Très bonnes bouteilles à des tarifs avantageux, par rapport à bien d'autres marchands. Les emballages sont parfaits, solides, et protègent bien. Oui, parfois cela dure un peu avant l'expédition... Mon avis : comme ils ne peuvent pas toujours avoir toute leur riche gamme en stock, ils commandent aux fournisseurs en fonction de la demande. Je préfère attendre un peu et être satisfait. Je n'ai jamais été déçu !

I was really concerned having read the reviews for this company but I kept in contact with them on messenger and they did respond to all queries promptly and fully. It did take a month to arrive but everything we ordered was there and I can't fault their customer service, especially given the current global pandemic. Handling is more like a week or two but delivery is tracked.

Great company with a fabulous range of wines at sensible prices. Buy in bulk to spread shipping costs and ‘that wine’ from holiday is back!

Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Auf der Homepage wird alles sehr schön dargestellt, eine schnelle Lieferung innerhalb 6 Tagen zugesichert. Die ware kam nach 18 Tagen dann an. Nach Rückfrage bezüglich dem Verbleib der Lieferung, wurde dies mit einer Systemumstellung erklärt. Leider wurde darauf nicht im Bestellvorgang verwiesen. Die Lieferung kam gut verpackt an. Jedoch wurden bei 2 von 3 Bestellpunkten andere Jahrgänge geliefert. Auf die Reklamation hierauf wurde auf die Bestellbedingungen im Kleingedruckten verwiesen, dass andere Jahrgänge geliefert werden können. Dies habe ich nun hier auch bei anderen Rezessionen nachgelesen. Welchen Jahrgang ich bestelle und auch trinke, entscheide ich jedoch gerne selbst! Danke - aber nicht wieder.

Portugal offers a unique wine experience and I was excitedly anticipating my order being delivered. The website promised prompt delivery so I ordered the wine for a large family gathering. I allowed two weeks thinking I had allowed plenty of time. Unfortunately despite many emails and unanswered telephone calls I had little to no communication from Portugal vineyards. The wine missed the party. I had to buy locally (very expensive). I began to fear the worse when after 4 weeks still no sign of any wine. I did however receive an email from VP to say it has now been shipped. Wine was finally delivered. Packaging was as expected. The first bottle opened was unfortunately corked. Trust my luck.. Subsequent wines have been very good. I do hope that Portugal vineyards can sort out there communication. They incorrectly informed me that they had a potential handling delay of 1 week. The delivery took 4 weeks. No explanation as to why this has taken so long. The main telephone number on the website was not answered - ever. The voicemails I left not returned. This is not a sensible way to run an internet company. Leaving your clients hanging is internet suicide. The very least you should do is respond to your clients concerns, be honest and give them the correct information. If they had told me of the delays I would have ordered elsewhere and maybe tried there service next time. If I ever order again from Portugal vineyards I will need reassurances that have taken the many online criticism of they operate their business.

Avoid. Order received is not as expected and the company offers no resolution. Return not possible. Mismatch in size and age. Much cheaper and smaller received.

A great selection of (very) affordable Portugese wines are available on the Portugal Vineyards site, with quick delivery to us here in Northern Ireland. Highly recommended!

There are many Portuguese wines of very high quality, available at much better prices than those of more fashionable wine-producing countries. It won't last forever but it's great while it does and Portugal Vineyards is the second-best way to access them. (The best way, of course, is to visit Portugal).

We ordered 6 bottles of 2011 vintage and we receive 2014 vintage, with no advise of anykind troughout the process ! All the documents, even the custom manifest was stating 2011 vintage, but we receive 2014 ?? We have contacted the customer service and they told us 'it is written in our policy that you may not receive the vintage you order' and 'but we assure you it is the same quality' !!! Probably they are right, but still 3 years younger ! Why would we buy a 2014 the other side of the ocean when we can get the same bottle here at the wine store. We are not recommanding this store to anyone.

Great service! I get to drink the Portuguese wines that I enjoy while paying less per bottle than I would for a bottle of anything else in a UK supermarket. I make a large order once or twice a year and the price per bottle is similar to what I'd pay in Portugal, while shipping is per box of up to 12 bottles. There's a wide selection of wines and delivery to the UK is normally within a couple of weeks.

I was a bit dubious of ordering wine from this company due to the mixed reviews but given they were selling one of my favourite red wines over 50% cheaper (with shipping costs) than Majestic. I thought I would take a chance. I had a couple of correspondence with them first and unlike some of the previous reviews my emails were answered within 24hrs which was good response time. So I placed my order for 12 bottles of Porta 6 two weeks ago and they arrived this afternoon. So given the huge savings I made this was well worth the wait and to be fair two week delivery time from Portugal was acceptable. My experience was excellent and I will be sure to use them again for regular orders, so much so I will be cancelling my subscriptions to UK wine merchant's. I will also be sharing their details with family and friends.

Avoid! It has been 1 month and a half since we made an order. They only sent it almost 2 weeks after the order and now they are trying to push blames to DHL, while I don't have my money or item, after 1 month and a half. They have a terrible customer service and don't pick up the phone. Do not order from them.

Brilliant service, we have enjoyed every bottle of wine from here at about a quarter the local UK supermarket price (for wine of similar quality). Delivery has been consistent and reliable, I am a very happy customer.

Paid for wine on 30th November. They took my money promptly. Wine is apparently in Barcelona, and has been for 7 days. Useless service. I will not be ordering again.

if you live in Ireland avoid at all cost: - no customer service - your wine will definitely be held by the customs - (false advertising) advertise vat at origin + shipping cost refunded if held by customs, however they have no intention to fulfill it. They will ignore your emails hoping you leave it. If you insist they will try to give you something so you shut up. in short, a 100€ worth of wine it became 200€ PS: look at others reputable Portuguese online stores, as I've been using a few others for almost 7 years and I had no problem whatsoever. I regret now, that I tried to use Portugal vineyards. Avoid!!!

If you love Portugese wine but you are not living in Portugal and you can't find your favourite wine, this website is the best option. I have ordered a dozen bottles of wine and they arrived sound and safe. the packaging is wonderful. Princes are as good as the prices in the market and you usually get 10€ off as a welcome gift

I think the previous review is a bit harsh. Sure, they sometimes have issues in communicating delays, but I've been making a big order from them once a year and have been happy with the result every time. As a portuguese it's hard to find good portuguese wine in the UK and this website offers a great variety at a great price. I also like that I'm helping out a portuguese company that provides fair prices instead of a UK one that highly inflates the price of mediocre wine for no reason but to have huge profits.

A ridicilous delay of shipment (two weeks) for items so-called readily available in stock. No interaction or notification from them (which is the main issue here). Still have to wait if the shipment will actually arrive and in what condition. The DHL-link for tracking shipments results in an error meanwhile. The charging of my credit card however went smoothly ... . If you want a no-problem experience, this is not the place. Avoid. Update 10/15: The DHL-tracking shipment link appeared. It is true that DHL allows itself some time interval between the moment you receive a link from a vendor and the moment you can track it. Shipment arrived complete. The vendor took care of shipping the items safely, using only recyclable goods where possible. (which is good). The vendor did not allow the customer to choose his means of transportation (DHL has a poor record when it comes to respect for his workforce, nor is it credibly involved in taking steps to reduce its carbon footprint, which was reflected in its choice af transportation (air) between two continental EU-cities). The vendor does offer a range of products that is difficult to find elsewhere at a competitive price. Upgraded grade from 1 star to 3 stars.

I ordered wine on the 14th of January still didnt receive anything . Tracking is non existent and they just say the Package have been delivered and signed for. Feel like i have been scammed to be honest will never use portugal vineyards again

Comprei através do site uma garrafa no dia 2020-02-12. Indicam que demoram 1/2 dias úteis a entregar, pois já vamos no 6º dia útil e nem sequer informações de rastreamento da encomenda tenho acesso. O dinheiro já saiu da minha conta, mas saber do paradeiro da encomenda já é outra história... Tento ligar para o contacto fixo indicado e não obtenho resposta. Enviei email ao 3o dia útil e ainda não obtive qualquer resposta... Vergonhoso!!!!

I placed an order for 12 bottles of Borba red ( a very smooth fruity wine ) order placed on a Sunday received the box of wine by TNT on Thursday! No breakages perfectly packed and smooth service! I dont how so many other customers orders went so bad i had no issues with using Portugal Vineyards happy customer at £5 a bottle delivered you cant go wrong Borba red beats all the supermarket sold wines and cheaper than majestic!! recommended 5 stars!

O telefone de contacto nunca é atendido, pelo que solicitei um contacto por parte do costumer care para que me pudessem esclarecer o facto de não ter recebido a minha encomenda de portugal a UK. Nunca ligaram. Os contactos através de email até vão funcionando , mas sem grande dinâmica, demoram sempre umas horas.

Worst possible service Great prices , the website its promising So in all the good faith promised i decided to order a few bottles to offer to some good friends and for them to try and enjoy in or before Christmas. I placed an order on the first days of December of around 300 Euros spent. And according to the website the deliver was suppose to arrive around the middle of the month ... but it took .... 2 weeks to prepare the order ( few bottles in a box ) and 2 weeks to be delivered And when order arrives it still missing half of the order and not even a message explaining why, not even when i ask their office to trace where was my order after 3 weeks ! And even then they never referred nothing about the other half of the missing order . Eventually the second package arrived ... After so many times asking where the rest of the order . Not even a apology for deception to the customer. Not a good trustfully company . If you do not want any headache do not order from them If you want to order bottles from Portugal try another companies or you will be better to drive over to Portugal and get the bottles yourself from other shops ! E mesmo assim eles nunca se referiram à outra metade da ordem que faltava.   Eventualmente, o segundo pacote chegou ... Depois de tantas vezes perguntando onde está o resto do pedido. Nem mesmo um pedido de desculpas por engano para o cliente. Não é uma boa empresa de confiança. Se você não quer dor de cabeça, não peça para eles Se pretender encomendar garrafas de Portugal, experimente outras empresas ou será melhor dirigir até Portugal e obter as garrafas de outras lojas! The wines are good at great prices. Our orders have always been spot on. Delivery ito the UK for Portugal is variable from within a week to several weeks. Customer service could be better. If you are patient certainly worth trying

We order from Portugal Vineyards to the UK and have always been very pleased with the service. The wines are amazing value for money but are being delivered direct from Portugal so do take a few weeks to arrive. We order our next case when we receive one and never run out ! Great wine at an amazing price.

Pas tres réactif comme vendeur. 7 jours que ma commande est passer et tjr rien d'expedier. Ne reponds a aucun mail. J'attends encore 3 jours et je demanderais un remboursement Paypal si rien ne bouge. Ne perdez pas votre temps et votre argent avec eux. Pas Pro du tout.

This place is a scam. Keep away! They tell you that your order will be delivered within 1-2 days. The order placed 9 days ago is not even sent yet. They never pick up the phone listed on their website. Got a reply from them only 5 days after. Was told that the order will be shipped by the end of the day, but it never happened. Still have no idea what's going on with my order...rediculous

Somewhat similar experience to the reviewer below. I ordered a mixed case of 12 and 6 of them were from different (more recent ) vintages to those advertised. Their terms and conditions do state: ‘Vintage years We will supply an ensuing vintage when the quoted is no longer available. Please state in the notes at checkout, if you do not want an ensuing vintage. If you fail to put this in the notes we are still happy to accept returns when agreed before hand though these will be subject to return carriage fees, which are the responsibility of the person sending back the wines.’ This is buried at the bottom of their T&C and hardly what one would expect from a specialist wine merchant. (..and a 50 % miss rate suggests gratuitous negligence or some degree of dishonest advertising) I wish I had read this before ordering! So caveat emptor to anyone who reads this. It’s a shame as their prices are good, they have a wide range of wines, delivery is inexpensive and for me was quick (about a week to the UK). If it wasn’t for the problem with the vintages I would have given them 5 stars...

Péssimo serviço de entrega e de contacto com o cliente. Após realização e pagamento de encomenda os prazos previstos não foram cumpridos e sem receber qualquer aviso ou notificação sobre isso. Após contacto com o suporte ao cliente onde asseguram expedição de encomenda para o dia seguinte, passaram 9 dias desde a encomenda inicial e não tenho nem a encomenda nem qualquer informação disponível sobre o envio da mesma. NOTA: A encomenda não contém nenhum produto fora do vulgar ou com stock difícil de assegurar. A evitar!

I had some problems with the delivery, they took a month to delivery my boxes. I had two bad experience with the delivery and they never contact us regarding to our order. All the time you have to ask for information. The wines are very good but the service I really don't recommend.

I can't tell you what their wine is like as I still haven't received it. I keep asking for a refund as it still odesn't seem to have been dispatched but obviously they're ignoring my requests- wish I'd read reviews before ordering!

Ordered a couple of cases of mixed wine to sample for a 70th birthday. Having selected the best from the selection, we ordered several cases of our favourite. What was then delivered however was a different year from that we had ordered, it tasted nothing like the wine we trialled initially and had re-ordered. When I contacted them to say that I wished to return the wine I was informed that had I read their terms and conditions I would have been aware that they could substitute for any year regardless of what I had ordered. To me it would have been quite simple for them to have emailed me before shipment to let me know that they didn't have the wine that I order and would I mind them sending me a different year however this was not the case and I now have wine that I didn't order and don't particularly like.
