goute...Mon Dieux!!! C’était le paradis dns une bouteille. Je l’ai dû acheter. Absolument étonnante!

Might be the grounds for the most spectacular view of Porto! Must visit and have drinkat patio overlooking the entire city and the famous bridge with the river shining underneath it. You can get there by Uber, taxi or private/rental car. They have a parking lot. Fantastic grounds, beautiful setting. Service was great; they have anything from Champagne to Port to Rose to beers to coctails and so on... They have snacks and some foods to go along with it too. Spent a whole afternoon view the view and watched the sunset - the view kept getting better and better. Great romantic spot but perfect for groups too (yes, we were the loud and proud group). Its a touristy spot but what an amazing spot. IF and WHEN I return to Porto for the 3rd time, will be visiting again!

Disappointing! We did the English tour led by an Asian girl who struggled to explain everything and seemed to have little knowledge of port wine. It was her first tour as a guide and it showed. I left no more knowledgeable about port. The tasting was good and she eventually came to tell us about the ports we were tasting but again we got as much from the written card. She was a lovely girl but such a tour needs a fluent and knowledgeable guide. Can’t recommend Graham’s.

One of the best port wine cellars in Portugal. We had a private tour guide who was very informative and engaging. Amazing how much history there is in this cellar. The wine tasting was exceptional and the location was beautiful.

Super interessante Führung und ein tolles Tasting. Alles wird super erklärt und das Produkt Portwein toll vorgestellt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Es ist besonders empfehlenswert auf der Terrasse noch einen Drink zu nehmen und den Blick über Porto zu genießen.

I was a little bummed coming here having read great reviews. I stood for ten minutes waiting for someone to help me when I walked in. There were about five servers and two hostesses who all saw me and didn’t come over. Eventually, someone did. I asked to have a port tasting and the woman led me to another place and told me that woman would help me. After waiting for a few minutes while she helped some men decide what port to buy, she told me to go into another room which was the tasting room (finally). You get a menu and pick the wines you want to taste. You can also take a tour which would have been nice to do, but the hassle seemed not worth it. It is a good walk uphill so if you’re not in great shape just take an uber or taxi, it’s definitely worth it.

You book a guided tour on the website or by phone and choose which one of the three tasting courses you'd like to do at the end of the tour. You get to know about how Port wines are made and the history about the brand. Bring a cardigan with you as it is quite chilly inside. Graham's Port Lodge is located quite uphill so the view is fantastic, too.

Man sieht, dass es diese „Fabrik“ nun fast 200 Jahre gibt, sehr edel. Schönes Restaurant- vor allem die tolle Gartenterrasse ist zu empfehlen. Guter Mittagslunch - aber gehobenes Niveau und Preislevel. Dafür nicht so überlaufen...Aufmerksamer Service

포트와인에대해 알 수 있었던 시간 저는 영어가이드를 듣기위해 미리 예약했습니다. 둘이상 간다면 여러가지 테이스팅을 선택해 함께 먹어보길 추천합니다. 빈티지 테이스팅은 일반 클래식테이스팅과 달리 특별한곳에서 시음할 수 있고 가이드는 사려깊었습니다. 투어 끝난뒤 비넘레스토랑에서의 식사 또한 정말 맘에 들었습니다.

Interesante visita aunque no sorprendente, quizá de las mejores bodegas de Oporto y quizá de los mejores vinos de Oporto, el lugar magnífico su terraza y restaurante muy agradable. La visita más barata a la bodega son 17€/persona con cata de tres vinos.

We did 2 Port Lodges per day over a 4 day period, visiting big and small, and looking back, Graham's was our favourite experience, end-to-end. Anna, our tour guide for the English tour, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She had the perfect mix between professionalism and fun, ensuring all questions were answered while the group enjoyed itself along the tour.
The lodge itself is beautiful, having gone through a renovation not too long ago. There are a couple unique touches such as the fountain in the middle of the lodge, or the private cellar for the family owned Vintage bottles.
It is worthwhile upgrading to the Vintage Port experience during testing.

인터넷으로 10:30 예약하고 찾았습니다. 영어 투어. 프리미엄 루비 €22 / 프리미엄 토니 22€ 두 코스 예약. 영어투어 매우 재미진 멘트와 함께 친절하게 이루어졌습니다. 운 좋게 창가자리에 앉아서 도우루강 보면서 마셨네요. 에그타르트는 슈퍼보다 맛 없어서 아쉬웠으니 포트와인만 즐겨보시길. 포트와인에 대한 다양한 상식과 역사를 익힐 수 있어서 좋았고 적어도 루비와 토니가 무슨 차이인지, 빈티지 포트는 또 뭐가 다른지 정도는 설명 할 수 있겠네요. 저렴하게 퀄리티 있고도 조금은 프라이빗한 분위기에서 진행되어 만족했습니다.

Great place to learn, taste and appreciate port wine. It’s a bit further away from other cellars but with uphill location, it has a great view. The tour took a bit more than an hour with additional 30-45 minutes for wine tasting (depending on how fast you can consume 3 glasses of wine ^^). Super nice tour guide with friendly welcome atmosphere and any strange questions. Sorry that our kids ran around and made some noise but he managed them quite well. Thanks! 15 euro as a staring price is not at all expensive comparing to what you will experience from this heritage industry. We are not wine drinker but from the visit it encouraged us to learn more about this sweet special wine from the region. There is a parking so quite convenient to reach by car. A must-do thing if you are at Porto and Gramham did an excellent job. P.S. It requires pre-registration at their website. Walk-in is not possible.

This place was recommended by our AirBnB host. The last winery along the river in Porto. We were tempted along the way to stop at other wineries, but I'm glad we didn't. This place was beautiful and had amazing view from the hill it stood on. The service was great and the download on their wine selection was a nice touch. I enjoyed their platter of goat and lamb cheese. This is a hidden treasure in the city of Porto and I will return when in Portugal.

Cantina in posizione favolosa, il panorama da qui è eccezionale. La visita è stata molto interessante anche se in inglese, nonostante la nostra guida parlasse anche italiano. Sicuramente in alcuni passaggi la traduzione ci avrebbe sicuramente fatto comodo. La fase finale di degustazione è stata in particolar modo apprezzata. Inoltre è presente anche un ristorante. Consigliato.

Visite exceptionnelle au Graham's Port Lodge. Tania a été notre guide, son français était impeccable, elle nous a donné de nombreuses informations, le tout dans un cadre magnifique ! Beaucoup d'histoire dans cette cave a vins ! La dégustation à la fin était géniale et une fois encore accompagnée d'informations très intéressantes. Bien que le lieu ne soit pas dans le centre, allez y ! Vous ne le regretterez pas !

Una de las bodegas más bonitas y tradicionales. La visita guiada es didáctica y entretenida (Gracias Micael, hiciste un trabajo buenísimo ), la cata de vinos deliciosa y las vista de la ciudad espectaculares.

Una bodega fantástica con unos vinos riquísimos. Además, ofrecieron a mi niño celiaco un zumo de uvas del Duero muy rico. Incluso te ofrecen queso y chocolate para conjugarlo con el vino.

Cet établissement propose un bonne viste des caves et en français parfait. Le lieux est magnifique et avec de belles installations.

Do not buy in the shop!! - the very same bottle of vintage port 2003 116€ in the manufacturing brewery was only 69,50€ in an independent wine shop 4km say in Foz. This ruined what was an otherwise very good experience.

Leuke en vooral lekkere ervaring! Maak gebruik van de VIP rondleiding. Je kunt dan na de rondleiding in de sfeervolle bibliotheek genieten van een heerlijke selectie porten. Ook leuk en bijzonder om een port in je geboorte jaar mee nemen (als de oogst van dat jaar is gelukt). Vanuit de Graham’s heb je een mooi uitzicht over Porto. Graham's heeft vijf bergachtige wijngaarden in verschillende delen van de Douro. Elke wijngaard heeft de maximale 'A' klasse.
Alleen de beste druiven worden gebruikt en het rijpingsproces vindt plaats in authentieke eikenhouten vaten.

투어를 한다면 여기가 가장 전문적이라고 해서 방문했어요. 나파, 보르도의 와이너리들을 다녀와서 그런지 조금 감흥은
덜했지만 일반 와인과는 또 다른 곳 이라서 궁금해서 다녀왔습니다. 여러곳 투어하실 필요는 없고 한두곳 정도 구경하듯 가보세요. 원래는 옆에 있는 레스토랑에서 점심식사 하려고 했는데 너무 취기가 올라와서 호텔에 눕느라 못 다녀와 아쉽습니다. 강변에서 걸어서도 올만 합니다 한 20분? 대신 끝에 한 7-8분은 포르투 (정확히는 포르투의 강 건너편이라 포르투는
아닙니다만)다운 언덕이 있으니 각오하시구요 ㅋㅋ
포르투갈 최대 와인회사 소유인데 그 중 가장 스윗한 포트와이너리라는 명성에 걸맞게 스윗하고요 (설탕도 설탕이지만 척박한 땅에서 키워서 당도가 높대요) 저는 요기 토니의 카라멜같은 끝향이 좋더라구요. 와인 가격대는 14유로대 부터 있어서 부담없으실겁니다. (포트와인이 한국에서 유독 오버프라이스 인 것 같습니다. 잘 알려지지 않아 그런지...)

Quem paga o tour de vinhos de 18 e 30 anos é conduzido à uma sala estilo biblioteca. Foi o melhor momento da viagem. Parabéns GRAHAM'S!

최고의 와이너리입니다. 두 곳 이상을 가실 생각이시라면 마지막으로 그라함을 가시길 추천합니다. 취향 차이일 수도 있지만, 가장 맛있더군요. 다만 투어는 꼭 예약을 하고 가셔야 합니다. 개인적으론 테일러에서 한국어 오디오 가이드를 듣고, 그라함에서 투어를 하시길 추천합니다.

We arrived saturday afternoon, unfortunately without a reservation. The very professional and friendly staff informed us that the tours in English and French were full for the day. They remarked however that we were Dutch speaking belgians and arranged a tour in Dutch. The tour and tastings were absolutely perfect and we can absolutely recommend a visit. 10/10

We totally spent 4.5 hours there, including a detail tour in the cellar, one hour wine tasting, 2 hours for a late lunch and finally bought bottles of port. A very decent restaurant with a view as well if you choose to sit outdoor. A must!

Awesome Port Lodge, I would highly recommend going. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and very enthusiastic. The tour is worth it, you get to learn a bit about Port and Porto, but the Port tasting was extraordinary. We went for the vintage and super premium tasting in their vintage room (absolutely beautiful room), and we were taken aback by how good and versatile port can be. Graham's is a little out of the way in comparison to the other port lodges but it is definitely worth the walk. The walk there is stunning as you get to see a side of Porto that you don't usually get to see. Would highly recommend!

Perfetto per un pomeriggio a Porto.
Fuori dal caos del turismo dei grandi numeri in una struttura restaurata con gusto. Noi ci siamo arrivati a piedi partendo dalla passerella pedonale a sbalzo sulla riva del Douro e passsando per callette e scale in una zona residenziale d'altri tempi. Il percorso d'arrivo è molto sugestivo, se non avete problemi a farvi una salita ripida a piedi e amate scoprire posti poco turistici.
Visita alla cantina bella, guida brava e paziente.
La degustazione dipende da quello che decidete di provare. Se siete in due consiglio di sceglierne due differenti (ciascuna da tre assaggi). Porto di qualità, non troverete nulla di poco invecchiato.

Cantina molto bella, rinnovata di recente, di questo produttore di porto di qualità. Abbiamo fatto la visita guidata in italiano con una guida molto competente ed attenta. Guida con tre assaggi abbondanti varia dai 15 ai 110 euro, noi abbiamo optato per quella da 20€, in due diversi gusti, così da assaggiare 6 diversi tipi di porto. Consigliatissima.

Il posto si trova in cima alla collina di porto, davvero molto scomodo da raggiungere, questo lo rende un posto tranquillo e piacevole in cui effettuare una visita anche il 31 di dicembre. Lo si raggiunge con i pullman 901 o 906 che si prendono subito prima del tunnel verso ponte Luiz ma di domenica passano raramente quindi abbiamo fatto la strada a piedi. Sono 40 minuti ma durante il percorso si possono vedere degli scrosci vermante belli. Il prezzo è di 12€ per il tour classico o 17€ per quello più pregiato in queste due fasce di prezzo varia solo il tipo di porto servito alla fine del tour. Noi abbiamo fatto quello da 12€. il luogo è magnificamente restaurato e da lassù si ammira una vista bellissima su porto. Secondo me è una cosa che merita. sono 12€ ben spesi

Un guia local ens va recomanar visitar aquestes caves, situades a la zona de Gaia. De totes les que n'hi ha, aquesta és potser la que queda una mica més lluny del riu. Des del zentre de Porto hi podeu arribar en bus (20 minuts), i després haureu de caminar un parell de minuts fins al lloc, o bé agafar un transport privat. Per les visites cal trucar abans i fer reserva (us diran els horaris que fan). La visita (d'una hora aproximadament) s'inicia en una petita sala amb una projecció i continua amb un volt pels magatzems. El guia és simpàtic i coneix perfectament la història de l'empresa familiar, que explica amb tota mena de detalls, i també el procés de fabricació. Acaba amb una degustació de vins. Segons el preu de l'entrada (15 € és la «bàsica») us donaran més o menys varietats a tastar. Els vins de Graham's són vins robustos, amb una graduació alta (19-23%).

I'm generally NEVER a fan of any tour that starts with a video as it feels a bit lazy and a way to 'add time' to the tour - I would always rather listen to someone tell me the history of a port house and describe the harvesting process rather than play a video (even with a high-production value).
That said, we did have an excellent tour guide who was knowledgable about the port production process, who also described the port wines we tasted, and she was very candid in her responses when faced with difficult questions :) We were also happy with our Premium Port and Tawny tastings (€20 each). Note that the tour (excl. the tasting) lasted just under 1hr.

Sans aucun doute la meilleure expérience réalisée à Porto. Nous avons fait une visite avec un guide qui parle le français à la perfection. En plus d'être sympathique il était passionnant et passionné. Un vrai plaisir d'effectuer cette visite avec lui. Avec ma conjointe nous avons pris les deux formules à 20 euros histoire de pouvoir comparer pas mal de porto. Les verres sont généreux et le Porto est excellent. Je recommande de goûter un 10 ans et un 20 ans pour voir la différence qui est subtile mais très intéressante. Bref je recommande sans hésiter cette visite de Cave.

There is a long walk up to the port house, so on a hot day, I would recommend a taxi. There is a waiting room, and then you are led into a room which tells you about the process of farming. You are lead around the storage areas and then you get to the wine tasting area. You exit onto a large terrace with a great view overlooking Porto. I would highly recommend going here.

Si vous souhaitez une visite des caves pensez à réserver. La visite inclut une dégustation de 3 verres pré déterminés. Sinon vous pouvez très bien venir directement à la partie dégustation (immense espace derrière la boutique). Le Porto se paye au verre (moins cher que dans la partie restaurant). Pas mal de pouvoir tester avant d'acheter ! Les serveurs sont très investis et partagent avec plaisir des conseils et explications. Choisissez les canapés près de la fenêtre pour la vue (voir photo).

Very overrated. Our tour guide today, Cristina (dark short haired lady) was extremely incompetent and had a very poor English. We paid for the premium tawny tasting and when the tour ended, Cristina was unable to tell which tawny is in which glass on the table (and even said that nobody can tell!).. After 3 minutes of arguing, she finally brought 3 bottles and poured the wine to be able to distinguish it. Croft and Sandeman cellar tour was much more professional!

Great tour with friendly and knowledgeable guide. Very relaxed tasting with lovely selections and passionate and informed commentary from the guide. Stopped by the restaurant for a quick bite on the way out which was delicious and paired with some fine wines, again fantastic service from the staff.

Cannot recommend! Came there in the afternoon, a big 30 minute hike from Porto centre, but were told that no more tours were avaiable. Tried to get a port tasting, but one of the staff tried to send us away. Everyone kept saying how ‘crazy busy’ they were, yet there were only a few people around. After complaining to the host, finally got our port, but without any explaination. Port was good, yet expensive. Could get water to cleanse your pallet, yet the water was tapwater, so tasted like chlorine. Not something you want at a taste experience! If you’re looking for a port tasting, please choose another place. Maybe if you can get a tour combined with a guided tasting, the experience would be better, still very expensive though (€15-200).

Ich war heute mit Freunden in Porto/Gaia und war über die Touristenherden erschrocken. Überal das doppelte bis dreifache Preisniveau.
Vor 20 Jahren war eine Führung in einer Portweinkellerei noch für umsonst zu haben. Vor 2Jahren war man mit ca 5€ dabei, jetzt ab 12€ aufwärts. Bei Graham's bis 46€. Kein Port der Welt rechtfertigt so einen Preis!
Ein comerzieller Port ist mit 5€/0,75l gut bezahlt und ein LBV mit gut 10€ (Supermarkt). Die Reservas sind überwiegend auch nur Nepp. Gerade die von Calem.
Touristen dieser Welt, lasst Euch nicht so hemmungslos übers Ohr hauen!

We had an excellent experience with the caves guided tour and degustation. Their structure and history are amazing. They are located a little bit further from the other main caves, so be prepared for a short steap walk, and, of course, you must book in advance. Highly recommend for those coming to Gaia for a port wine experience...

We've had just, such, an amazing tour. We've been privileged from the current situation where few tourists are coming and we got a tour for just the two of us. Kind of a private tour for the price of a public tour.
What's more amazing is that the tour has not been rushed within the 1 hour given time but we spent almost three hours asking questions and got lots of explanations.
I don't know how it is under normal circumstances but if you come to visit during this period, you shall absolutely do this tour, it could well become unexpectedly the highlight of your trip.
They have different port wine options, especially three base ones. A basic one (for 17 euros) and two vintage ones for 22 euros (3 glasses of tawny or 3 glasses of ruby). We took the two different vintage ones and this was great to get a very good understanding how each branch is developing as we shared our six glasses.

Interesting tour and the guide was very informative, but after going to the Douro Valley and seeing the small family run quintas, it just wasn't as good as their tours and tastings. We can't compare it to the other lodges ad this was the only one we did, but if you have the chance to either go to nova de gaia for the day or do a tour of the douro Valley then go to the valley instead! If not Grahams was very nice. Lovely views from the tasting room. Lovely setting in its gardens.
You have to email and book in advance. The price depends on your tasting. Our cost €18.50 for the basic package which was two Ruby ports and a ten year old tawny. This was fine for us as we prefer Ruby's, but for port officianados they have more expensive tasting packages. Although everything they have in the tasting packages plus others they sell by the glass so we bought others we wanted to try as well. White port started at €3 for a glass and they had a vintage of the day for €10/glass.
We found the things they sold in the shop cheaper in balhao market. Not necessarily the fancy stuff but the gift set of four small bottles wad €13 in balhao and €15 at Grahams.

Like many other locals, I consider Graham’s the best port wine cellar experience available in the city. Just took the 4th distinct group of foreign friends on the tour and tasting, with the usual reaction: “We're coming back for more”. Other colleagues never disappointed before, but this time the guide - João Teixeira - was absolutely outstanding, truly surpassing all expectations and my past experiences. Thank you!

영어로 가이드 신청해서 투어했습니당 투어는 제일 기본 베이직 투어였구요 1인당 18.5유로였어요 !! 가이드분 친절하고 자세하게 정말 잘 설명해주셨어요 ㅜㅜ❤️ 투어시간도 1시간 30분 정도로 너무 길지도 짧지도 않게 적당하다고 느꼈구요 마지막에 시음한 세 와인도 정말 맛있었습니다 개인적으로 그 전날 칼렘 와이너리의 토니와인을 먹고 실망해서 토니와인은 별로일줄 알았는데 세상에나 정말 대존맛이었어요 ;; 다만 도수가 20도라 세잔을 먹으니 좀 알딸딸하긴 했습니다 ㅎㅎ 가이드분이 설명해주시긴 하는데 시음장 왼편에 물이 준비되어 있으니 한잔 드실때마다 물로 입가심하시고 시음하시면 더 좋을것 같아용 전전날에 테일러 갔는데 거긴 한국어오디오라 편하긴 하지만 시음장에서 그냥 갖다주고 다먹고 가면 되는 방식이었는데 여기는 시음 내내 각 와인에 대한 설명, 먹는 순서 등 끝까지 알차게 투어해주신단 느낌이 강했네용 베이직도 이정돈데 프리미엄 투어는 더 좋을것같아요 만족스러웠습니다 !!

It is a historic wine-producing company that started in Porto in 1820. There are three courses you can sample in the main tasting room and four courses you can sample in the vintage room, plus several more private tours or expensive courses. Once you apply for a reservation on the website, you will receive a definite reply by email. You can decide which course you want to apply in advance by looking at the instructions you are sending. Tour guides are very friendly and detailed to help you understand port wine. It would be good to buy brand that is imported into Korea but not imported wine.

Una experiencia genial. Tras ver varias reseñas de bodegas me decanté por ésta, que como luego me informaron en Oporto, no es tan comercial y quizás por ello una de las mejores. La visita guiada dura aproximadamente 45 minutos, que incluye un vídeo, presentación con fotos y una extensa información tanto de la historia de la bodega, de los tipos de vino y de su proceso de elaboración. Tras la visita se entra al bar dónde se explican los vinos a degustar (éstos dependen de la opción que previamente se escoja en recepción). Una vez explicados, te dejan a tu aire para beber. En mi caso acompañé la cata con una "degustaçao de queijo", que no es barata pero agrada mucho (tienen tres opciones para acompañar que se pagan aparte). Al acabar se puede marchar libremente o pedir más copas, pagando claro (tienen carta por copas y botellas). Hay unas vistas geniales de Oporto desde el bar y el restaurante, ya que la bodega está en un alto y quizás sea la más alejada, pero merece la pena. Desde el teleférico de Gaia son aprox. 15-20 minutos andando en subida. En contra de lo que leí de otras bodegas (incluso de esta en algún comentario) en ningún momento meten presión para vender o colarte una comida en el restaurante, al menos en mi caso. De hecho estuve viendo la tienda con calma sin comprar nada y nadie me molestó. Evidentemente, si quieres comprar una botella (o varias) sale más económico en Oporto. Recomiendo Garrafeira do Carmo.

Aunque inicialmente parezca caro la visita guiada (cada visita se realiza específicamente en un idioma) es conveniente reservar antes de ir sobre todo para poder visitarla en español ya que el idioma predominante es portugués e inglés. En cuanto a la calidad de los caldos, las vistas y el entorno apartado del centro hacen que la visita resulte muy agradable. Se accede al parking desde una zona poco turística pero las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y el personal es muy profesional.

La bodega está un poco más lejos que la demás y para llegar hay que subir unas cuantas cuestas. Fuimos sin reserva sobre las 15 hs. No tuvimos problema para comprar las entradas, aunque siempre recomiendan reservar con antelación.
La visita comienza en una sala de proyecciones donde te explican la primera parte del proceso de producción: el trabajo en los viñedos. Cuando acaba el vídeo empieza la visita guiada por la bodega, que finaliza con una cata. Los vinos de la cata dependen de lo que hayas escogido a la hora de adquirir la entrada. Las vistas desde esta bodega son preciosas.

The tour process: A little painful to have to sign up in advance. You email, they email back. In my case, the time I requested was rejected (off season, so not because they were busy). The option is take it or leave it.
The tour itself: Very knowledgeable tour guide. Patient with the nonsensical questions people asked. Hard to understand, though, given the speed of the presentation and inherent accent.
The tasting: Only available if you do the tour. Why? No idea. Nothing particularly special, although I did the regular tasting, not the super fancy private tasting.
The prices: This is where I realized I had been completely bamboozled. Someone in my tasting group asked what they could buy for 40E - the answer was almost nothing, particularly in the traditional aged tawnies. Really? The grocery store down the street from my hotel has Graham’s 10 year tawny for 18E.

Получил огромное удовольствие от экскурсии по подвалам Грэмс. Записался за неделю через сайт. Сначала просмотр фильма (с русскими субтитрами), затем экскурсия по хранилищу портвейна. Огромные и не очень бочки с вином, пыльные бутылки с вином, которому уже почти 100 лет. И на сладкое - дегустация, содержание и стоимость которой можно выбрать перед экскурсией. Всё очень понравилось.

Graham’s is a bit further out than a lot of the other port lodges but because of that it seems a lot quieter and more serene. They do tours but we decided to just sit out on the beautiful terrace and sample the different ports!

When in Porto, why not take a tour of a Port Distillery. Lots of history and information showing you the aging process.
They even have their own private collection in the cellar that has bottles that are almost 100yrs old.
The VIP tasting room is great, lots of unique memorabilia.
We had dinner at their restaurant, overall the food was good, however the service could be improved. We had to wait over 45mins for our main course.
But definitely the tour is the main event.

La visita, agradable, amena y muy completa. Filipa fue nuestra guía, y la verdad fue un encanto.
Las bodegas preciosas, que olor! Y la historia verdaderamente interesante.
La cata fue impresionante, Filipa nos explicó con detalle cada uno de los vinos a degustar.
Como consejo, acompañar la cata con una tabla de queso o unas trufas!
Un dinero muy bien invertido! No te vayas de Porto sin pasar por aquí!

Very good tour with a highly competent guide - especially the tasting (I would recommend the premium tasting) with interesting explanations is worth the experience. Unfortunaley exceptionally poor service at the wine bar. We waited to be seated (as mandatory) for more than 15 minutes, although the place was not crowded and the waitress had seen us. When seated we received no service at all untill we left after 20 more minutes.

They have a tasting room where you can try different ports (huge selection by the glass). There is also a bar outside where you can have a snack and ports, however some ports are significantly more expensive than in the tasting room inside. Lunch and tours have to be pre-booked normally. They seem to be perpetually low on staff everywhere in the property however.

Очень хамское обслуживание: бросили меню как собаке, потом не глядя поставили блюдо на очки при этом ни разу не извинились. Вино кислое.
Ради посредственного вида на город не стоит сюда подниматься.
По всем критериям - не рекомендую.

Experiencia intensa para conhecer a história do vinho do Porto. Inclui a degustação de três dos excelentes vinhos do Porto, acompanhado de aperitivos. Espaço cheio de história, contando a imigração da família num vídeo de cerca de 20 minutos. Passeio pela Cave com a excelente apresentação do guia. Excelente vista sobre a zona histórica ribeirinha do Porto. Necessário fazer a reserva para a degustação dos vinhos. Local muito procurado pelos turistas. Ponto obrigatório a visitar.

There are a number of angles to this place but on balance well worth a visit. The facility, in totality, must be one of the most impressive greatest cellar door operations on the planet and certainly the best I have been too (& have been to 100+ in my lifetime). Patio bar offers wonderful views and the stock range at cellar door is very deep and from what I can ascertain very fair priced be it by the glass or take away bottles. The cellar tour is not aimed at wine nerds (nor it should be) so if you have a good knowledge of port you won't be blown away but there is no doubt seeing the aged bottle stocks and the cellar rooms is a bit special.

Selten so eine schlechte Bedienung im Restaurant/Bar gehabt. Man bekam keinen Tisch zugewiesen, obwohl man auf die Einweisung warten musste und dann dauerte es 15min für die Bestellung und weitere 15min bis der Porto Tonic kam wobei die Partnerin 10 weitere Minuten auf ihre Limonade warten musste. Für die Tour waren wir dann auch zu spät dran... Immerhin ist das Gebäude von aussen nett anzuschauen.

Sehr schönes Gebäude und die Führung ist toll gemacht. Der Lagerraum und der Weinkeller sind schon sehr edel. Allerdings geht die Führung ohne Tasting mit einbezogen nur eine knappe Stunde und davon schaut man 15min ein Film. Deshalb finde ich 22 € pro Person (Premium Port weine) schon ein sportlicher Preis.

I got an alcoholic Drink although i clearly asked for a non-alcoholic Cocktail! Due to my pregnancy this is a huge Risk and mistake Caused By the waitress
for my unborn Child. the only „offer“ I got as an apology was to not charge us the alcoholic drink which i didn‘t drink beside a zip anyways.

Unacceptable Service.
My pregnant wife ordered expressivly a non-alcoholic drink. After my wife and myself tried a zip, we were concerned about the taste. After communicating our concern to the waitress, she told us that the bartender made a mistake and mixed an alocoholic instead of a Non-alcoholic drink.
Finally we received the bill and as an offer from the house the waitress removed the accidently delivered alcoholic drink from the bill.
In total, high prices for low service.

It is maybe the most far cellar of all but we had big luck there. They prepared a table for us on the backyard with river seeings. They gave us many appetizers and wine tasting. It was an amazing improvized experience. Their attention was great!

We were recommended to this cellar by our walking tour guide and so glad they did! We took the Standard Tour (17€) which includes the tour and 3 port tastings. Matthew was our guide and he was great. At the start, there’s a video of where the vineyards are located in the Douro Valley, then we proceeded to the cellars where Matthew explained the process of Port making. Then we went to the tasting room, where they had our tastings ready. Matthew guides us through and explained all ports, really good especially for someone who is not familiar with Port. Bookings are a must if you want to take the tour! We made ours online the same morning and we’re lucky to get a spot. A lot of people just turned up after going up the hill and were disappointed when they couldn’t take the tour. I recommend taking Uber there, which was about 7 euros from Porto. After the tasting, we treated ourselves to a wine on the balcony bar and a snack, with a wonderful view of Gaia and Porto.

Super visite, c’est touristique mais c’est incontournable à Porto. Le guide était très intéressant et les caves sont superbes. Vous avez plusieurs possibilités dans les dégustations la classique à 17€ est accessible même si vous n’aimez pas trop le vin de Porto. Pour les connaisseurs, je vous conseille la dégustation Vintage avec des Porto de 10 et 20 ans d’âge (prix 22€).

C’est à faire. Nous avons réservé notre visite à l’avance ainsi qu’une table au restaurant Le Vinum. La visite est éducative autant sur la famille propriétaire, l’histoire du Porto, que son processus d’élaboration. Nous avons pris deux dégustations différentes afin de pouvoir comparer nos nouvelles connaissances sur le Porto au jugement de nos papilles. Notre visite s’est terminée avec un repas accompagné de vins et porto (environ 50-80 Euros /pers). Les mets étaient raffinés et apprêtés à la perfection. L’accompagnement des vins nous a permis de les découvrir, et de déguster à nouveau d’excellents Porto. La vue est simplement spectaculaire. C’est un must pour les amateurs de gastronomie et de Porto.

Cave muito bonita e bem cuidada.Cada detalhe da decoração foi pensando. A visita guiada e bem montado com todos os detalhes de plantio e produção dos vinhos. A história centenária e contada em detalhes e pode ver toda evolução. A degustação muito boa ( e bom ir com várias pessoas, assim cada um opta por uma degustação vc para ter a oportunidade de experimentar vários). Ao final uma loja com muitas opções de vinhos de mesa e do Porto.

Really good guided tour in english. Very informative of both history and process of making port wine. Ended with a tasting of 6 different types of wine. They have different tasting menus. You can also visit Grahams Port Lodge bar/terrace without a tour, and order from the menu. The view is amazing.

A visita guiada recebe 5 estrelas com certeza! Contam a historia da marca Graham’s, a forma produção de vinho do Porto e os fatores que dão características ao vinho. Termina com uma prova de tres vinhos. Para 3 vinhos os preços variam entre 17 e 22 euros. Achei q valeu muito a pena!!
Não dei 5 estrelas pq colocaram as taças em frente ao papel errado, entao tomamos algumas taças achando q era um tipo de vinho e era outro. Depois a guia observou e nos falou q estava trocado. O outro menos foi que queríamos pedir queijos para acompanhar o vinho mas tinha acabado. Como as visitas sao agendadas, acredito que poderiam se programar melhor.

Ich würde Grahams für eine Führung empfehlen.
Das Ambiente ist hier auch noch etwas schöner als bei vielen anderen.
Abzug gibt es von mir weil man, wie in allen anderen Port-Kellern, im eigenen Shop ca. 10 bis 20% mehr bezahlt als in den umliegenden Geschäften oder dem Internet. Achtung aber: Nur im Airport sind die Flaschen noch teurer.
Trotzdem viel Spass und verpasst es nicht einen oder mehrere Keller zu besuchen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, ist sehr eindrücklich und Informativ.

Great informative tour. Our guide Maïté was extremely knowledgeable about win s in general and ports in particular and had all the answers.
The callers themselves are the actual place where they store their ports and include two barrels from the 1800s!
They have a very clear shipping price list if your tempted.

The tour was nice and our guide was service-minded. We enjoyed the tour, the tasting, and the property but ONLY IF they could have a warning of when they were closing (10-15 mins should be acceptable). While we were still having our flights, we were told that they were about to close and directed to continue our tasting at the restaurant terrace. But once we stepped in there, another staff told us to leave right away as they needed to prepare for a private event. She finally allowed us to stay for only 5 minutes (with a little snobby attitude) to finish all of our drinks. We were just wondering why the staffs didn’t coordinate so well as the guy inside invited us out to the terrace while the girl there wouldn’t let us stay?!
That reflects their unprofessional management and ungracious service by kicking us out without any closing warning.

Visite instructive on apprends beaucoup sur le Porto. La guide parle vraiment bien français. Cependant légèrement trop centrée autour de la famille Symington, on peut se demander quel est le développement en dehors de cette marque/famille.

정해진 인원이 가이드와 함께 이동하며 설명을 듣는식으로 투어가 진행되고 질의 응답시간도 있습니다. 특히 Graham 집안에서 소유하고 있는 와인셀러는 정말 탐이 납니다.
와이너리 투어가 끝이나면 테이스팅 룸으로 이동하는데 각 인원과 투어종류에 따라 테이블에 와인이 세팅되어 있습니다. 북적거리던 다른 와이너리와 달리 조용히 와인을 시음할 수 있어서 아주 좋았습니다.
투어 후에는 샾으로 가게 되는데Graham뿐 아니라 Symington가에서 생산되는 모든 와인을 구매할 수 있고 올리브 오일도 구매 가능합니다.
사진속의 올리브오일 정말 맛이 좋습니다. La Ricotta에서도 동일한 오일을 사용합니다.
샾을 나오면 레스토랑이 있는데 음식도 맛있고 뷰도 굉장합니다.

굉장히 고급진 느낌의 와인너리 투어 입니다.
예약을 하시고 가면 좋은데 가도 자리가 있을때가 많다고 하네요.
화장실부터 휴식공간까지 너무 쾌적 합니다.
영어 투어가 있어서 좋구요, 포트와인 시음도 적절히 잘 할수 있습니다.
나가는 곳에 기념샾과 레스토랑이 있는데 그곳 역시 아주 좋습니다.
전망도 상당하고 여유 있게 즐길수 있습니다.
근처 버스가 다리 넘어까지 운행을 하니 다소 외진 곳에 있긴 하지만 별 어려움 없이 잘 다녀올수 있습니다.

We arrived and were directed to the wine bar. Beautiful views on a sunny day. Looking forward to doing some Port tasting. We waited 20 minutes and no one bothered to greet us or offer a tasting menu. Two other groups came in after us and received menus while we were still waiting. We gave up and left in discuss, mention our complaint on the way out. The person was just rude to us. I guess when you get to big you forget the customer is the one who keeps you in business. Will never buy another bottle of port from them. Good news went down the hill to Churchill and had great service and lovely port.

Hicimos el tour en inglés y me resultó muy interesante. Parece ser que es la única de las empresas que queda en Oporto regentada de verdad por la familia. Cogimos la opción más básica, tour más degustación de 3 vinos y pagamos 15€ cada uno. Creo que merece la pena ya que hay bastantes diferencias con el vino español, al cuál estamos más acostumbrados.

POSIBLEMENTE LA BODEGA MÁS IMPRESIONANTE DE OPORTO, CON UN BAR EXTRAORDINARIO
Está un poco a desmano de la calle principal de Vilanova, en concreto casi 1,5 km, en un buen alto, y no siempre es fácil ir en coche porque por días cortan al tráfico la calle Diogo Leite y hay que dar un gran rodeo, y mejor utilizar el GPS, pero en todo caso vale la pena. Como bodega, es tal vez la mejor para visitar, pero además cuenta con un bar y un restaurante preciosos.
La bodega atesora 3.200 barricas de vino de Oporto, que ofrecen un verdadero espectáculo allí en la penumbra de la cava. La visita guiada que dura unos 40 minutos es muy interesante, y ofrecen una cata gratuita de tres vinos, uno de ellos un reserva (que ya no tiene nada que ver con el oporto ordinario), para lo que disponen de una enorme sala de catas. También se puede beber una copa de un vintage por 10 euros, lo que supone una buena ocasión para probar el rey de los vinos de oporto, ya que comprar una botella no está al alcance de muchos de nosotros (entre 80 y 400 euros).
Al salir de la bodega, en el mismo edificio, te encuentras con el restaurante VINUM, y no puedes dejar de entrar, al menos al bar-vinoteca y su terraza.

While Porto has numerous options for port tastings and tours, Graham's sticks out as a good choice should you only have time for one. Tours include a guided visit to the lodge, a video and interactions with a guide. Each tour is purchased as part of a tasting that varies depending on your tastes and budget. The term "tasting" may be a bit of a misnomer since a nearly full glass or port is provided for each. Expect to drink 4-5 glasses of port during a visit here, which may leave you a bit inebriated afterward. The port lodge has been recently renovated and includes a museum, bar and restaurant with great views of Porto. Reservations are recommended and may be required depending on your language and time of year.

Tudo parecia muito bom: degustação de vinhos, explicações sobre os vinhos e sua produção, almoço (caro!) no restaurante, serviço gentil. Porém, ao regressarmos para o carro, deixado no estacionamento da vinícola, tivemos uma desagradável surpresa. O veículo foi arrombado e todos os nossos pertences roubados. Na entrada do estacionamento, em letras miúdas, há uma advertência de “não responsabilidade”. Porém, é coisa que mal se percebe ao entrar, ainda mais num dia chuvoso e com vento frio, em que se sai apressadamente do veículo. Não há uma só câmera de vigilância ou alguém a olhar os carros. Tudo o que tivemos foram os lamentos sentidos dos responsáveis pelo local, com a informação de que não foi o primeiro episódio. Ora, porque então não melhorar um pouco que seja a segurança? Uma visita para esquecer, pois acabou muito mal.

Simplesmente o melhor Vinho do Porto , o Graham's 10 years Old é um Tawny elaborado com uma impressionante seleção de vinhos reserva, envelhecidos 10 anos em média. O enólogo de Graham's combina vinhos bastante antigos com outros mais jovens, originando um Tawny complexo e elegante, com o exuberante frutado que é a marca registrada de Graham's. Extremamente macio na boca, possui um ótimo bouquet e um longo final.

Eccellente cantina che conserva un'architettura storica molto importante. Il vino è amabile, profumato, corposo...pregno di storia come i portoghesi, gente di cuore che fa sentire a casa ognuno. Esistono anche molti localini con cantine meno rinomate ma al contempo con vini eccellenti!!

Goede en leuke rondleiding gehad in het gigantische pand. Na een rondleiding een proeverij met uitleg gehad. We hadden zes verschillende soorten. Bij de proeverij kon je ook wat hapjes bestellen. Na dat alles genoten van het geweldige uitzicht met een extra port.
Als je een porthuis wil bezoeken, dan zeker deze. Je kunt er gewoon binnenlopen. Wel eindje verder dan de andere!

The views at Graham's are spectacular, but the service was mediocre. We attempted to flag down a service for no less than 20 minutes before I had to ask for service and someone to take our order.
Although I'm familiar with wines from around the world, I had never come across white port before, and the one at Graham's was delicious. Sit on the outdoor patio if you can. The views are beautiful.

The best port cave in Gaia! Truly recommended. It’s a little far away from the most touristic caves but it’s really worth it! The view on the Douro River is top! Lovely guide, excellent Porto wine

Loved EVERYTHING we tasted! Worth spending extra money to taste the vintages. Very thorough and knowledgeable tour leader! A bit of a hike uphill so if you aren't up for the walk, take a cheap cab up. We took one from the warehouse down to the strip of restaurants on the river for 4€.

One of my favorite port lodges in Gaia. The location, the views and the ports are awesome, and of course it reflects on the prices. I have taken the tour a couple of times and it is fabulous if you have never been there, but this time just did the standard tasting of Ruby, LBV 2012 and 10-year Tawny at 12€.

Had the tour booked as well as a tasting at the end. Your was great, the guide was quite passionate, which really helps make the tour that bit more special.
The tasting itself was great. Thanks to our choice, we got to go to the “premium” tasting room. Lovely experience. Nothing like the 1972 single harvest tawny.
We then spent some time outside, some cheese, more port and enjoying the view. Well worth a visit

A Gaia, il est possible de visiter plusieurs caves de Porto. Nous avons décidé de visiter la cave Braham. Pour les visites, il y a plusieurs choix de dégustations. A début de la visite, une video est projetée pour avoir l'histoire de la marque. Suivi de la viste proprement parler de la cave. Notre Guide, Filipe, génial! énormement d'information, d'explications. une fois la visite finie, nous avons reçu encore plus d'information sur les différents porto offert. Très sympatique et fortement conseillé!

The wine was delicious, the view amazing but the food was a crust.
Poor mussels drowned in heavy sauce, squid tasted just like soy sauce.... A tourist trap (regarding the food)

Sehr schöner Weinkeller, sehr informative lange Führung und sehr gutes Tasting. Wir hatten auch zu 2. unterschiedliche Tastings genommen und so 6 verschiedenen Ports getestet. Für Portwein Liebhaber ein Genuss. Ja der Weg nach oben ist etwas beschwerlichen und die schmale Straße such abenteuerlich.

Grahams liegt etwas außerhalb, aber jeder Centimeter ist es wert. Die Führung ist spannend und informativ.
Und die Weine sind einfach fantastisch. Absolut uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Ein Classic Tasting inklusive Führung kostet 12 Euro. Preis/Leistung top! Blick von der Terrasse großartig.

Compared to the others, they were very not welcoming. We wanted to do some tastings and were moved from 3 different seats. We didn't feel wanted there. We didn't take the tour and didn't spend a lot of money and thus wasn't worth their time despite spending 27 EUR on 2 flights. Decent Port but would not come back or buy. Would highly recommend Taylor's over this. Would not recommend, not worth their seemingly snobby attitude.

J'ai fait la visite / dégustation et restaurant.
Nous avons attrapé en cours une visite en français, visite assez classique pour s'adapter au plus grand nombre. La guide, Filipa (merci Filipa pour votre gentillesse et votre passion) répond toutefois aux questions plus techniques. Elle a eu la gentillesse de reprendre avec nous pendant la dégustation les explications que nous avions raté en tant que retardataires.
Nous avions pris la dégustation basique car nous connaissions beaucoup de porto Graham's. La basique permet de voir la différence entre vieux et jeunes porto, et c'est suffisant pour le non initié.
Le restaurant. Plutôt haut de gamme. Prévoir quand même un certain budget. On évitera les tongues et la chemise hawaïenne (quelqu'un porte encore des chemises hawaïennes ?). Ouvre à 12h30. Possible de boire un verre sur magnifique terrasse en attendant.
Pain vin et huile d'olive maison.
Plats excellents. Le thon mi cuit est une tuerie.
Les vins sont très bons (j'ai pourtant pris blanc d'entrée de gamme). Vin maison. Top.
Le service, d'un très bon niveau, n'a rien à envier à de bons restaurants français.
La salle ne semble pas climatisée mais elle est protégée par une tonelle recouverte de vignes blanches. Elle jouit d'une vue magnifique sur le Pont Luis et le Douro.
Je recommande vivement.

It wasn't a totally unpleasant experience I guess but I can't explain why the tour/tasting is €17 per person!! Very very steep given that the tour is pure self promotion and the cost of the port itself would be way cheaper if you ordered the same port anywhere else. The tour consisted of a ~15 min video followed by much of the same information repeated by the tour guide. Very scripted, over rehearsed with awkward jokes sprinkled in here and there. The price of the food pairings was also very steep which made the whole thing feel more like a rip off.

Die sehr schön gestaltete Lodge bietet eine kurzweilige aber informative Tour an. Die Kombination aus unterschiedlichen Tastings macht viel Sinn um eine möglichst große Bandbreite probieren zu können. Der Tasting Raum für die gehobenen Tastings ist sehr schön gestaltet. Insgesamt wird viel Wert auf die Präsentation gelegt. Das unterstreicht den hervorragenden Portwein zusätzlich. Nach dem obligatorischen Shop gibt's noch eine tolle Aussicht auf den Douro und Porto!

We had not booked so we could not join a tour, so we went directly to the tasting room. We chose 2 different tastings, each of 3 glasses, at 17 EUR per tasting, so we got to taste ruby, vintage and tawny ports.
The staff were very helpful and informative and it was a good experience. I am only giving 4 stars because I believe the price is quite steep.

Amazing tour followed by an amazing tasting! Then we sat on the patio and over looked the Duro river back towards Porto and had delicious cheese and Iberico ham and more port.

Pros: Further away and up the hill so less crowded. Beautiful cellars, well-designed mini museum, and lovely terrace views. Mehs: Tour was decent, but not really that informative--too much self-promotion. Advance booking required. Tour and tastings start at 12€ for a ruby, LBV and tawny. Expect to pay over 50€ each if you want to taste vintage port. Food pairing not worth it. 10€ for a sad, little cheese plate. Also, skip the wine shop. Prices in town are cheaper.

It is one of the furthest wineries and it requires to walk a bit since it is uphill but is totally worth it. The tour was informative and the tasting on the terrace was really enjoyable. Great views and nice atmosphere!

Excellent. Arguably the best port house in Porto.
The restaurant, Virnum, has stunning views across the Douro, the food is excellent and the service impeccable. The large Port cart at the end of your meal has a comprehensive selection.
The tour was also good, it was informative, without being too long. There are many options for Port tastings, across all budgets. Our guide was excellent, and you left feeling like you had a good grasp of how port was made, and which one suited you best in terms of taste.
Highly recommended.

Visite avec dégustation de porto. Très surfait juste un regret pour la perte de temps. Les 34€ je pourrais encore m'y faire. Je n'en ferais pas d'autre de dégustation. D'ailleurs dans toute cette foule personne n'a fait d'achat. Je déconseille.
Je me demande si les fûts sont vides où pleins les indicateurs de niveau étant tous vide...
Et puis passé de 4 a 12 € en 3 ans je comprends que personne n'achète.

Ao que consta é o melhor tour pelas caves, com bons vinhos e boa explicação. Não posso afirmar pois não fui à outros, mas achei muito bom o tour e as bebidas. O preço varia de acordo com a degustação solicitada. O básico custa 12 euros, e o Premium (versões port e tawny) são 17 cada. A dica para o casal e pegar 1 premium cada, assim podem experimentar variados tipos.

우버타고 가믄 한 3유로 안되게 나와요~ 여기서 보는 경치가 참 아름갑다길래 그 얘기 듣고 갔어요~ 와이너리 투어는 안했는데 건물안으로 들어갔을 때 느꼈던 그 풍미있는 향기는 잊을 수가 없네요 (넘나 달콤!) 저희는 걍 바에서 포르토 와인 한잔씩만 했어요~ 20년산이 5유로 라 먹었는데 20년산이 다르긴 다르더라구요! 그 전까지 포르투 와인 달기만 하고 확취해서 안먹었는데 끝에 느껴지는 쌉싸름함이 좋았답니다~

The walk thru with a guide followed by wine tasting gets 5 stars. The facility is wonderful, tasteful and is an experience. The staff is really service minded. The food gets 4 stars. If the weather is good, book a table near the view over Porto.

Visited in a group on an organised tour, made very welcome and spent an enjoyable hour or two learning about port and its production, and sampling the various vintages, take a light jacket or a sweater, it can feel chilly down among the vats.
The on site shop is very attractive, well stocked, and worth a visit, don't miss the view from the verandah, of the town and the Ponte Luis 1 bridge over the Douro river.

You can do a tour in this wine cave. The tour guide knows everything about the port. At the end of the tour you can try some glasses. I really like the atmosphere inside.

Giornata indimenticabile. Iniziata con una degustazione di pesce fresco ben cucinato dallo chef e verdure bio di loro produzione anch'esse offerte in modo sublime esaltandone le qualità. Incominciando ad assaggiare una serie di vini di altissimo pregio tutto allietato da una vista impagabile sul Douro e città nella bellissima terrazza. A seguire giro in cantina e degustazione di porto: altissimo profilo. Tappa obbligatoria a Vila Nova De Gaia.

Very charming and romantic terrace with a good view to the city center. Excellent tapas and wine. Expect high prices. Still highly recommend. But be prepared to not very caring service as the place is so popular - we waited like 10 minutes and nobody noticed us. And if you catch somebody they say they will send a colleage to you but nobody comes. And you wait and wait and wait. But the ambience and view outweighs all this.
