Great Gym. Fully equipped! One of the best Gyms I know. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only the showers are not that nice - rest is perfect.

Great gym! More weights than you know what to do with! Staff are really friendly and helpful. Great classes, it really has everything you could possibly need. Even freshly ground coffee! Only reason for 4 stars is that the spin bikes are pretty old. Being a spin instructor and used to modern bikes that is my only (very small) moan. Other than that an amazing facility and a fantastic find. It really made my holiday

Visited this fitness club today after meaning to visit for a while! The facilities are great, much better than a hotel gym. I used both the cardio area and weights section, they are separate from each other. Out of the two, the weights section is much more extensive and has a vast array of space and machines. The staff were very helpful and I was supplied with a free towel for my visit. I would definitely recommend to other fitness partakers.

Participei de uma temporada com a treinar com eles, são muito fixes, o ginásio tem espaço, muitas máquinas, muita variedade, vale a pena pois não fica a esperar os outros terminar séries pela grande quantidade de máquinas, pena ficar longe de onde vivo hoje.

Local mais que 5estrelas aconselho a todos. Piscina boa ginásio o melhor do Algarve pessoas espetaculares e alojamento 5 estrelas.

Conheço este ginásio ha vários anos e é o meu favorito na zona de Portimão e Alvor. Pessoal colaborador muito simpático e sempre pronto a tirar duvidas e a ajudar. As máquinas de musculação sao as melhores em que já treinei.

Best place you can find in portimao to do some workout. Has many different machines, dumbells, bars etc. Staff are very friendly and the place is usually very quiet in the morning. The place to take shower is quote small but enough for the job.
